Low costs of efficient online dealing with personal service when required

I must say that my experience of using the Real Asset Co. platform has been very straightforward and cost effective and I would recommend it to anyone wishing to add metals to their portfolio.

Very helpful and polite phone conversations.

Not being very competent when it comes to computers and online stuff, I found every time I phoned and asked for help, it was readily given and I was helped to make an online transaction. The people on the phone were always friendly, coherent and helpful.

Sleep soundly.

Would recommend the real asset company to anyone concerned about the safety of their hard earned savings and considering putting them into real assets that can't be arbitrarily seized by profligate governments. The process itself was quite fast and very simple, and the support team was always happy to advise. Also found that the gold commentary section gave me confidence that they knew what they were talking about.

I would truly reccomment The Real Asset Company, they keep you up to date with all their lateness news and also on the status of your investment.

good but could be better

good customer service, but as yet the real asset company does not offer (unless it has recently changed) independent vault audits. This means there is no independent verification that the metal customers own is actually held. I do not distrust this company but it should be a part of their service that they perform this audit.

You will be pleased to know we have recently selected a reputable auditor to perform an independent verification of vault stocks.
The first audit will be performed on the 30th of June, with the report being published in the following weeks.
We plan to then increase the frequency of these audits, conducting two a year from 2014.

Excellent platform and service

I love the simplicity for buying gold and these guys really stay on top of all latest trends making it easy for me to work out how to manage my investment. They have also been fantastic on the live chat when i have had questions making them easy to recommend.

Highly recommend this platform

I had wanted to invest in Gold and Silver for some time but had been put off by the other platforms I had looked at due to their complexity. The Real Asset Company is extremely easy to use, transparent not to mention cost efficient. The staff - always available - are very helpful and are take time to answer questions in detail. An efficient and safe way to buy gold.

Having watched Jan Skoyles being interviewed on the Keiser report, I knew where to come for my gold investments.

Having done a lot of shopping around I highly recommend this as a means to buy gold and silver. Really easy to use, and the guys in the office were very helpful when I needed a bit of assistance.

Simple way to buy gold for those new to gold investment

Found them in Google, signed up straight away and then bought a small amount of gold shortly afterwards. Gave 4 stars not 5 as I would like it to be easier to monitor the increase/decreases in the value of my portfolio. Very happy so far and enjoy the newsletters.

An easy way to invest

I never know where to start when it comes to investing and The Real Asset Company was recommended to me by a friend. I found the website easy to use and I'm really pleased with my investment in gold and silver.

Easy to use site for buying commodities.

I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to financial investment full stop and last year I decided I'd like to buy some gold and silver. The Real Asset Company caters for the well versed financial investor as well the people like me. The website was very easy to navigate around and I will certainly use this platform again.

Top Notch Head of Research

You can judge a company very well by scrutinizing the quality of their staff and how they perform under pressure. For that reason I favor the Real Asset Co to handle my investments. Their Head of Research, Jan Skoyles, is a regular guest on RT’s Max Keiser show. Just watch Jan's TV interviews and see for yourself - she certainly conveys cutting insight and up to the minute knowledge.

Reliable, safe and thoroughly professional

I had looked at loads of companies through whom to buy precious metals. TRAC are excellent. Reliable, secure, transparent and great value. None better.

Trustworthy, very knowledgable, helpful company. All in all highly recommend.

I had some extra cash sitting in the bank, doing not very much. A friend mentioned the real asset company and investing in gold and silver. Knowing very little about money and finance I did some research, checked out their very informative easy to use website and went for it, with no regrets!
It is very straightforward to use, it's easy to contact and speak to them if necessary, very simple to buy and sell, you are spoon fed through the whole process.
I now also use it to gift to my godchildren as an ever increasing investment year after year, much better than more toys!
I think they The real asset company is brilliant and haven't been able to fault them yet.

Absolutely no complaints.

Very easy to get started & the staff were extremely helpful with any hiccups or questions.
Have yet to withdraw (& it'll probably be a while until I do) but everything seems clear & straightforward.
I highly recommend this service to everyone whether you are newbies at this "precious metals" lark or not.
Also, the extra input & articles make this a site to come & dip into whether you are a customer or not.

Very straightforward and easy to use - a great way to invest in gold

Precious metals - easy, cheap & safe

I’d had money sitting in an old-style pension for a long time. Every time I’d look at doing something with it “the rules” wouldn’t allow it. Well, apparently the rules changed at some point (again) & I finally could do what I wanted – precious metal investment. My criteria for precious metal investment were as in the headline: I wanted a company that was safe, inexpensive and easy to work with. Your criteria may be different but that’s what was important to me. The Real Asset Company scored highly on all 3 and worked closely with my SIPP provider to set up my account. Pension/SIPP wheels grind slowly, and I had a lot of stupid questions along the way but never did I get a boilerplate answer brush-off. Once the SIPP was in place the Real Asset Company part of the procedure was the easiest bit, with very low costs for acquisition & storage. If you want what I wanted I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Very Pleased! A couple recommendations.

Very pleased with The Real Asset Company. The platform is very easy to use and the fees are great. I do have a few recommendations:
1. Offer a Referral/Affiliates Program for recommending friends and family to The Real Asset Company, similar to some of the competitors (i.e. GoldMoney, SilverSaver.com, etc.)
2. Add a section in the FAQ's in regards to how the procedure would be in case of the unlikely event of bankruptcy of The Real Asset Company.

An easy to use site to purchase gold and silver for the non-professional investor. Simple to keep track of your gold and silver holdings and competitive rates too

I have been using TRAC for 2 years. It's simple to use and transactions are seemingly run instantaneously. Given my low tolerance to registration and navigation with online services TRAC ia a breath of fresh air in its simplicity.

Easy to use, cost effective, friendly staff and brilliant research articles.

I wanted to buy some physical gold and did a lot of research into allocated bullion companies and found The Real Asset Company to have the easiest platform to use and understand, be cost effective and 100% safe.

During business hours the staff are always available to answer questions.

Their comments and analysis pages are always worth a read providing informative and amusing articles and links to a few key articles on the web.

If you are looking to buy Gold (or Silver) then there is no other company I would use.
I have no reservations in recommending!!!

The best way to buy gold bullion

I chose The Real Asset because I wanted physical gold bullion owned in my own name. Nice, easy to use site. Love the vault options, and I opted for Singapore. Efficient markets and great customer service. I’ll be back when I’m ready to buy gold with my SIPP.
