web/email communication could be better

I have since received a refund on 3 January 2013 and the owner Mark has made a genuine effort to resolve things and apologise for the poor response to website/email communication.

I have not received my item and the admin staff and manager are ignoring my emails.

Will update this review if I hear from them and receive a refund/replacement but until then best advised to avoid this company.

Details:
I ordered "Redken Ringlet 07" on 4 December and on 5 December I received notice that it was despatched.

Two weeks later I still had not received the item and contacted them via the web form that reassures "we normally answer straight away".
To date I have not received a reply from them.

I also contacted the owner Mark on 19 December. He replied the same day "thank you for your email, I will look into this first thing in the morning" but I have not heard from him since and he ignored my follow up email on 21 December.
