This company has a contact e mail on terms and conditions you cant access also a customer service number also not accessable be aware in now in dispute with the company over a faulty £310.00 pound watch which i worked hard to pay for and have absolutely no response therefor further action taken just beware pay the extra for a reputable source
I ordered a watch from this company and it was delivered today to my workplace. I do have to start with I was a little worried as have never ordered anything over £20 online as much prefer to visit the shops( gets me out the office!!)
Well was looking online and came across theonlinewatchcompany for a Armani watch i was looking at and they seemed very low in price. I called up and spoke to Richard who explained to me who they were and how they work. I went away and thought about it and even visited my local jeweller to see if he could match the price and he couldn’t.
So with a little trepidation I called back yesterday and ordered it with richard. That was at 3pm. Today at 10am I had it on my desk and was amazed.
The watch itself is genuine and the price was fantastic. I felt that the service was informative and I never felt pressured.
They may have made a believer out of me yet................

This is the 3rd time I have used this company over the last 12 months and though it is about time I reviewed them as there emails ask me to.....
Each order has been received when they said it would. (Slight hold up on the second one but was informed and was given a new delivery date).
My latest purchase was a TW steel watch and I am over the moon with it. It was over £500 in the shops and it cost me £385. Came well packaged and everything that it is meant to (cleaning cloth).
I can whole heartedly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future

I was looking for a particular Citizen Watch for myself which i was struggling to find it anywhere. i found this company on Google and though I would give them a call to see what they could do.
I spoke to a man called Richard who informed me that the watch was a model which was on a long backorder with Citizen and that he would have to quote me between 4-6 weeks for delivery. He said that they could take the order and wouldn’t charge me until the watch had come in.
I placed my ordered and waited! I ordered this in the 1st week of December so I wasn’t hopeful that I would have it for Christmas. I received a call from Richard on Wednesday evening to say that my watch had arrived. I was more surprised that he was still in the office at 8pm!!!!
It was shipped on Thursday and I was emailed the tracking details. The watch arrived late on Friday with Royal Mail.
I have to say it is everything i wanted and is absolute perfect in every way. It was well packaged and still had the ticket on it.
In short I am impressed with the price, service, customer care and would fully recommend to all.
My watch was delivered today only 20 hours after ordering.
I was let down by another company and spoke to richard at 3pm thursday. he told me that if the order went though before 4pm i would have it the next day.
It arrived this morning at 10am. Watch is perfect and at a great price.

My rating is 0 reason being I ordered a watch on 24/11/2011. On the 8/12/2011 I called the online watch company to ask where my watch was as I had heard nothing from them. I was told it was 15 working day (not 15 days as it says on their website). I did confirm with them I would receive the watch before Christmas and was assured of this.
However on the evening of 19/12/2011 my husband had a call to say that the supplier had changed the dates therefore I would not get the watch until after Christmas and they would phone at 12 noon the next day to speak to me. Needless to say I had to call them and cancelled the order. They are completely unreliable and have left me with no present for my son 6 days before Christmas.
Found them very helpful and friendly over the phone hence the title!
Watch was delivered day after i ordered it as was in stock on the site. I couldnt find this particular watch any where locally ( tw steel TW608 ).
Price was keen for this model and delivery as free!

I had an difficult request that I needed sorting out quickly. I was let down by another company on a particular watch that theonlinewatchcompany was showing in stock.
I called up and spoke to Richard who was very polite and helpful with my request.
Now the trickiness was that I need the watch the same day as I had a party to go to that evening and didn’t have a chance that afternoon to go into central London to try to find the watch (Armani ceramica ).
Richard said he would double check that the watch was in stock and call me back. He called back 10 minutes later to say that it was and if needed it today I could have it within 2 hours to my office on a bike. Now I understood I had to pay for that service but it was very reasonable compare to some London couriers!
I agreed and put my faith in him, paid and waited. 1 hour 43 minutes later I had it. The watch itself was 100% brand new and still had it stickers on it.
In short they were flawless and I couldn’t ask for more. They saved me from an embarrassing evening. The watch was given this evening and the recipient over the moon.

