I ordered tickets online and tried to purchase. Website told me that something went wrong and that my tickets were in reserve. It advised me to contact customer services.
I emailed, enquiring as to what went wrong, and waited 9 days for a reply. My reply simply said;
Thank you, for your email.
I can see from your booking the tickets have now been released.
As you did not contact us the system released the tickets.

Eh?? I was not happy. I gave them my bank details, something went 'wrong', i didnt get my tickets even though i contacted them. Thats the response i get from customer service after 9 days. I tried to contact them via telephone but had to wait longer than 40 mins on hold until i gave up.
I sent a further email to the SECC, avoiding the customer service email process that had originally led to a 9 day delay.
I received an email back from them 3 days later that reads;
Thank you for your email enquiry.
I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service that you have received from Ticketsoup.com
I have forwarded your email onto a Manager who will be back in contact with you shortly.''
That was a week ago. I am still waiting for explanation as to what happened and still have got nowhere with customer service. I am not unreasonable and i understand it can take a few days to sort out a complaint. I understand i personally could have been at fault during the original purchasing procedure and i understand that mistakes occur. Yet taking into account i first contacted them on the 7th oct and it is now the 23rd oct and i have received no explanation or managerial contact i am very disappointed.
