Great service and products!
When I got my product which was biogrow, I had a few questions about it, I emailed tigerfitness.com and i got a reply from the CEO Marc lobliner! He also forwarded it to biogrows maker isatori's CEO. Very cool!

I can't believe the service!
I ordered my UMP for the first time last week. I couldn't believe how fast I got the shipment. The order was on my porch the next evening. AMAZING! I am pleased with the supplements as well as the service. I would definitely recommend Tigerfitness to my friends.

great products great deals
great products and incentives as well, shipping time was very fast. (however. Item took an additional day to ship after purchase) got a free: shirt, shaker, air freshener and a free body tape :). my total was right over 100$. def recommend this co to everyone.
PS: the free shirt was an XL...... which is useless cause im 5'9 and I'm muscular but still. would have loved to represent the "militia shirt" but now its just a sleeping shirt, still I gave 5 stars cause the shirt was free.

TIGERFITNESS -- IT'S NOT A GAME!!
Tigerfitness.com has definitely been the go-to for supplements and anything fitness related. Their customer service is top notch. They are willing to go above and beyond every time!! My only suggestion is to get the mobile site up to par. I have difficulties trying to navigate, and always have to go to the full site, which can be a pain on a mobile device. Other than that, 5 stars all the way!! They take the cake when it comes to customer service!!

Best Online Ordering Experience

Best online customer service that I have experienced. To them, it's not a game!
My orders have alway been fulfilled as order and on time. Even when I screwed up the order form, all I had to do was email Marc and he responded and fixed the situation in less that 15 minutes.
Tiger Fitness is real people who want to help, not just an outsourced order center hiding behind a website. You can email or call Marc and he actually answers!
I have my free Dymatize Xpand 2x sitting here on my desk at the office. My militia shirt is in my gym bag and MTS Vanila whey is in the lunchbox. I spend my money with who I trust.

order boom did not work out to well
I didn't need any supplements at the time, but made $160 order to get a chance at some extra stuff. I got nothing but exactly what I ordered. I contacted customer service, they said we ran out and they would get back with me, never heard from anyone again.

The most prompt service EVER!
Whassup TigerFitness? I ordered my MTS Nutrition Whey after reading the. extensive product write-up on the page and watching numerous videos of it on tiger fitness's youtube channel. I figured I would like the product, but I never imagined how fast I would get it. I ordered at 10 AM on a Saturday and by 12 PM on Monday it was at my door. Whaat!? That's amazing. Hands down, thefastest, non-rushed shipping at a very cheap rate. As I mentioned before, this is the site I go to if I want to actually learn about the product. The informative product pages give me a sense that this company believes in everything they sell.

Fast shipping! Great communication from company on order status.
I have never worked with a better supplement company online than Tiger Fitness. The items I purchased were shipped to my door with lightning speed, the shipping prices were reasonable and the company notified me promptly of when the items were ordered and ready to ship. Their prices are competitive and they carry high quality products like Core Nutritionals that I can't find elsewhere. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Disappointed
I had no issues with TigerFitness before, but Marc was quite the disappointment this time. I received my shipment with the incorrect order contents, which I understand can happen sometimes. I notified Marc and he got his COO to send me a replacement and a return label for the incorrect order. Then, I realized he screwed up again. Instead of using my original order's shipping information, he sent the replacement order to my billing address instead of my current address. When I told him that he'd have to wait a bit longer for the return because I won't have access to the return label until I pay a visit to my billing address, he replied, "We sent it where you told us to send it!" Completely incorrect since HE was the one who wrote up the details for the replacement order. His COO then apologized for messing up the replacement order, but I was pretty ticked off that he would accuse me of a wrong when he messed up twice. Yes, he responds quickly but half the time I'm not sure if he's reading the full email. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Awesome Company!
My recent experience with Tiger Fitness was excellent. I live in the local area and wanted to pick up my purchases, so I placed a phone order. Customer service was very polite, patient and helpful. Picking up my order from the warehouse was simple and easy. The items I purchased were packaged together nicely and waiting for me at the front desk by the end of the day. I purchase supplements on a monthly bases and always shop around for the best price. I can honestly say Tiger Fitness has by far the best prices and the customer service just cannot be beat. Definitely a 5 star company.

