Disabled Property Service Like No Other

I want to congratulate The Little House Company for helping us find a property suitable for my grandson who is disabled and uses a wheelchair. I found it nearly impossible to find homes that meet his demands. It seems its not big business to sell properties for those who need accessibility. We should have more places that help people like us with disabled housing. Thanks

Avoid at all costs! Dreadful service. Poor communication. Website not advertised anywhere.

Initially this company seemed perfectly businesslike and professional prior to taking my payment. Once you've paid (£260 in my case) then forget about contacting 'thelittlehousecompany'. The 'Hotline' as advertised goes straight to voicemail always. You are told "One of our operatives will return your call ASAP." I don't believe there are any operatives other than the owner operator. No point in leaving any messages as they do not believe in customer service once payment has gone thru'. Even the 'Contact Us' link on their website does not work! Not one single enquiry in 6 weeks. The provided floor plan is incomplete. The Website is confusing and difficult to navigate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

So-So Experience

I found this site good and bad, the good was cheap way of selling a home the bad is that they don't have enough property on offer in the search. However if you want to sell seems a really good idea.

Use The Little House Company to Sell Your Property as a Test Run

Estate agents offer a really good service you get what you pay for and this type of site only serves to put the public at risk. How on earth can you sell your house with an advert. You need to employ an estate agent every time. Of course you will come across bad agents but if you speak to your agent you will soon find out if they are any good. You should always compare agent versus agent. Using a site like this is in my view going backwards not forwards we all need protection when you sell a property online is not the way.

Best Place for Adapted House Selling , Buying and Renting

This is great place for people with disabilities, they allow people with an adapted property to advertise for free. I found my rental property in Leeds nice to find a wheelchair friendly property website!

This was my first time to use this kind of service & after that I am now willing to use them rather than an estate agency to sell the property.

Cost Effective Place To Sell Property

I saw that you can try a DIY home sale yourself and also be in a contract with a local estate agent. My house in Birmingham had been on the market for several months. My estate agent who was a really nice person but lazy was not doing anything more to help sell my house despite it hanging around unsold. I said to him that I was going to use The Little House Company website who were not an estate agency to help find a buyer. I was fully upfront about this and told him he would lose any commission if I managed to sell using the services they offered. I spent less than £100 and created a private sale advert. The next day I sent him a link to my advert . He sent me a email back stating that he would put my house in the local paper and feature it on his site. This along with my private sale advert resulted in new interest and finding a buyer. Unfortunately the agent found a buyer first but the site helped me get him marketing for me. Next time I will not bother with the estate agent who essentially was lazy.

Pretty Website For Buying & Selling Property

Good little website for those in the know, I am an investor seeking homes offered at good value. Good for Sale by Owners sites in the UK are hard to find The Little House Company has some interesting properties. Much prefer to deal direct with the owner as you may know they tend to be more flexible having not to pay an estate agent. Great site for property investors check it out.

Best Place To Sell The Property

Great site to help you save some money. I used The Little House Company some years back to buy a property. When it came to selling my flat I wanted to miss out using the local estate agent. They quoted mr £3200! To be honest I used them to help value my property then I advertised it for sale on the site. It was fairly easy to add the property advert and the photos looked great. It took quite long to sell but I think that’s the market today. Eventually I sold the advert cost me less than £100! So so pleased ! Thanks

Best way to sell or rent your home!

This website is brilliant. Save money and commission fees from estate agents looking to rip you off. You can advertise you home in minutes and upload photos and set your price and you can deal with people who want to buy/rent your home direct rather than having to pay thousands to an estate agent to do it for you.

This is a brilliant idea and I this should have been done ages ago.

Demos thanks for the feedback, we agree that missing out the estate agent is a great way to save money. "For Sale By Owner" or Private House Sales is big in the US and has helped thousands save a fortune.

Sold my Property!

Having enlisted an estate agent and used the leading proeprty website Rightmove I thought my house would sell instantly. As the weeks went on I received a small number of enquiries and only one actual house viewing. I began searching the interne tfor a fresh approach and came across The Little House Company. I decided to give them a go and given the large % estate agents want the fee seemed miniscule. A few days past and I received an enquiriey through the website and then a second one the following day. The first enquirer booked a a viewing with me and that same day put an offer in on the house.The Little House Company is simple to use and effective at what it does. It may not be the biggest name in the property market but it helped sell my house.

Waste of time and money.

No enquiries for my property in months except for estate agents trying to get me on their books.

We like estate agents are subject to the housing market which has been very poor. I would always check your price and what you are offering buyers to maximise the opportunity of sale. All buyers compare like for like and know what is good value in their local markets.
