this is my first bluetooth so I am still getting used to using it. It is a jawbone that I bought and it is a bit complicated. I used it one time and I pressed the wrong button that hung up the other person.

RIPOFF!! Sells phones that look new from outside but are old from the inside

I bought a Blackberry 8320 from these guys 6 months ago. It is already dead!!

When I received the item, it worked fine. Within a month the camera stopped working and the mute button failed. (The phone was never dropped or handled roughly).

Within two months, all the black paint/material on the phone's body started to peel off.

Finally I took it for repair, the BB Service Technician who opened it, informed me that the phone internals have been opened before and tampered before. He also informed me that the internals (motherboard) etc look very old and are probably not brand new.

This seller is terrible and a COMPLETE ripoff.

Do-not get tempted by cheap prices! This is a ripoff!!

I paid for a Verizon phone 2 weeks ago and have not received it. Cannot get past his voicemail. Phony USPS tracking # Bite the bullet and go to E-bay or Verizon

Good value, responsive customer service

Here's a story that did not start well. The phone I received was advertised as new, but was used. However, after I let the people at thriftycomputer.com know about the problem, they worked with me to resolve it. I ended up keeping the phone (hey - it works!), but at a much reduced price. So it ended well, thanks to quality customer service.

Here’s my story....... I took a lot of pain to warn you guys so please read it its for your own good,,,, My 1st order – --Date: 06-02-2009 02:08:20:::Order id: #
My 1st order 6670 dated 06-02-2009 --- did lot of continuous follow up and after one week the y replied that When they went to ship, they noticed that this is not brand new, where I was forced to cancel the order that to after a week I don’t get then y do they take $ 8.00 for shipping I think just to buy time for processing.
,,,,,Here’s my 2nd order story-----Date: 23-02-2009 Order id: #7420 --So after confirming with them that they have new product in stock, I placed my order – (totally assured and relaxed that I will receive my cell soon.)) – as the time passed this guys reply that they will do it 2day, they have problem with battery, they fired shipping man, product have been shipped but we dont have tracking details and all that excuses that they can generate to fool me. They just bluff around the order for almost one month with all the excuses and lies till March 19, 2009 where I was forced to cancel the order.
In short they fool me around 45 days with all the lies and storied they can generate that to confirming with them about the product before placing order to them. Dont believe in their words at all they just try to get the order and one the order is done they are lest bothered about shipping.

Absolutely Exceptional

Thrifty Computer is absolutely exceptional in every way.

I Had a request for Customer support and it was handled right away. The agent was incredibly polite and helpful. I've never ordered anything that was backordered or late!