Great Customer Service!

the best yet amazing company
This company is by far the best! The customer service is amazing very top notch. They don't hesitate to help in any way. the products are top of the line and very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Shipment was fast even though customer service called to inform me they were out of a flavor I had ordered and fixed the problem asap. After following Marc Lobliner on youtube for a long time, I can wholeheartedly saw he is a great guy. He truly cares about everyone and helping them reach their goals. He goes out of his way to answer questions, provide help, give advice, and always open to feedback. Tigerfitness always offers great prices on their products and often have great free bees like shirts, etc. It's awesome! Very proud to buy from this company whenever I can and represent them with pride!
The only thing I could ever complain about is the price of shipping out to California.

Great Company!
Was very pleased on shipping time and how easy the site is to search...I ordered when Marc was doing his "Order Boom" event....I seen some none 5 stars because they said they didn't get a supplement. He didn't specify it would be a full supplement item and he did say it would vary on how much you spent as well! But love TigerFitness and will definitely be ordering from here more often!

Issue with Order Boom
I decided to order some supplements even though I wasn't in need of them at the moment because the offer that was presented on YouTube for Order Boom. I figured I would just stock up and really benefit from the bonus "tub" or mystery product that would be included from the Order Boom. My order came in and there was no additional product. I contacted customer service and they said they would be a bunch of free samples in my next order. I agree that in a way they are compensating me for the mishap, but the only reason why I placed the order in the first place was because what was implied in the Order Boom video on YouTube was that you would receive a pretty nice sized supplement and not just some free samples.

Quick delivery, one hang up
Ordered my product due to marks youtube video promoting "order boom" code for 1 day. If you ordered on that day you got an extra supplement for free. I ordered at 11 pm PST which was still that day my time. When I got my product there was no extra Supplement with a note saying the sale was based on EST time so I was an hour late, this detail was not stated before hand. This is fine I guess, but the only reason I ordered was for the extra supplement. It would have been nice to get a response with the option of refunding since the Offer was not valid. I do like the product though and it came very quickly. Would recommend.

The Customer Service Alone (not just the Quality Product) Makes This Company Tops!
I know this is a business, but I'd rather do business with someone who sees me as a partner rather than someone who just sees me as another dollar. So how's this for service?:
I ordered online and immediately got an email telling me of their purchase guarantee. This was even before I got the order confirmation. Which tells me they're concerned about doing right by me, not just concerned about getting my money.
Then I got a notice that my order had shipped. Then I got an email signed from marc with his email and phone (with extension) welcoming me to the Tiger Fitness Team and inviting me to call or email anytime with questions.
The product is clearly high quality, I could tell just by eyeballing it. The capsules aren't too big to swallow (always a problem for me), and there are clear instructions on the website along with helpful suggestions. I felt confident I was purchasing a high quality product and I wasn't afraid to show my wife what I spent the money on.
But really, the service is what has made me a true customer and not because it made me feel special or some crap like that but because it shows that they take this seriously and they want to see people succeed at what they're doing. It's easier to buy from someone when you know they're working with you and are on your side.
From now on, I'll be telling all my buddies about Tiger Fitness. And they'll be the ones getting my business, too.

Great supplement! It tastes real good! :)
It tastes very good and it works. What more can I say? It's the best protein on the market. I didn't get a scooper in my last purchase though, but I'm not complaining because I still had the one from when I purchased protein months ago. Maybe it's deep down in the container? Deep, DEEP inside?! ;) I don't know. Hahaha! My name is SiRySs btw, search me on YouTube! :)
