Great service
Bought an Ice watch which was dispatched very quickly. I decided I preferred a different model and sent it back for an exchange. Received the next watch just as quickly and hassle free. Lovely watch - very satisfied. Highly recommended.

Did not realise watch had no clasp.
Disappointed watch has no clasp.
However, customer service when I called to change my delivery address were very efficient and helpful.

No complaints! Ordered, delivered on time and exactly what I requested. The BIG bonus from Tic Watches over other sites that sell o clock watch straps is no delivery charge. Will definitely use Tic Watches again to get different coloured watch straps

Very happy with the watch and service
The watch came quickly and i was kept updated with the progress. Im very happy with it. Im glad i went for the small size. I have quite small wrists for a female and it looks bulky in a good way. A unisex size would have been too big for me. The colour is also very nice. Its comfortable to wear as the strap is a soft silicone and not hard plastic. I think it looks great.

Unbelievable service on both occasions!
Me and my partner have both placed orders with tic watches and cannot find a single fault with the service. My partner ordered me a Armani watch for my birthday in October and beside the product being amazing the service itself was again brilliant! I, myself decided to use tic to get my girlfriend a watch for valentines and paid the small amount extra for next day delivery and it came first thing and the watch is a great product. Would recommend tic watches to any buyer! Top quality service!

My wife purchased me a watch from Tic Watches, it was nice but not my taste. I contacted Tic Watches who told me straight return the watch with a completed returns form for a no hassle no headache swap/exchange.
I no its just a watch but Tic watches sent it out ASAP would i recommend this company service most definitely.

Absolutely first class
I bought my watch 2 January and it arrived 2 days later. The price was excellent and you even get the chance to send back if not satisfied which is useful as it's an online store. Thankfully I was over the moon whith my perchase. I sent a query about the guarentee and got an email the next day which put my mind at rest. All in all I would definitely recommend tic watches.

Brilliant!
I found the watch that I wanted for my boyfriend on the highstreet at a retail price of £329. I came home and found the exact same watch on this website for only £139! No postage or packaging costs either. I ordered the watch at 1.30pm on the Sunday and it arrived in perfect condition by 11am on Tuesday. Excellent service, very impressed!
