good prices but poor service
Easy to use website and good prices but took 2 months to receive 2 moisturisers. No explanation, no update.... Had to chase and then finally received them. Not great service

When I first wanted to buy a product from Thehealthcounter, they didn't have it in stock but a few days later I had an e-mail to say it was back. It was delivered only a few days after ordering and it was just as described. Very happy with my purchase.

Disappointed with part shipment and product quality
My order arrived quickly which I was pleased with but then realised part of it was missing. I checked online and found that one of the items was still "pending".
It still hasn't been delivered, this is now a month late.
Also I'm not sure what is wrong with them but the Mach 3 Razor blades are now unusable. I used two of them and noticed they were leaking glue and starting to discolour, the other two have now started to do the same thing without even using them. They all are now useless, I think these might be fake.
Overall very disappointed.

Impressive stock
The products I purchased are difficult to find and as such I expected to pay some sort of premium for them in fact they were cheaper than on the high street and were delivered promptly and arrived undamaged as expected. A little gem of a site I've bookmarked for future use, very good service

unreliable and disappointing
I ordered a Christmas gift which arrived within a few days, only to find the wrong product had been sent! When I called customer service they were polite, but would not send me the correct product until they received the wrong product back....even though it was there fault!! It was one week before christmas, by the time they received the wrong product back,(which was sent back the day I received it) they couldnt send me the correct one as it had then sold out!!!! Very disappointed, would not recommend as unreliable.

With a discount code for the health counter that I found on the Internet for 10 % 0ff, I paid £14.49 for this product. The identical product sells in John Lewis for £27.50!!!! Well done health counter, will use again. Excellent communications too!

Still waiting for delivery
went online put order in for two items and one turned up couple of days later and for the second i am still awaiting delivery and no communication .
I called customer service and it was answer phone so i left message with my mobile no with order reference so far no reply thats 5 days since the phone call
I would not recommend this company or buy again from them

wrong product
Was sent the wrong product, similar to the one ordered but not interchangeable for use. Not a large sum of money so have opted not to go through the hassles of 'returns' etc. Not likely to use again for this reason.

Happy with what was scent!!
To get the tiem I ordered in such quick time was great. Trouble with the delivery cos; the courier wouldn't leave the package in the SAFE PLACE is - I guess- beyond your control. However tracking from dispatch to receipt would be an added asset to your service.

STILL WAITING!!!!
I am still waiting for the delivery of my product despite the fact of being told that the package had been dispatched on the 6th December. It is now the 19th December and no sign of my delivery - however would point out that the Company were quick enough to take the money out of my account!!!!

Very poor service and a system that allows you to order things that are not in stock and then just leaves you waiting
After difficulty placing my order, the product was out of stock and I was not informed, but just kept waiting. As this was a Christmas gift I eventually rang you to be told that my order had been part despatched and that the other product was currently out of tock. When I asked if it would be in before Christmas I was told that they had no idea!
I pointed out that if I had been told that it was out of stock I would not have ordered it and the second item I ordered was only to make the cost up to £30 so I did not pay postage.
The whole experience has been time consuming and disappointing. I will not be using this company again

Can't get faster than this!
I hunted around for the best deals on the web. Then I landed on The Health Counter. I am not one to really buy off websites that I have never heard of but they really were the best deal. So I went with it, and am truly glad I did. My packet arrived the next day (or maybe it was two days later)...It felt super fast!!! I am an Amazon buff all the way but I realize now that I should be hunting around because then you find little treats like this website. I will be back over and over again! Just try it out and you'll know what I mean!

Fast delivery but not to the correct address
I gave my work address for the item to be sent to so I didn't have to waste time going to the post office but the item was still sent to my home address.
When I checked my account details it clearly gave my work address as the delivery address so why they got it wrong I don't know.
When I received the email saying the item had been dispatched I contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do because it had already been dispatched.
I don't think I'll be using them again as I can get the same product for the same price and have it sent to the address that I want
