Cheapest Item On The Web
I couldn't find the carpet washer cheaper elsewhere, so I used Thurgo for the first time and I can't think of any reasons why I wouldn't shop there again.

FOUND THURGO ON THE NET, LOOKING FOR A DYSON, ORDERED ONE. BEST PRICE AROUND, CAME ON TIME PACKET WELL. ONLY FAULT THEY ASKED FOR SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS, WE GAVE ONE BUT HAD TO GO AND FETCH THE PARCEL FOR THE DELIEVERY DEPOT.

Speedy delivery even had a txt message to tell me what time it was coming within a 1 hour window
Didn't order my Dyson heater til after 3 pm clicked next day delivery but didn't expect til day after because ordered after 3.
Had a txt satin order processed and would be delivered next day, on the day received a txt saying order would be with me between 11.15 -12.15 it came at 11.30 can say fairer than that spot on wish other companies would have this approach Well Done Thurgo would defo use again

Thurgofantastic
I was looking to buy a new Scala Solo Headset to go with my Tom Tom Rider. After a bit of surfing Thurgo came up with best price.
Used standard delivery expecting to have to wait 3-4days. I was pleasantly surptised to receive my order almost immediately.
What did impress me most though was the e-mails I received that tracked my order until it reached my door. I liked that very much.

Good Trader
Ordered a vax gator on line as I needed something to use for stairs and small places to complement a cordless upright I had ordered which did not have attachments. Thurgo was the cheapest option for the model I had chosen, even with a nominal delivery charge. Delivery was extremely prompt and emails sent from time of order to delivery with order status - cannot find anything at all negative to say!

Very disappointing.
Having ordered a Vax cordless vacuum cleaner I received e-mails thanking me for my order and also saying my order was complete. I waited for it to be delivered. When I checked my bank account I found the money had been taken one day and returned the following day. I did not receive an e-mail telling me the order had been cancelled or any explanation.

There was very good communication from the company regarding exactly when the item would be delivered. I could not find the item cheaper anywhere in the internet, and that is excluding the upgrade (from the DC24 to the DC24i). Overall, very happy!

Outstanding !!
I had done my homework regarding the Zumo 660 and it is living up to expectations.
Thurgo were the cheapest online by far and had several delivery dates, which is great to see. I ordered mine online and on a next day delivery, that was New Years Eve 2012 on Monday and the box arrived on Wednesday by 0930. Fantastic!
There was a carry case missing and after a very pleasant phone call the case arrived the following day.
I cannot fault Thurgo for such a pleasant and delightful transaction and delivery process and would recommend Thurgo everytime

Out of Pocket and Disappointed with Service
I placed my order for a new Dyson on 28th December 2012 and asked for next working day delivery. The date for delivery was 31st December. I took this day off work to await delivery of my new Dyson. I was quite excited and as my old hoover was not very good had got rid of it. My new hoover would arrive just as the old year was leaving us and my gift to myself was my new Dyson. I waited in all day and the new year came, I was so disappointed when I didn't receive my order. I was very angry not to have received an email or phone call to explain why. I had to wait until 2nd January to phone Thurgo to be told the batch was faulty and the earliest they could delivery a new Dyson was Friday 4th January. Unfortunately I was working that day. I have arranged delivery today 7th January and have received an email to say it will be delivered between 11.16 and 12.16. I await delivery. I have also had to take a other day off work on holiday. I was charged full price on my credit card on 28th December and am not receiving goods until today 7th January. I feel this is completely out of order and taking advantage of customer's good will. I was told on 2nd January I would be refunded £2.00 the difference between next day delivery and ordinary delivery. This has still to be done but £2 does not mean anything to me as a customer. My parents recommended Thurgo to me when they received a new hoover the next day to when they ordered it. Unfortunately I did not share this experience and feel very let down and dissatisfied with Thurgo. I have been left out pocket and disappointed and my excitement on 31st December has turned to disappointment.

Now she's a sweet little mover since i got the new Hoover
Well that wasn,t a problem finding what i wanted, i needed a new hoover not that the other had broke down only that was a cylinder type and my old arms and legs were not quite up to all that pulling and tugging, googled hoover and Thurgo's name came up, i looked at quite a few of the wide range of models and came up with exactly what i wanted. Typed all the details in and my own and pressed enter and that was that, got an e-mail in return to say transaction was completed and a tracker was enforced. Got another e-mail re delivery ie date and time, and as to their word it arrived promptly. WELL PLEASED and thanks Thurgo

Excellent washer!! Some problems initially but resolved with a phone call or two!!
First washer came in a broken box with parts missing and no invoice. One phone call and they sent another the next day which had one small broken part but as they let me keep the 1st washer i was able to replace the part quickly. One item of Vax cleaning solution missing but again a phone call to Thurgo and they refunded me.
The product washes brilliantly and really pleased with this product. If there weren't the above issues then i would award 5 stars!!

Job well done, no problems good delivery
Ordered goods at just after Christmas and delivered on 4th January, no problems goods as described. Contacted by courier to advise on delivery which happened as promised. Whats to say good service from a good company will no doubt use again.

Fast fast fast
Ordered this product on Boxing Day thinking I'd have to wait a while and it was ready for delivery within 48 hours! Great updates re delivery via text. Item as expected having got it at the best price. Highly recommended all round.
