Easy to use website and good ability to personalise designs
I really enjoyed the process of designing my van signage and the product and speed of delivery was spot. I'd highly recommend The Sign Builder for basic of the shelf designs. Everything I wanted was there on their system and I had no need to upload personal logos or images.
I'm sure I'll be back :)

great customer service
A fantastic service, the best bit was Amy emailed me with her suggestions to improve the sign created on their easy to use website, her input helped me make the right decision regarding the layout of my sign. The website says delivery in 7 to 10 days but in fact it was much quicker, when the signs arrived they were well packed and expertly made. I am telling all my friends to us Thesignbuilder because their customer service is first rate and so is the price. Five stars.

Very efficient service all round
As soon as I ordered, I received an acknowledge and the very same day a telephone call to confirm it had been received together with a request for a copy of the original graphics files as they were not happy that the ones sent would produced a good enough quality end result.
The order was received with the week, well in time for the deadline set.
All round an excellent service, if a little pricey; But you pay your money and you take your choice!

Helpful staff, good prices and fast delivery!
The sign I designed wouldn't have completely worked, yet instead of simply printing it and sending me a worthless design, the staff at Sign Builder worked with me via email to correct and improve the sign. The personal touch was really appreciated and the staff were more than willing to help, and were very polite and patient. The sign was delivery very quickly and at a more than reasonable price.

one word 'brilliant'
i must say , i have bought lots of different things from lots of companies
on the internet, some good but also some bad, but dealing with thesignbuilder.co.uk
i have to say that i would recommend this company to anyone.
from the first minute i logged on to the site everything was explained to me and
all things was easily done step by step, i got van graphics for a mercedes
sprinter which was very old [1997]. the picture of my van was shown and i just
had to pick cartoon picture of two men carrying a roll of carpet then picked colour and style of writing and all was seen on the picture of the van.
next day i got an email from a lady called 'Amy' who recommended a different
font to my writing, a more bold font that when compared to the one that i had chosen, Amys was much more eyecatching. i went with her choice and the graphics arrived to me in a few days with a full bottle of fluid and easy to follow directions on how to apply them. they have transformed my van and everyone thinks
i have a new van! i will take a few photos of the van and upload them to the website
very soon. again i must say i am very satisfied with quality of both the graphics and indeed the staff and company of thesignbuilder, i will be recommending them to all

if you want to sign your van your self, this is great company to do it with
I'm a new start up business and I'm only a little acorn that wants to grow into a big oak tree. I feel that in my line of work a sign written van is one of the most important assets I can own. After buying a cheep van on ebay i spent a few days getting rid of the rust and respraying it so it could support sign writing and graphics. Like most of my projects I was going to make it big and bold. I was no sure that thesignbuilder would be able to make the graphics as large as I needed for my van, ........ but they did!!!
When it came to applying the text and graphics I put aside a couple of days to make it just right. I am now a proud owner of a sign written van and what's more I gained and contract out of it while I was signing the van up outside my house. Good value. Good service. Good banners.
We've now purchased 4 banners - over the course of a few years - to advertise events at our church. The banners are easy to design online and staff always respond quickly to any questions.
We've had quotes locally for banners but they're not as competitive as Thesignbuilder.
The banners themselves are of a good quality and delivery has always been on time.

Amazing service, professional and curious.

When I placed my order I incorrectly clicked deliver despite only living 2 minutes away. I received a phone call, within 5 minutes of placing the order, checking whether this was correct. Clearly it wasn't so had the delivery charge refunded. Many Thanks.

TO ANY ONE WHO DOUBTS THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT, READ ON.
I have had my work van for six months, and as a painter/decorator, decided that it would be worthwhile to have it sign written with my company name etc.
After obtaining three different quotes for this, by logo company's that would apply the finished product. I was frightened off by the high cost, until that is, I came across
THE SIGN BUILDER. For a flat rate cost, I could have just about what I liked all around the vehicle. The design tools are very simple to use, with templates that match the model/year and colour of your own car or van ! The design can be saved and thought about, and returned to at any time for change or review. You can be as plain or as fancy as you wish with your design. There is even online help, should you get into difficulty. When my order arrived, [yes I was told when it due for dispatch], I got straight on with the application, I was a little hasty at first, but as long as the instructions are followed their is no need to worry. The lettering and design went on a treat and sticks fast. with a little care and thought it really is so simple.
And at least a FULL THIRD CHEAPER than my other quotes !

