fabulous quality and value for money
I'm very happy with this lambswool throw. I had searched and searched for one that wsn't too expensive, but would still look and feel like it was. This is excellent. I couldn't recommend highly enough. The service was also excellent and delivery was incredibly quick.

I ordered a car blanket, was reasonably priced, good quality.
Good value for money, it met my expectations (if not exceeded!). Ordered for next day delivery and arrived on time. Delivery driver left it in a safe place as I requested.

A comfortable night's sleep
I was surprised how heavy the duvet felt in its packaging compared to a feather duvet, but once on the bed it feels warm and comfortable. The mattress protector is also good.

A wool duvet is pure heaven!
I have been using wool duvets for the past twenty five years and in my opinion you can not beat them. They are far superior than any feather duvet. They are also anti allergy and above all and the main reason why I personally like wool duvets is that it seems to regulate the temperature to your own body. So nice and snug in the winter and never too hot in the summer. The Wool Company duvets are great value for the money, very well made and the choice of the different weights is excellent. As they all have poppers this allows you you mix and match different weights to suit your needs. I especially like the soft cotton outer lining. I am very pleased with my purchase. I received my
duvet within two days of ordering. I would definitely recommend
purchasing a wool duvet and highly recommend The Wool Company to anyone.

The wool company have got it right!
I purchased a mohair throw which upon arrival, unfortunately did not match the colour reproduction on the web. The wool company could not have been more helpful in this matter and I returned the throw and was credited immediately.
I am really disappointed that on this occasion I was unable to purchase from The Wool Company but will certainly use them in the future and would recommend them to friends and colleagues alike.

Exceptional customer service
I phoned and explained that I had a wedding on Saturday and the weather was going to be chilly and needed a cashmere pashmina . Having explained that I live on the Isle of Man the very helpful lady rushed to catch the courier that evening with a few minutes to spare and I received my beautiful warm pashmina 2 days later. I could not have asked for better service . EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!

I've shopped with The Wool Company before, and have always been really delighted with my purchases and the speed with which they arrived. This time was no different, except: I tried to buy a couple of things online with a discount code, but each time I clicked through from one page to the next the final amount would change. Not wanting to pay more than *my maths told me I should, I left the transaction & planned to call customer services the next day.
When I called, the service was excellent, I paid the amount I thought I had to over the phone and the person I spoke to went off to do a trial transaction to find out what I was talking about.
My only criticism would be that the online check out totals are slightly confusing, as they keep VAT separate, and if you are buying multiple items or using a discount code it can get a bit convoluted. But really, they're brilliant. Use them.

Beautiful pashmina, excellent service!
I had reservations about ordering a pashmina over the Internet, as I thought it may look a bit like it would be something I bought from a Market stall, but I am very pleased to say this is truly a good quality, beautiful pashmina, soft, warm and elegant, I wouldn't hesitate ordering from this company again, thank you for not disappointing me, and the service was great, love the colour too, duck egg, goes with most other colours.

Just acceptable
Ordering the product was only just acceptable; I had to keep ringing back myself about the order when I was told the company would ring me. I was not kept informed at all. If I could have found the product elsewhere, i would have. There was no returns information when the product arrived either.
The product was not the right colour when it arrived, but was excellent quality. If I had had appropriate returns info. I would have returned it. As it is, I have kept it for another purpose.

Perfect service.
Ordered a sheepskin rug for our baby on the Friday and it was delivered on the Monday. The rug comes in a handy zipped storage bag, may not seem much but its that kind of attention to detail that would make me recommend a company. Excellent service with no issues and a decent product for your money!

I was having difficulty ordering online (my failure, not their website!) so when I called The Wool Company for help I was immediately put through to someone who processed the order for me in the most charming and helpful way. The next day I received a gorgeous big box of things I had ordered. The wool pillows in particular are a dream and seem to promote good, deep and calm sleep. I've bought socks, duvets and blankets in the past from them and love all their things - they're fantastic quality and still all going strong after quite a few years.

Not made in UK
While I 've no ojection to them selling articles not made in UK, I think they should say when they are UK origin and when they are not. Just bought a wool topper and it clearly says on box "Made in China". If Id known that I would not have bought it - Im a UK sheep farmer. Presumably the wool isnt UK either (probably New Zealand or Australian).

Prompt delivery - one item was out of stock: this was made clear when we ordered and we were kept updated on expected delivery date, which was acheived.
This is the second time we've ordered from The Wool Company and we've been delighted both by the service and the products on both occassions. This time we ordered a "his and hers" duvet and a wool filled pillow for me - I am asthmatic and saw the comments abut the benefits of a wool pillow. The his and hers duvet has been great - it feels very lightweight compared to "conventional" duvets (we were initially concerned that we woud not be warm enough) and yet keeps us both suitably warm without overheating. We would (and have) recommend this to other couples. We bought a king size for our double bed and this also works well. Whether or not it's a coincidence or a sign I needed to change my pillow anyway I will never know, but I have noticed a marked improvement in my wellbeing when I wake up in the morning since I've been using the wool pillow. It is also very comfortable and being natural fibres no sweaty face cheeks in the morning!

Unhappy with gift wrapping.
The gitf wrapping was not to my standard, I found it of poor quality and quantity.
On arrival the gift box was crushed, not enough wool for such a large box, sealed tissue paper so not possible to view item with out ripping it, A4 coloured paper instead of an actual card and the quality of the rippon was extremely bad.
Making it over priced overall.

I bought the sheepskin mattress cover on trust (online) because I was having major problems keeping my internal 'thermostat' on an even keel at night... I was awakening just about every hour in a sweat, and then freezing after I had kicked everything off!
I remembered from my nursing days that we used to use sheepskin to keep babies warm and comfy, and that sheepskin was also very effective for keeping our very senior patients comfortable, so what had I to lose? Certainly not sleep! I've now had the cover on my mattress for a little over a week and it's been fantastic... For a start it's luxuriously comfy and I'm sleeping better than I have for months... Thank you so much, Wool Company! Great service, wonderful product, highly competitive price (I did a lot of research before I purchased), and a VERY happy customer! Five Stars *****
