Efficient, fast, no problems!

Ordered some Pandora for Valentine's Day gift and it arrived less than 24 hours after with all the official packaging. Will be shopping again for Mother's Day, birthdays, etc. Keep it up!

Do NOT buy from this company - No items and no refund

I ordered from here for my wifes brithday in the December sale, I received an email stating items had been dispatched (I ordered 2 rings). Four days later I received an email stating 1 item was unavailable!! I emailed company and no response, I then rang them and they stated I had been issued with a refund for 1 item and the other was on its way. I stated I did not want 1 without the other as they were stacking rings. Basically I was told this was tough and I would have to wait for ring to be delivered and then return it at my own expense.
I have returned the ring but on checking my bank statements I have been issued no refund from this company. The refund for the ring I have never been sent has not even been given. Bad customer service when you ring store.

DO NOT USE!! BEWARE!

Orders some Pandora things in the Boxing Day sale as the authentic Pandora site kept crashing! What a mistake!! I ordered 2 items, was told one was unavailable the next say and refund would be issued, was pretty annoyed as it was for a gift but thought at least the other item us on the way! WRONG!! Get an email today- 4 days after order placed saying NONE OF MY ITEMS WERE available. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW ANNOYED I AM, so now totally missed out, had wanted the 2nd item for months. Much more reliable companies out there- use them instead!!

I ordered a pandora set on 7/12/2013, i received the usual confirmation email like you do then an email saying all on its way and if needed check the tracking number(NO TRACKING NUMBER ATTACHED), it wasn't a problem that it wasn't attached to the mail as i just glanced at the expected date 12th and thought it would arrive.....

The 12th came around so i thought id check the mail, no tracker as stated so i phoned them, they gave me the tracker and said it would arrive it was just the postal service at this time of year was slow.

( The tracker by the way just said pre advice of goods received nothing else, not out for delivery nothing).

That brings us too today..16/12/2013.

Phoned them and said what the tracker said and they said they would call royal mail to see what was happening and would call me back with the result.

RESULT= ITEM LOST

Ok these things happen and was told they would re send today for redelivery tomorrow before 13.00 which i was happy about.

Soo then i get a mail saying...

Following our phone conversation I can confirm that I have requested for your order to be sent out again today 16/12/2013.

I then reply saying please make sure as per phone call it comes tomorrow before 13.00 and can you give me the tracker please..

Soo then i get mail saying...

We do advise 1 – 3 working days for delivery so could be between tomorrow and Thursday.

Am i going mad here or what crazy mind games with the customers to keep us on our toes???

Sooo i reply....

I have waited over 9 days and the item is lost,you stated on the phone it would be on a next day pre 1300, now you state 1 to 3 days I will phone up to speak to a manager as this is not good enough

By this time i'm thinking WTH???!!??

Sooo then i get an email saying...

I have spoken to the relevant department and I have asked them to send your order express delivery so it will be with you before 1 pm tomorrow.

I'm Happy as a pig in the previbial Sh@t !! Yeh i'm gonna get my order that's all i want...

I mail asking please let know the by now infamous TRACKER when sent and get no reply until about 16.45 saying....

Dear Sir/Madame,


Due to limited stocks and sales made for the item that you ordered, we are currently showing the following item as out of stock.

Pandora Silver love Eternal Charm Set

Our apologies that we were not able to fulfill your original order. However we issued a full refund for the items out of stock, this will show in your account in 3 to 5 working days

Now if that is not taking the absolute p@ss out of a customer who has not ranted and raved been patient, waited for it to be sorted then just dumped at the end of the day by someone other than the person i had been mailing all day (Jade) in cold callous manor i don't know what is.. very unprofessional and amateurish in every way.

Very disappointing... use at your peril!!
