All received in impressive packaging but it took almost 2 weeks. Hard to work out what you are ordering online thought we ordered a sign with a clear vinyl back. So asked for advice on online chat today, Martin was helpful initially then disappeared not answering all my queries.As the first order isn't as expected we need to re order meaning another 40 pounds and 2 week wait. So bit fed up really as this is a new small business and we've blown a hole in advertising budget already
