I was desperate for some painkillers as I'd had a series of migraine headache attacks and for some reason, I couldn't obtain Syndol at any of my local pharmacies. Perhaps there was a problem with stock in the Norwich area but I ordered exactly what I wanted on healthcounter.com and my goods arrived exactly when I needed them - thanks very much!

I came across this website while looking for baby products and soon found that they are far cheaper than any other chemist. I ordered a few items, saved a fortune and the goods were delivered within 2 days! Packaged very well so they weren't damaged or bouncing around in the post. I can't recommend them highly enough.

leads for ease

Write as if you're speaking to a friend.I think this item is great from the number of differant ways to use it to ease of handling big dogs and smaller ones. The idea it can act as a coupler also suited me. It is a great qualityand well worth the price. I couldn't find one anywhere else for the price I payed, lovely colour too. The only negative I did find that the dispatch notifacation was along time coming and due to the bulkiness of the box you do have to wait in through out dates given for delivery but well worth it Thankyou

Fast Effective Service Shame About Delivery Costs

The item I ordered was out of stock at all the high street chemists due to manufacturing issues but the health counter had it. I was only disappointed about the amount I had to pay for delivery, I didn't want to order anything else to qualify for the free delivery. I also think that they could save money on packaging as it was sent in a fairly large box stuffed full of air bags when they could have just put it in a padded envelope.

Having not used this site before i was impressed first of all to find the perfume i had been searching for to buy for my daughters birthday. I was pleased with the price, ordering was simple & delivery quick, arriving as predicted on the confirmation email. I would definitely use them again & highly recommend to others.

Great fresh health food at half the price!

After looking for certain items of health food in all the supermarkets but finding it beyond my budget, I started to look online. This company is great for storecupboard items - you need to buy in reasonable bulk and you will get you health food for half the price of that in supermarkets and health food shops!

On this occasion I ordered brazil nuts for my home made muesli and snacks for the family, and The Health Counter gave the best price. They arrived quite quickly, very well packed and lovely and fresh. I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic price on my items!!!

I bought via ebay, was looking for five dog coats and saw some beautiful tartan ones with one seller that specialised in tartan up on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh. £43 for the big size was ridiculous though so I started looking for cheaper options. Found the same brand by chance with these guys, they didn't mention the brand but I spotted the logo on the jacket. HC price for the same size was £16.72!!! Total order price was £73.49 compared to the other place which would have been £201. So a bit of detective work saved a fortune. Customer service was very good too, ebay didn't work out the postage discount correctly so I called, paid what ebay invoiced me and the difference was refunded within hours. Excellent company to deal with.

Great service, fast delivery.

I have always been a big fan of facial sprays as my face easily dries out especially during Winter. I have been using the Shiseido line that I order from Japan, and decided to try Evian. The Healthcounter has the cheapest Evian Brumisateurs. The only downside is the delivery fee. A bit too high.

I had my worst ever online shopping experience with them but they KEEP sending emails asking for a review!

I ordered. I received confirmation of dispatch. Three weeks later I found out my order had not in fact been dispatched. When I did receive my order 4 out of 9 items were incorrect. The Health Counter then asked me to return the incorrect items and insisted on receiving them BEFORE they dispatched the items I paid for over a month earlier !!

Did I receive anything other than empty apologies for my time and the inconvience of queuing at the Post Office? NO!
