the worst place ever to shop

i ordred all my clothes in medium, everything i got was in xs.
even onesize is in xs.

jeg købte for 4000kr tøj, alt i medium, og onesize.
fik tøjet over 7 gange, hvor jeg hver gang skulle betale 250kr ekstra,
for at få pakkerne.

a very nice store

i never new that tidebuy could be this good and convenient until they offered me free shipping on the dresses and jewels i had purchased from them and to top it all they gave me a very good discount on the items!

My WORST shopping experience ever.

I don't know how Tidebuy can possibly get any positive review here. Long story short, they said they have these items, took my payment, sent me the wrong items, and refuse to give me a refund or exchange by simply not responding to my emails. Actually, there are three items they did not even SEND. So basically, they took my money and didn't deliver my items, which makes them thieves. They also lie about their sizes. They say they'll refund or give a discount then they don't respond to emails. I've only sent normal, unthreatening email questions like "I haven't received my items in over 3 weeks, when will I receive them?" No response. And when they sent me a defective item, they ask us to review their items so I did. Again they send a generic email that says "we've responded to your review, please check it" . I did, and they didn't even post my review, let alone respond to it. That means they just don't care about their customers, if they don't want them to find out the company's flaws. Most of all, they just DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS

Don't trust company or sham positive reviews. They don't stand behind their bait and switch products

Bought a coat from the site for my girlfriend for Christmas and it arrived late while I was on vacation. The coat turned out to be completely different in both color and size from what the site specified. I ordered a large due to my girlfriend being busty and Kate Moss would be lucky to fit her arms in the sleeves. Tidebuy's customer service refuses to take the coat back even though they screwed up. Their messaging system also does not notify you of responses so unless you check the site constantly, you won't know that you received an update. The product reviews on the site are also apparently all fake. Wish I researched the site like I normally but my girlfriend really wanted the coat for Christmas so I just ordered it. Poor quality clothes, terrible return, refund, customer service...

Terrible experience, I hope you are lucky... If you don't believe in this review, buy something and you will be writing a bad review too...
I had never bought on websites. But, I believe in its pretty webpages of this company and their cheap prices for "beautiful clothes". So, I bought them, but I received bad clothes, with defects in the fabric type, also they sent me, two clothes with wrong sizes and other one with a color that doesn't exist in their webpage options (scam!). When I wrote them for their mistakes, they accept them, but they have not give me any refund, I was months waiting for poor quality clothes and now i am waiting for a refund that I think I'm no going to receive.

Best experience ever !

On Dec 2013, I ordered a V-Line dress with Butterlfly sleeves. They did a really good job. The customer service responds in less than 2 days (include time difference), they respected the delay for the tailor and it came early so I was able to wear it for new' eve (the 1rst of Jan). I wrote a tumblr about it. Sorry it's written in French (but there's plenty of photos if you want to take a look ;)) but you can ask me question on my tumblr I will answer right away :)

I am not a sucker of dresses but atlist just because am a lady i have to own one or a couple of them.So i saw this online shop with very much pretty dresses for pretty ladies or pretty little girls.I just had to venture into dresses considering what i so.It was so lavishing.They had many range of dresses any type you can think of.The wide range of dresses is what can blow anyone away.They are all jus gorgeous and are of good quality.I will continue shopping for dresses from tidebuy

I was one of those people who could never dare even buy or even have a glance at anything that was being sold online.I couldnt trust any of them i thought of them as juat scammers.To this day i cant believe its myself who really changed heart and i completely can trust online stores or should i say tidebuy to be specific.My aunt had bought a dress there and i was amazed at first but still i had to buy for myself for me to believe.I ordered for a ruby red one hand dress and gave them a time to beat which they even brought a week before.Tidebuy is just excellent

INFERIOR PRODUCT RETURN POLICY DOES NOT EXIST

I purchased a coat it was too small. I asked to return the item and the the response is the next paragraph. No return packing slip was included in fact by the following message it is stated, shipping is too expensive so sell it to a friend and buy a larger coat through Tidebuy. The coat was too small it may fit a small child, the wool is inferior, the buttons were not fastened securely, and the dye used is probably dangerous so this item is not suitable and should not come in contact with the skin.

Poor customer service.

Absolutely useless. Placed an order in the first week of December for a Christmas present and paid a ridiculous amount for shipping to ensure it arrived in time.

I received an email on christmas saying they are out of stock of one item and asked if i would like to pick something else. The order i placed was for a couples outfit. These people are absolutely hopeless. Don't waste your time or money.

Good first experience

I feel online shopping is always complicating but after taking look at overall web site it really surprised me. I was looking to buy dresses which can be carried in routine days. I started surfing through the site and in women dresses category they have day dresses option. I was completely stunned to see dresses in extensive range of styles, colours, sizes and brands altogether at one place. I loved the collection and feeling on the top of the world as I got 5 dresses all at discount just loved it at the end.

BAD EXPERIENCE...WILL NEVER shop with them AGAIN

I had bought a coat from them which looked really nice and thick on the website pictures. But when I received it, it was a very thin, faded colored material. It ran slightly shorter as well. The customer service came back asking for evidences and I sent them pictures of the material and rough stitching and mentioned the size issue. But they kept on asking for more evidence. After several rounds of back and forth communication, I got a response to send it to someone else and buy something else from their site. What the hell???Why would I give it to someone else when the item is of bad quality?And why would I buy anything else from THEM after all this?? WORST Experience of shopping online...

Horrible service and Products Reply

Response to Tide Buy: My order number is Order NO.461392. the website would now allow me to comment to tide buys response and and i did not want my old comment deleted.

First Review: Horrible company to work with. The shoe was also not high quality as expected. I tried to track my order several times and was never able to until yesterday when i contacted the company about return. I also received my shoes at the last possible second after i had to call and try and get a refund they appeared the next day. The shoe is Velcro which was never expressed and the heel is a very different shade than the shoe. It is also very low quality. I ordered a size bigger and the shoe is still to small. I could never get in contact with the company because i would have to pay international charges just to call them. Worst experience ever!

What They Should Recover..........................

I am a quite regular purchaser at Tidebuy. I got what I needed from them in the past. However, you know we are currently under an age that is consistently improving no matter who receive it or who are not. Tidebuy could not keep pace with the time we are in. A confident, legitimate and aggressive customer care with good commands is highly necessary for them. We know all shipment services are not flawless, even some of they are, can be expensive. Because of the delay made by them surely creates bad impression to the sender. Tidebuy should be more serious about it as well as should check the quality and measures while they pack the box of clothes. It is not easy, but not impossible.
