The order process was easy to follow and the money was taken from my card account as expected. Paying for next day delivery the website told me to expect a call from Interlink after 6pm. No call and on next day in afternoon tried several times to call Thurgo but line engaged - eventually got a ringing tone at 17.33 but -too late - office closed. Called next day to be told they'd check with wholesaler/supplier and call back- no call back. I called again later on that day to be told that the goods were despatched by supplier - not by Interlink 'they don't do delieveries when goods don't come from our own depot. Told they'd call back after checking - I called again to be told the wholesaler had despatched the item but it had got lost somewhere and they were now sending another one out to me for next day delivery - the goods indeed arrived next day but with the 'collection from depot' date of the original date of my order! I was told Thurgo would credit my account with the next day delivery charge I had paid some days previously - I assume that has been done. So, good (the machine is here and working but not so good as well.
