Excellent service and excellent rates

This is the first time I have used an on line company for ordering currency. The service was easy, quick and straight forward.

I ordered over the weekend and the currency was with me by Tues.

Good rates given and good service received.

Best rate, Great service, Quick and free delivery. Simply great!

I ordered around 2pm by BACS and received confirmation of each steps every time they were doing something (receive order, receive payment and dispatched), which is reassuring. Everything was confirmed before 5pm on the same day and I received the money the day after before 12am.

Best Price, Excellent Execution and Help Line

Very happy. A bit nervous as first time ordering currency online. But The Ccy Club offered best price, were helpful ( and available !) on Contact phone line and responded quickly to email queries. Ccy delivered next day as promised .

Delivered this morning to me in snowy Scotland the day after I ordered, can't say fairer than that.

Did better than expected

Though they said if orederd before 13:00 it will arrive next day, i ordered after 13:30 and it still arrived the next day. WOW

Exellent service

I found this an exellent way to order currency, the site was easy to understand and use,it saves lots of time as you dont have to go trailing round other financial agencies to compare the best rates. With next day delivery and easy on-line payment,no need to leave the comfort of your home.

Excellent and efficient service

Very happy with the service. Easy system.
A couple of disappointments:
1. I needed to order some Vietnamese Dong but your company did not seem to handle this particular currency.
2. I would have liked to have been able to enter the foreign currency amount in the request box as I required a set amount of US Dollars. Your website seemed to ony allow figures in the English Pound box, and then adjust with + and - which I found a little unsatisfactory.

Very impressed with the ease of bank transfers, the updating e-mails from Currency Club letting me know exactly what stage the transaction had reached, and the next day special delivery of the currency to my home. Brilliant. Thank you.

Perfect Transaction

Ordered after 8pm Thursday received my Dollars special delivery on Saturday morning. Soooo quick and the exchange rate was the best I could find on the Web.

superb service, good rates.

I did the usual google search for exchange rates The Currency Club weren't the best but they didn't charge for delivery and guaranteed next day delivery if ordered before 1pm and within 2 days if after. I ordered my dollars after 1pm and they arrived the next morning! I will definitely recommend and use them again.

What else I can say, got the best rate for buying Euros for my holiday, arrived well on time, quite simple to order.

Excellent Transaction

The money arrived within 24 hours of ordering it and at the best rate on the day plus no postage charges. I will certainly use The Currency Club again if they keep up this level of rate and standard of service.

disappointed

ordered 600 euros in mixed donominations for holiday use , received a 200 euro note plus three 100 euro notes. Did not expect anything over 50 and will have trouble using these large notes in greece.
no common sense used by you in my opinion

To confirm, we do try our very best to meet all our customer's denominaton preferences. On our website we have an option to select, Large, Mixed and Small. Should you have wanted no denominations higher than €50, "small" would have been the better suited option as within Euros the notes range from €200 to €5 notes. We did provide you with notes of €200, €100, €50,€20, €10 and €5 and we apologise that this did not meet your expectations.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that every customer's expectations will be met but we do endeavour to allocate on a best efforts basis on every order.

We do hope that you will give us another chance and use our service again.

Unsure at first ordering money online but they offered the best rates so decided to give it a try. very impressed excellent communication throughout and speedy delivery. I will definitely use again and would not hesitate in recommending to others.

Great rate - excellent service

Best rate I could find. Ordered 4pm Thursday, received confirmation of despatch 5pm Friday. Wasn't sure if a Saturday counted as a "working day" but my Euros were delivered by Royal Mail at 9.30am Saturday morning. Excellent service with confirmation e-mails at every stage. Would use again and would definitely recommend.

They do what is said on the tin, ordered before 1pm and my money arrived 12.25 very next day at a rate that saved me over £60 on my Banks rate of exchange.

As with ordering anything these days online, I was slightly nervous. However as I could see the secure link was being used and my purchase needed authorising by the Bank I felt reasonably safe. Yes I was attracted by the improved exchange rate being offered, saving me in excess of £60 that I had been quoted by My Bank. But it was the free home delivery that made it a no brainer for me. With being a week before Christmas, I really didnt wish to do battle with the usual traffic and crowds of people in town. Well done Currency Club, I'll be doing all my future exchanges with you.

The best exchange rate on the web

Although a bit sceptical about entrusting a new company with your hard earned cash, this was the easiest transaction possible and despite the sometime dodgy post at this time of year, my Euros arrived a day after I was told they had been dispatched by recorded delivery. In short the whole transaction took no more than 3 days.

Ok, I could have got my cash within an hour on the high street but using the Currency Club, I saved over £10 when transferring £500 into Euros maybe even more. They will certainly be the first company I try for my next bag of foreign money. Thoroughly recommended.

If you need some currency and the best rates i would recommend the Currency Club .I have used them on number of occasions and from the comfort of my home i order what i want and the next day the postman delivers the cash .

Fast, Prompt and easy to use

Having a trip planned to the states we needed dollars at a good rate. Out of all the internet based companies and high street options the currency came out well on top with a great rate that beat all the rest. Order was placed before 1pm and as promised the cash was in my hand the next morning. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who reads this and will be using them again. I have to admit I was a bit concerned about ordering money online. I'm not sure why as I order loads of other things. But I decided to give this a try because of the really good rates offered.

Simple & quick way to buy Euro in real time & delivered next day

I've used an onine service once before, this time it was CC who had the best rate and I ordered my Euros, went to online banking and sent the £payment using BACS and it arrived next day signed for Royal Mail for free. Cannot fault the value & ease of use and walking about with large cash sum is avoided too.

Prompt and efficient service

Having never used them before I was apprehensive. But after changing a large ammount into dollars I can only praise them. Process was easy and well supported. The exchange rate was the best I could get. An added bonus was even though the transaction was after the noon deadline it was still delivered at 8:00am the next day. WOW!!!

Sick of feeling ripped of by the banking system and charges for everything so thought I'd give The Currency Club a go and I was delighted with the service. I was nervous about using the bank transfer facility but needn't have worried, everything went through like a dream and had my euros next day.
