Sooo easy!!

I ordered a dyson vacuum from this company. I received it so quickly after following the simple instructions of payment on the website. After I placed the order I received email confirmation really quickly, and was able to track my order on the courier website aswell.

I will use this company again and recommend it to anyone!

Quick and efficient

Ordered a new camera recently to take away on holiday as found out a few days before my old one had broke, camera arrived next day and even in the morning. Don't usually write feedback on these kind of things but felt this was well deserved!

Outstanding service

Having recently started a business I was amazed at how quickly I was able to get up and running thanks to Thurgo. Lawnmower, strimmer and hedge trimmers all arrived well within the delivery time specified and at such brilliant prices. Not to mention the 1 years warranty on the products certainly made it a wise purchase.

Very friendly and professional customer service, quick to help with my queries and very informative too boot.

Would definitely recommend them to fellow business folk or even those just looking for everyday household items.

Super service Quality Product

I brought a samsung vacumn cleaner as my old dyson was worn out and lacking suction. Having brought it home and used it i felt it was lightweight, easy to move around and the suction power was incredible. Ive not seen my carpets look as clean since i first brought them new. Extremely impressed with the product and would definately recommend them in future.

I recently purchased a Samsung tv from this company. The tv was a great price and looked more expensive than it was. It was delivered to me within 24 hours, in great condition. I was looking at buying a Dyson vacuum cleaner but was unsure which one would be best for me. I was searching the internet and came across Thurgo LTD.

I hadn't heard of the company before, but i had a good look at there reviews and there website. Seeing they are a small family run business I thought i'd give them ago.

I called on a Thursday late afternoon and spoke to a young lady and explained I would like to buy a Dyson but was unsure of which one, she said I was best of talking to Perry as he was there expert on Dyson's.

I was passed onto Perry who talked me through every Dyson they sell, told me all the ins and outs of every model. His knowledge and advice was amazing!! We must of been on the phone for about 45 mins and not once did Perry seem disinterested or unhelpful.

Finally made my decision on a DC35 hand held Dyson and a Handheld tool kit. As I live in a small flat Perry advised that a handheld would be more suitable and wouldn't take up much room.

I placed the order after a long phone call (no fault of Thurgo's) and the transaction was successful and my order placed.

Shocked!! A knock at the door at 8.44 the next morning and to my amazement my Dyson had arrived!! I am in love with it and could not fault the product at all!

I am glad i purchased from Thurgo and have supported a family business is the current economy! I will definitely be returning and recommending to EVERYONE!!!

Fantastic Service

Purchased a pressure washer from this company and the item arrived with 24 hours.I only paid for a 2-4 day delivery so i was really impressed by this.The customer service was great. I had a few technical issues with the machine but after a 5 mnute chat with a lad called Perry these were all solved. Great company to do business with.

Excellent Company to Buy From!

The service from this company was great. I ordered a Dyson DC50i from the company on a 2-4 day delivery service on a Friday at 5pm. As this was after the 4pm deadline, i did not expect this item to be delivered until at least Tuesday the following week.

On Monday morning, i received an hour time slot via a text message and email and this Dyson was on my doorstep at 9:30am.

Unfortunately, after using the Dyson, i did not think this was suitable for myself. I gave their local rate office a call and spoke to a lady called Vicky and explained my problem. She was very helpful and provided me with advice on a different unit which would be more ideal for my needs. Although this return was no fault of the company, Vicky arranged for collection of the DC50i the next day and delivery of my new DC40i at the same time.

Excellent Service and a great experience all round! I will definitely look to shop form Thurgo in the future!

I have purchased from Thurgo multiple times with absolutely no hassle whatsoever. Communications have always been smother and any queries I've had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would completely recommend them to anyone, it's unfortunate for some of the slightly negative reviews they've received on here as I am sure they are one offs and could only happen in rare occasions. Nothing to be put off by at all as they always do their best to provide top quality products and customer service. I will keep on using them in the future for definite!

cancel order due to poor customer service

9th Feb 2013 -Order placed with a 1-4 day delivery
Waited in for delivery but product (pressure washer) had not arrived so we emailed Thurgo on 15th Feb to ask what was happening.
Repled that systems were down
We rang on 16th Feb- Told they could not check order as systems down
Had an emailed reply on 18th Feb saying there had been a faulty batch (this seems to be a common problem as it is mentioned in other reviews)
Told that we could have a slightly higher grade product that is usually £60 more expensive but at the same price. This offer was put in writing.
We then had a phone conversation where it was stated that a mistake had been made and we could have the upgrade but had to pay £30 extra.
At this point we asked for our money back. This was requested on Monday 18th Feb.
Wed 20th Feb were told we had to wait for the manager to do the refund.
Friday 22nd Feb nearly two weeks after making the initial order, and 5 days after asking for our money back, we were still awaiting the refund.
The level of customer care is poor and I would not recommend this company based on our own experience

Bought Dyson rechargeable hoover - basic product was perfect and received promptly - "free brushes" never materialised.