I ordered a watch from my partner’s birthday and theonlinewatchcompany delivered.
The watch was below the RRP and delivered securely.
I had a slight issue with some of my card details and this was smoothly sorted out with minimal fuss. I was worried that it was going to delay the shipping but didn’t.
I was looking online for a watch for my son’s birthday when I came across The Online Watch Company. I saw that they had for sale on their site the watch that I was looking for. I called them to enquire a bit more about it as I am not used to ordering online all too often.
I spoke to a gentleman called Richard who was very helpful and told me how they worked etc. He informed me that the watch I was after was on a 10 day delivery and that he could order me one in.
He told me that they wouldn’t charge my card until it was dispatched from them which I found reassuring. He helped me though the order over the phone despite me not having my card to hand and was very patient.
Once the order was completed he said that he would be in touch to let me know once it was ready to be sent out.
I received that call yesterday and received my watch today. I was also informed of the shipping on email with the tracking number from Royal Mail.
The watch itself is fantastic. Hence the title "couldn’t ask for more"!
It was on time and £90 cheaper than i saw in the shops. Staff are friendly and I would recommend.
I ordered a watch for my husbands birthday and was wouted 10 working days. Watch was recevied ontime and in all the correct packaging.

Watch was ordered 20 days ago on a long delivery time due to being out of stock. I placed my order and waited patiently.
I wasn’t contacted during the time scale as I was told I would only be contacted if there was a problem. I had to hold back from contacting on a few occasion as it wasn’t past the 20 days. This gave me a few nerves as I was previously let down by another company.
On the 18th day I received a call to let me know that my card was being charged and that the watch would be sent out for next day delivery. I received an email later that day to inform me that the watch had been dispatched. The email had the tracking number on it which put my mind at rest.
The next day the watch was received and was perfect. Everything was as described and in perfect condition.
In summary they did what they said they would do and you can’t ask for more than that.

Watch was ordered on Friday afternoon for a birthday on Saturday. Richard informed me that he would have it sent Saturday guaranteed so that it arrived the next day instead of today ( due to the bank holiday )
I was a little concerned at first as the birthday was so close.

