Great value; good looks!
I was looking for blankets to make campfire blankets for four of my grandchildren (Scouts) and my niece (a Guide). On their half-price sale, The Wool Company's red and green tartan essential car rug was exactly what I wanted - warm, and won't show the dirt. I have individualised them with different coloured knitted necks, and embroidered their names and the scout/guide badge on the back. Now, I guess, I'll have to help with sewing on their collections of badges!

Great products, great service
We are really pleased with our wool duvet and pillows especially after the recent cold weather. The company are very efficient and give a personal service. Highly recommended.

"Silky Piece" rides again!!
When my own son was little he adopted his then wool blanket ( with silk edging) as his comforter. We couldnt go anywhere without this blanket and I had to sneak it out of his bed at night to wash it. Over the years the blanket wore away but the silky edge remained - it had the name of "silky piece." I still have this straggly rag in my memory box.
Said son is about to have his own son at the end of April and I will present him with your lovely blanket so we can start all over again!
P.S. The blanket obviously has not been used yet but it looks great and you were kind enough to e-mail me to say it was out of stock initially but would be with me asap

Baby loves wool
My friends daughter has just had a baby boy riley he was born three weeks premature.
I didn't have a clue what to get for the baby who has everything. I chose the christening blanket for the simple reason. When my son was born 40 years ago someone gave me a christening blanket as a gift. The blanket was beautiful and so cosy that I bought one for riley who uses it everyday.

Spicy colours
I ordered a paprika pashmina and was delighted by the vibrancy of the colour. Beautifully soft. I spend a lot of time in bed and it is very comfortable and the colour makes me feel better.
Most impressed by the speed of delivery.
Feels a bit hit-or-miss when selecting a firm from the Internet but I would have no hesitation in using the Wool Company again, or recommending them to others

Great Product, Great Service, Great Delivery
I purchased a quad sheepskin for delivery to Europe. The delivery service was outstanding and extremely rapid. It was tracked throughout. The website is wonderfully set-up and easy to use. The product is lovely, very slightly smaller than I had imagined but of very high quality. I bought these to spread out over a white sofa and am very happy with the purchase. I would certainly buy from this company again.

Excellent!
We ordered the wool christening shawl for our daughters christening and were firstly impressed by the speed of delivery. The shawl was absolutely perfect. A good size and beautifully made. It was as fine as spider web - so delicate and looked gorgeous in the photos. I would reccommend this item to anyone.

Six month review.
I thought I would wait to review this product and give it a reasonable amount of time and use before posting. We purchased the King Size duvet having read about the benefits on another web linked article. My main reason for buying was the possible reduction in night time sweats caused by synthetic materials. I have not been disappointed! In fact, I have not had a night sweat since our purchase six months ago. I am very pleased.

Wonderful product at a great price.
I ordered the knitted cushion covers and they came very quickly. They are fantastic for the price, just as good as the ones I saw in a well known luxury store for £45 each and these were less than half the price.
One little point to mention, in the heading you list them as CUSHIONS although to be fair in the detail you do say cushion covers. I ordered them in a hurry (stressed from too much Christmas shopping and tired of trawling the internet!) and was expecting cushions. As it happens I was happy with what I got, I only really wanted the covers anyway as they are easier to wrap and we already have pads. However perhaps a clearer heading may prevent someone else making a mistake though.

Excellent
I am really happy with the products I ordered from the wool company: 4 wool pillows, a wool blanket/throw (sale absolute bargain!) and kids woolly socks. The products all look and feel great. The price was great too. I ordered the products on a evening and they were delivered to me in less than two days which I thought was fantastic. Looking forward to the kids having lovely warm feet in their wellies this winter!! I will be looking out for more sale bargains in the future and many of the items would make great gifts.

Beautiful warm duvet, incredibly fast shipping
We love our autumn weight duvet, great product! Only disappointment was the gift wrap option for bridesmaid's gifts (definitely not worth the extra £), but customer service was brilliant and rectified the misunderstanding right away.

This is a lovely super-soft Christening Shawl.
I bought a Cotton Christening Shawl as a gift for my daughter-in-law who is expecting our first grandchild. I was delighted with the excellent service provided by the Wool Company and the parcel arrived very quickly. The shawl is beautifully made and is every bit as pretty as it appears on the website.

A beautifully packaged quality shawl.....a delight to receive!