I wouldn't buy from them again as they did not supply the product as advertised.

I placed an order for one of the brand new Karcher Steam Cleaner SC1020. It was my first time buying a steam cleaner and really needed some advice. I spoke to one of the guys who had excellent advice on the steam cleaner and really helped me when deciding which would be best for me. He then passed me on to the sales team who were also very helpful in making sure the order was correct. I placed the order in the afternoon and was gob smacked when i received it the next day!! Absolutely love the steam cleaner and can not fault the Thurgo team in any way!! Thank you!!! Will definitely be recommending you to everyone!!!

I was really impressed with how quick my DYSON DC41i arrived!!
I was told everything i needed to know about the product over the phone by a very helpful man called Josh, I have used my Dyson a couple of times already and i love it. I will definitely be coming back to Thurgo if i ever need anything else and will be recommending them to friends and family!!

Brilliant service and quick delivery

I ordered a Dyson DC33 from the website it was quick and easy to order my product. I paid for next day delivery. i received an email from the customer service person her name was Vicki she was really helpful and made sure that my product was delivered to me by the next day. The next day my Dyson arrived all boxed and sealed with all the accessories and its great to use. Overall it was a great buy and brilliant service all round!!

Disgusting service. No delivery, no refund, no communication

I bought a vacuam cleaner online, & not only was it not delivered there was no communication, other than an email saying they were waiting for payment (Id paid at the time of ordering). I emailed them asking about the order - with a copy of the order acknowledgement forwarded & was asked what my order number was & when I ordered!
Then nothing, for weeks (I was away) until I got back, double checked my account & found I HAD paid & there had been NO refund. When I emailed them again they said my order had a 'high fraud score possibility' & wasnt processed. So they had my money (have had it for almost 2 months) & had no intention of delivering. In fact if I hadnt double checked & chased it up they would have just kept quiet.
My delivery address is one of the best known (& most expensive) streets in the country & my billing address is also in one of the most highly recognised & pricey postcodes.
So either they are VERY stupid or very dishonest. Either way if I dont get my refund in the next 4 days (they take 5 days to process through the banking system & it was apparently done yesterday) I will be filing a police report. Just avoid. Its not worth it.
As for these glowing reviews? Fake.

Excellent Customer Service

I recently purchased a Karcher Pressure Washer, when it arrived I was worried that they had fobbed me off by trying to send me a worse product (as lower model number)
HOWEVER supplied with the delivery note was a lovely worded note to say why they had UPGRADED me to a newer version.

After I read this I did double check both Model numbers on Karchers website, and true to their word it was basically the same model just the newer version. They also shipped this without charging (or trying to) the extra £10 it would have cost had I bought it.

The only thing I would say as a a slight negative is maybe the product should not have been on their website in the first place, but top marks for still not shipping an End of life product, that had a design flaw and a lesser warranty.

Would use them again for certain. Quick delivery also.

When I ordered from Thurgo, I unintentionally put them to the test, I placed my order over the internet very quick and easily.
Less than an hour later I changed my mind and decided I wanted a different model (Dyson), I telephoned, apologised and ordered the model I wanted, this went smoothly without a hitch.
The product arrived next day only for me to discover it was too big and heavy for the purpose intended, again I telephoned and asked if I could return and exchange this model for the original one I had ordered. Again this went as smoothly as possible and this model is perfect for the job.

Brilliant customer service

Over xmas i ordered an a product for a gift twice the wrong thing totally my fault a sat nav that was for a car not a motor bike they let me return twice the money was back in my account within two days each time and they kept me informed by email i did get the right product in the end after asking someone for advice and got a free upgrade as well from the company really friendly as well on the emails they sent me as it was me that kept getting it wrong

I compared all the prices for a Dyson DC44 Animal, and this company was cheapest. I was surprised at the amount of information given to me about delivery status throughout the process, and the delivery was quick despite thick snow.

Customer feed back - non existent.

I ordered a toaster which was in the sale and there was only one left. The payment was taken from my account and then a few days later credited to my account but at no time was I emailed updating me. Since the item was reduced in the sale if I had been informed that they no longer had the item I may have been able to order with an alternative site. Due to Thurgo's lack of customer care I doubt I shall use their site again.

We can't get used to this new way of buying so paid our son to order it,which he did, and Thurgo did the rest.They told us when it would be delivered,confirmed the order and lo and behold it was delivered to our house almost within the minute stated on the e-mail. Would never question the powers of on line ordering but am still wary of payment maybe it's an age thing!!
