Great Looking Promo Sign
I ordered some vehicle signage and had an order issue that was handled super-efficiently by the customer service team and my product was with me the morning after my telephone call. The product looks great, very slick. Will certainly be using these guys again.

Brilliant Website, Good Advice, Superb Results…. I’m very pleased with my vehicle livery
Talking to the guys online helped me when i couldn’t find a "professional body" logo when first creating my Van Livery on the Website. The Sign builder Website has just the right amount of tools to create a professional look. When I received my livery it was just what I had ordered i.e. letters and spacing’s all matched my specifications. I’m very pleased with my vehicle livery.

Excellent quality & value for money
When I was asked to design a banner I was terrified as I am not at all creative. However the signbuilder website was so easy to use, even the likes of me managed to creat a very eye catching banner. The quality is excellent, and the price is great, & I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. There was an issue with courier, but that was no fault of signbuilder.

excellent customer service, let down a little by the packing crew,
I was very pleased with the customer service which was very patient and helpful, The level of customer care was excellent ( even phoning me to let me know they were keeping an eye on the parcel which had gone astray, I hadn't noticed)
one thing that could do with looking at is the way the signs are packed,
I have a dog in my logo and where the signs have been rolled up and an elastic band put round there is a mark/line in the logo,
almost like the two parts of the logo didn't have time to glue properly before being packed, I'm hoping that in time once they have settled down I will be able to remove the mark with the tool supplied,
I did manage to get a small amount of glue out from between the two separate sections trying to flatten it out, time will tell.
maybe flat packing the signs would help?
could you also take a little more care with your blade when cutting the backing?
there are a couple of cuts going through the letters and even the top of one my letters has been shaved by a few millimeters but I carefully fitted it back on after they were fitted, all in all not a huge drama!!
but I found the whole thing very good, the design feature of the site is excellent and the knowledge and patience more than made for the small problems

I would have preferred to receive it in a postal tube, as the box it was delivered in was a little large so I bought a tube to store it in when not in use.

The signs were well packed and when opened I couldn't believe the quality. The magnetic signs are much better than I expected!

The website was easy to use for ordering, but they then rang up and suggested that the colours I had selected did not go as well as I had expected, and suggested suitable alternatives. This looked very good when we received the product and I was impressed that they had taken the trouble to ensure I got the best product they could provide. Really impressive service at a good price.

Easy, no stress , just brill been using them for 2 years and never looked back
best price , super value looks top class cos it is, easy so easy no flapping they do the hard work and check it all for you , yes there is someone in town that does it but to hard to deal with , sign builder done my first van and will do my 2nd and 3rd plus every thing else , the only thing i would like to see is T-SHIRT printing service .

Looks superb, exactly what was requested
Looks superb, exactly what was requested. The quality looks good. Come July when it adorns the highways and byways of France. I hope it stays vibrant throughout the Tour de France and both Sky Cycling and Mark Cavendish appreciate the efforts to support them.

Originally found this company by chance. My usual sign wirter had hiked prices too high, so had not used them.
I was impressed at the price, and quality of the sign writing. There was one or two imperfections, but not noticable, and that may have been more about the font I chose rather than the cutting of it but a few letters had slightly overlapped. Not noticable once on the van, and to be perfectly honest, having saved over £150 on my normal sign writers price, who cares!
Contact was good, received a polite call from them when dispatched - delivery company took a few days as they had lost the item, but that has nothing to do with the service from thesignbuilder.com
Overall, great product, great service - this is the type of company that will get Britain moving again!
I will be using again, and have rcommended half a dozen more people already!

ORDER MAGNETIC SIGNS BACK IN SEPT 2011 , THEY STILL LOOKS AS GOOD AS THE DAY I BOUGHT THEM.
ORDERED SOME MORE FOR THE REAR OF MY VAN BUT COULD NOT REMEMBER WHICH SHADE OF BLUE I USED.ONE QUICK E-MAIL TO THEM AND THEY WERE ABLE TO MATCH THEM TO MY PREVIOUS ORDER. SPOT ON.

Poor Service
Having ordered the signs it took chasing emails to get them delivered. Dissapointed no offer made or note to say sorry given.
We made a mistake on the email address on our sign AND a simple proof read by them would have picked this up, generally accepted practice in the print world.
Not the cheapest on the market so expected better.

The team at the signbilder are the best i have used. They re sized the whole van graphics to my van and the best quality vinyl is used. Easy to use but not good results
Website was nice and easy to use, but the print quality of the product - car stickers - was not good. I used 600dpi artwork so no resolution problems, but it looks like it's been printed from a 72 dpi file at best. They were also supposed to have rounded corners but don't. Not impressed, won't be using again, would have returned the product if there had been time to get them done elsewhere.