Outstanding service and quality
Ordered full van sign writing from Thesignbuilder that is now on my van and i'm delighted with the results.I had made a slight mistake when ordering but after one e mail everything was sorted without a problem thanks again

The signs were OK but there was a small crease in two of the picture panels that are visible.
I would use the Sign Builder but do not expect perfection, although the product is good value for money. Delivery from purchasing online to receiving the signs was a bit slow, even factoring in the Easter bank holidays.

Great service and great product
There was a problem with the quality of the image I submitted but someone got in touch and let me know of the problem so I could resolve it before it went to print. Very grateful. It arrived and was perfect. Customer service was amazing!

Quality signs for my van, easy to use design system and very helpful and easy to contact staff.
First signs I've ever bought and kept putting it off because I didn't know what I wanted or who to use.
I would 100% recommend these guys, they even helped me with my company logo as the one I was trying to use wasn't quite good enough ( for Free).
I went for magnetic signs in the end as I'm not sure how long i'm keeping this van, they look great and for what they cost they'll soon pay for themselves.

Slow slow slow slow
Took weeks to arrive, lack of inter company communication where a lady called and asked me questions only to get a call three days later from a man asking the same question, told images were poor quality yet used the companies own images not mine ?

Great quality, fast delivery and good value for money.
I had this idea about promoting my little cottage industry twitter page using a decal on my back window of my car and had a look at a few websites to see how much it would cost. I was surprised to see how cheap the sign would be and with the onliine design tool I could set it out and see how it would look. I was pleased to see that the twitter logo was available already and could see my finished article without speaking to anybody or waiting for replies etc. In just a few minutes I had ordered it (actually I ordered 2 and put one on my camper van too!). Delivery was really fast and the quality was much better than I expected for the price. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Fantastic service. fast, reliable and friendly
i purchased a full set of signs and logo's for a combo van. The quality was excellent and exactly as I had requested via the site. Upon delivery there was slight damage to one sign. I emailed sign builder and received a call back within 30 minutes. I spoke to Russel who was only to willing to rectify the problem and I received a replacement via first class post within 24 hours at no expense to myself. The lettering I received was of a superb quality and incredibly easy to apply myself. I would recommend this to anyone considering having a van done. I paid less than £130 for what would have cost me £500 to have done professionally. You cannot tell the difference.

Fantastic Service
I stumbled across this site while searching for decals for my company van and was immediately impressed that i could pick a template of the model of van i had and the design studio was easy to use.
I could upload any images and logos i had and arrange them on the template so i knew exactly how they would look.
After i had completed my design and made my order i was also impressed by the phone call i received to point out my logo looked slightly fuzzy once it was scaled up and they completely redesigned my logo looking better than the original.
The order was delivered promptly within the timescale they stated with full instructions and tools for fitting.
I was slightly nervous about putting them on as i have never applied decals before but following the instructions carefully, i soon had them on the van and they look amazing.
I would highly recommend this service to anyone

It does exactly what it says on the tin and with great service.
A very easy to use site to enable you to make great looking signs. There are lots of tools to help you design a sign that looks like you have employed a professional to do the graphics but without the costs.
Hey, I did have a small problem with the order when it arrived. I bit of confusion on both sides I think. However it took just one friendly email from me to explain the problem and hey ho a rapid response and the alterations done immediately and new signs on the way. No hassle and moaning, just great service.
I definitely will be using again and have no hesistation in recommending them to you.

A very friendly team who helped at every stage.
Trying to design a roller banner for the charity I am involved in seemed easier with The signbuilder than other sites I visited. The team were on hand to help with picture size & quality & I was contacted promptly when their design team felt they needed something from me to make the banner look better.
The only thing I was a little concerned with was the deadline for delivery before an event we had. However the team made sure we got the banner on time. I would definitely use the company again.