I ordered a watch last Wednesday which was delivered to my home today 3 days before it was due.
From the moment i ordered the watch to when I received it I found them pleasant to deal with. I used the live chat feature more than the phone as on some occasion I couldn’t get though on it (small grumble over)
The watch was well priced and exactly as I had ordered. I took it this lunchtime to an authorised Armani dealer and have it checked to make sure it was fine and it was.
The contact I had was very minimal as I only had to change the delivery address to my place of work and then back again.
I received it well packaged and protected in bubble wrap and was emailed the tracking number yesterday so I knew it had left.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a watch and give them 5 stars.
I ordered a TW Steel gents watch model CE1014. At the time of order it said "delivery within 5 days" so on day 4 when I received an email saying the order had been dispatched I was quite happy that I would receive the watch on day 5 as detailed at the time of order. However there was no tracking number in the email, just an empty space underneath the sentence "here is your tracking number"
So it begins. I was away from home on a short break visiting with a relative at the time the watch was due to arrive and as the watch was due to be a birthday gift for said relative I put the delivery address as my relatives address. Not an outrageous concept I'm sure you will agree.
On day 5 after the watch had not arrived before 1300pm as Royal Mail special deliveries should, I called the number provided on my email correspondence explaining that my dispatch email did not include a tracking number. I spoke to a man called Richard who said that he would contact the dispatch team and assured me I would receive a call back from him within 5 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later I had received no such call.
I tried to call back numerous times to no avail so I sent an email highlighting my concerns about what appeared to be a very suspicious series of events. Richard soon emailed back to say that he had been busy and could not answer the phone. I then pointed out that when I spend £370 on a watch and the representative of the company selling me that watch says he'll ring me back in 5 minutes, I expect that call to come in 5 minutes. Basic customer service. Richard replied via email, (all of our correspondence was in email format from this point) apologised, gave me my tracking number and informed me that the watch had actually been delivered to my home address and not the specified delivery address under "instruction from the bank" due to the "suspicious" distance between my billing and delivery addresses (The west country to the north east of England is known to be particularly incredulous distance?) He went on to say that the dispatch team had tried to call me 3 times that day but were unable to get through or leave a message. Quite frankly a lie that does not go over in the 21st century. I had signal all day, I had not been on the phone all day and I have a voice mail facility set up to accommodate the aforementioned instances where one may be unreachable.
Having worked in the financial industry I was quite sure that this was an absurd reason to give for the watch being sent to the wrong address. So to be thorough I called the bank to enquire. The bank confirmed this was a nonsense reason and that the bank has nothing to do with the delivery of an item. By this point I had used the tracking number and true to Richard's word the watch had indeed been sent to my home address. Needless to say I was no longer suspicious about not receiving the watch however I was now furious that the watch had clearly been sent to the billing address by mistake and rather than just admit it, a elaborate story had been made up to cover the mistake.
When I put this to Richard and explained how embarrassing it was for me that I would not be able to present the watch as a birthday gift as intended the story was tweaked. Apparently what the dispatch team meant when they said "bank" was that they use a fraud screening company that gives each order a fraud score and my order must have had such a low score that the order was not cancelled no no no, but sent to my home address. Which is to say if I indeed was an impostor trying to obtain this watch by deception and using stolen card details I would have not received the watch. However some poor guy would be out of pocket £370, sure he'd have the surprise of a watch he didn't order but he'd be down £370 just the same. The Online Watch Company are so concerned about fraud that they not only still take payment and dispatch goods when they suspect possible fraud but they tell the potential fraudster that they suspect him! which is illegal I should add.
After a ridiculous series of argumentative emails between Richard and myself I decided to call it a day since he would not accept that he had been caught out. The Online Watch company's customer service is so appalling that Richard insists that they delivered on everything they said they would and he does not see where they have failed. All I wanted was for the guy to be a man and tell me they had made an error with the delivery details, instead what I got was a laughable hole of lies dug with the inexperienced shovel of a man well out of his depth in the relatively easy art of selling watches. There is a reason why they're cheaper than anywhere else, they have no idea how to deal with the average customer. Avoid. Spend a little bit more and pay for a good service as well as the product. Exactly what I intend to do next time.
I ordered a Tissot Visodate as a present for my Son's Graduation. Like most people I was a little apprehensive about ordering a watch online, so I called the company and spoke to a gentleman called richard who was very reassuring. The order was placed and the watch delivered to my office the following day. On close inspection there was a very tiny flaw in the finish of the watch face, which I debated whether to raise as a problem. In the end I e-mailed Richard and he arranged for another one to be delivered to their offices, which is only 5 minutes from my own. I popped down there and exchanged the watch - The new one is absolutely perfect. In my experience the measure of a company is in how it deals with the occasional problem, as they are bound to occur. On that basis they fully deserve a 5-Star rating.
I ordered a Tissot PRC200 watch which I'd been trying to buy for a while. Most places listed it as not in stock, and a couple of places took my order, but then admitted (after a few days) that they didn't have any stock, and they couldn't get any more for a month.
Eventually found Theonlinewatchcompany, who seem to list a lot fewer brands than most online watch sellers, and have a smaller range, but that does seem to be because they actually hold some stock. Ordered the watch late on Monday, it arrived on Wednesday morning. Very happy, especially as it was £40 cheaper than anywhere else I'd seen.
Only complaint would be that the company was fairly low-ranked on google, so I spent a long time searching before finding it!

Watch was ordered Saturday, had phone call Monday and subsequent calls giving me updates on the status of my order. Watch was received within a few days, far quicker than anticipated despite a hickup with the post office.
Husband was delighted with his 50th birthday present. He said the watch was even better then he thought it would be.
No hesitations in recommending these people. This was the first time I had dealt with the company. If I need another watch for my husband I would certainly not hesitate in returning to this company. Maybe he could buy me one next time?