Excellent service - a pleasure to do business with such a friendly company!
I originally ordered a lightweight merino wool blanket in the Tartan of my son-in-law`s family ready to send out to the baby, but unfortunately had a phone call a couple of days later to say that this particular tartan was no longer in available from the Wool Company. The lady who called was very apologetic and offered a refund to my credit card, or perhaps I would like a different tartan as there were plenty to choose from. I explained that it would not be right to send a different tartan! The refund appeared on my statement very quickly. Once the baby had arrived and it was a boy, I decided to order the blue tartan baby blanket. (a cute pale blue and white tartan pattern). I had trouble ordering this item on-line, so phoned the Wool Company. I was helped by a charming lady who offered to send the blanket direct to Australia, and very patiently took down the rather obscure address, and details of what I would like added to a gift card. She explained that the postage to Australia would be added to my Credit Card payment. I have had a lovely e-mailed photo of Cameron snuggled under the new blanket the day it arrived, and he looks very happy with it! I would certainly recommend the service that I received from the Wool Company - many thanks.

The Blankets that never were
I have in the past purchased cellular blankets from Early's of Whitney who seem to have gone out of business.
After searching the web, I placed an order with The Wool Company for two cellular blankets by phone about the 19th Sept. I was told delivery would be abut 2-3 weeks, I paid at that time and the cost was debited to my Visa account,
Last week, as I had not received the blankets, I looked at the tracking site, where it said the blankets had been returned, so I phoned the Help desk and was told this was so, the lady could not explain why, but the cost had been credited to my account.
I did not receive a written or phone explanation, which seems customers can be left in the dark and their inconvenience does not worry The Wool Company. I replaced my order, bot not having seen the blankets I am unable to comment on satisfaction value.
Possibly, The Wool Company is using a carrier who does not deliver to Jersey, I receive a lot of parcels via
the normal postal service, L.L. Bean and Amazon, so we are not located in a badly serviced area.

This blanket was exactly what I wanted
I had been trying to find a blanket which would replace the one I had when I was a child (I am 70 so it had done very well). I googled blankets and came up with several sites. The Wool Company offered the best choices and price. To make sure it would be large enough to tuck in all round, I phoned and spoke to a very helpful person. I decided to go for a king size to ensure it would tuck in and not just 'drape'. It arrived quicker than they expected to be able to send it, because of the colour I had chosen, was in a sensible zipped bag (which I can store it in when not using it) and it is now on my bed and giving me wonderful nights warmth. I am thrilled with my choice. Bring blankets back - I say!

Will definitely order from The Wool Company again.
I normally get my pashminas from India, where I pay a decent price for a high quality item. and thus it was with great trepidation that I ordered one from The Wool Company. I needn't have worried, as I am thrilled with my purchase. The quality is as I would expect, and the cost much lower than would be at quality department stores. Delivery was rapid, and I was kept up to date with delivery ETA by regular text messages from the courier company. Fantastic service all round.

It would be hard to better than this .....
I ordered two Merino blankets. Shortly after, I received an email regretting they were out of stock. I 'phoned The Wool Company and they offered an upgrade to my order for the original price. Excellent and friendly service to be remembered.

Friendly helpful company
I purchased a lambskin as recommended by the lady on the telephone for my newborn grandson. His parents were lacking in sleep but much to their amazement little Hamish slept 5 hours when placed on the lambskin in his Moses basket. He still is sleeping well so must order a sheepskin for his brother's cot as he is tending to wake up in the early hours - Lachlan is still a baby being only 17 months .Hopefully the warmth and comfort of pure wool will sort out the second problem!!

I was very pleased with the purchase of a wool blanket as a new baby present. It was very reasonably priced, the colours were lovely and it arrived promptly. I personally would have preferred it to have been packaged in tissue paper than than a cellphane wrap as that seemed a bit harsh for the beautiful item.

Soft and luxurious, one of the nicest things we bought for our new home
We bought a lovely Scottish Wool Merino throw to put over the back of a rather standard navy sofa. It has made it unique and helped bring colours in from all over the living room. And it is so lovely and soft to lie against.

Call a blanket a throw, & then it has an appeal as a useful item for uni & beyond!
My son received mainly money for his 18th birthday, enabling him to chose a few items for uni. I referred to a blanket as a throw, & immediately it had appeal as a useful item for uni & beyond on which to spend some of his birthday money. I advised him to get a pure wool throw, for both warmth & durability. We found the Wool Company had a good choice of pure wool throws at an acceptable price, marketed with a modern appeal. The delivery service was both free & fast, & my son has now started uni with a useful/attractive accessory to enhance his student room! Thank you.
