I have not yet used all the products I bought but the oils for starters smell absolutely gorgeous! One oil I bought for love, luck and money (7 African powers) I have been using and a couple of days ago I went to work and left my hair straighteners on all day! Almost 10 hours! The house didn’t burn down!! I’d say that was good luck! They were sat on a piece of slate but still……. I also won £10 on the lotto
I also bought the silver Om pendant with a garnet which I love and am wearing all the time.

Excellent personal pre-sales service
I wasn't sure if the spiral cages would be right for my purpose but after several very helpful emails between The Gem Tree and myself I ordered the recommended size of spiral cage. Fast delivery, packed well, and perfect for what I wanted.

Great Customer Service!
I am in the States and I got my items in just a week! One of the pieces arrived damaged (US Postal Service's fault, no doubt) and they immediately sent me out a rplacement, no questions asked.
In this day and age, it is refreshing to say the least to find such great customer service!
I will shop here again and again.

Not at all satisfied
The stones look bigger on photos but very small once they arrive, no sure if measure are given. Quality standard, prompt delivery.
The kunzite grid package advertised with different colours came in bits and pieces in the cheapest colour: pink, nothing in violet or green or else.
A free Judy Hall book entitlement as over a certain money value order, wasn't sent.
All in all mediocre experience.

The Kunzite grid pictured is the pink colour, and Kunzite is a very expensive stone in any colour, so we are fortunate to do 7 pieces for £9. There are no other colour kunzite in the picture.
The free book is an optional free gift from the shopping cart page. Your order was sent free shipping as it was less than 1kg. The book is optional, as it weighs a lot, this can nullify the free shipping offer. Also, it increases the postage dramatically on international orders, so we feel it is best to let people choose if they want it.

Arrived quickly but what was it
Not sure what the angel name referred to. It clinks a bit but doesn't chime. I thank The Gem Tree for explaining my misunderstanding.

A beautiful angel calling pendant crafted from white metal with a small bell inside which make a little tinkering sound when shaken.
We supplied the item as described, and in the style it is supposed to be, so the review is a little harsh based on that
