The go the extra tile!
I cannot praise Tile Click highly enough. The prices were great despatch fast and delivery trouble free. We felt like we had a real personal service from them. I can recommend them to any one.

Keen prices, fast delivery, excellent products!
I would certainly recommend this site, I have used it before and this time was equally as good as the first time. There were a few breakages which were replaced promptly without any fuss, would certainly recommend and use again xxx

Brilliant service. I would recommend this company
It was so useful having the tile samples including the border. I have a dark bathroom and tiles seen in a showroom do not look the same in this darker room. I put the samples in various places until I decided which tiles to have. The service was brilliant and receiving a telephone call to state when the delivery would be was excellent.

Damage tiles
I had a problem with some shading and damage of tiles and missing tiles from order.
This was all promptly dealt with by customer services and they send out replacements without delay.

We ordered on-line and they arrived on time.
I found the tiles I was looking for to match ( much to my surprise) the ones I had already bought from Homebase Store. The chap I spoke to from the web site was so helpful and checked that the ones I wanted were in stock. I was amazed at the efficiency of this Tile Click and the hap tht delivered them was a very happy chappy. I would certainly use them again.

Once bitten, twice shy,
Ordering tiles on-line for two rooms does not occur often. We ordered sample tiles from another firm who seemed a little cheaper but they never turned up and the promised cash return is still awaited. However, Tile Click was the opposite experience in both the supply of a sample tile and the main order. I could not fault their service and would order from them again without hesitation. The suggested floor tiles to go with the Laura Ashley Malvern range was also a good match. Thank you Tile Click.

Very slow service, still waiting!!
After waiting for the delivery period to pass we rang tile click to find out where our tiles were. some investigating was done as to why we hadn't received anything, it was discovered that tile click had missed a number off my husbands phone number when passing it on to the delivery company! We were told that our tiles had been sitting waiting for a week to be dispatched, I don't know how much longer we would have waited if we hadn't rang up about it!!
When the tiles were delivered 1 pack was damaged, the delivery driver was very helpful and said that a replacement pack would be sent ASAP. That was a week ago, I am going to have to make another phone call today to see what has happened to them!! We can't start the bathroom until we have all the Floor tiles. FRUSTRATING!!!!!
This is a real shame as we are very happy with the tiles we have and the price!

Firstly our apologies for any delay with your delivery, the number we have for you should be correct and that was passed to the depot we use for collections and it would appear teh number was missed in passing it to the depot making the delivery. The depot delivering should have contacted us as soon as they realised there was a number missing and we could have supplied the correct number to them for them to contact you.
We have also not heard anything from the delivery depot in respect of the damaged box, we do request on our website that we are advised within 48 as the delivery company are part of a nationwide haulage network and would not advise us of any damages.
From your message, we assume it is a pack of floor tiles damaged, but I will call you to confirm this and get them sent out on an overnight courier.
Apologies again for the delay, but we had not been advised of any issues in contacting you until you chased us. We will be lodging a complaint with the haulier as this is not the service we expect our customers to receive.

Terrific tiles

EXCELLENT SERVICE, WOULD USE AGAIN
Having never purchased tiles on line before and being a little apprehensive, I was
very surprised how easy it was, they were delivered within a week and the delivery
driver was very helpful. The tiles were much cheaper than the local tile shops and
I did not have to pay for delivery due to the amount I spent.

Fantastic price and service
I purchased Laura Ashley white Marchmont tiles from Tile Click, which I am really pleased with. The tiles were great value and the delivery was very reasonable and fast. I would recommend both these tiles, which look great, and also Tile Click who were helpful, fast and cheap.

Excellent .. great choice of tiles, great value - couldn't ask for more
I wanted to choose some tiles for our new bathroom and didn't know where to start. I came across 'Tile-click' on the web. The website was easy to navigate plus the photos of tiled bathrooms really helped .. just seeing a tile on a blank page does not really give you the true picture.
I then requested 3 sample tiles, to check colour and texture - they were promply delivered for a small cost.
I have time to decide what and when to order.

So good I have just told my friend too!
I am so glad I found TileClick, I was let down by another supplier who said they had stock of my chosen tiles but were in fact out of stock when I placed my order which was causing no end of problems as I had a tiler booked to do the work.
When I came across TileClick I was over the moon as not only did they have the exact same tiles in stock they were cheaper too. With a quick call to customer services I was reassured that my tiles would arrive as soon as possible. I need not have worried as the delivery was lightening quick, and not a single damaged tile in sight.
By using TileClick I have saved money and have been so impressed with their service I have recommended them to a friend who is looking for tiles for her kitchen, she was going to order them through a tile store but now she has seen the prices on the TileClick website for the same tiles she said she will order with them.
Thanks for getting me out of a tricky situation, I will use you again!

Excellent will definately use again.
I placed my order just before xmas in hope that they would be delivered in time for me to have over the festive break ,as promised by tile click they would be here and true to there word they were excellently packaged no damages just perfect. Will definately be using again. After the initial Delivery and doing my job i decided to do tile a small area that initially wasn't going to be done i contacted tileclick in the hope of just being able to order a couple of each tile, they couldn't of been more helpfull if they tried absolutely excellent ordered 1 box and sent an email explaining what i wanted and they split the box in order to give me both colours in 1 box therefore reducing transport costs etc. They even went to the trouble of sending tiles from same batch number so no chance of colors being different. Iwould seriously reccomend tileclick to anyone not only are they competative in price and delivery excellent the customer service is absolutely brilliant it is so nice to deal with such people. Keep up the goodwork and i hope you have a succesfull year i will be back when i start the kitchen without a doubt and will recomend to all i know. Thanks

Great service and friendly staff in Liphook gallery
When we went into the Liphook gallery the staff were very helpful and not pushy. The prices are amongst the best online or in store. My tiles were brought round by the show staff who bought them back from Swindon for me.
Unfortunately there was a manufacturing problem with some tiles which was not TileClick's fault. They sorted out the problem the next day and threw in some free border for the inconvenience.

LAZY, NOT HELPFUL AND AWFUL DELIVERY
I am pregnant and my husband was at work.
The delivery man left the wooden pallet outside my house with the tiles and didn´t help me in anything, even when I asked him for a little help due to my condition!
They should take the pallet back with them or delivery without it like the rest of the companies, for example "floors & tiles". In short, there is no need of a pallet to transport the tiles.
Now, we have an ugly wooden pallet at the entrance of our house.
These tiles were from a range of tiles from Laura Ashley for the bathroom but they misleaded me by putting in the same web page, a different range of tiles for the floor which doesn´t belong to Laura Ashley but has similar (not the same) colour.
When I called to talk about all this, they just said that "it is what it is and they can´t do anything about it". So dreadful poor customer service.
In resume, very bad experience. The first one and the last one from tileclick.

We are sorry you felt it necessary to post such a review and we would like to address a couple of the points you have raised.
Firstly, the only safe way to transport tiles is by using a pallet, and we also state on our delivery page that for insurance purposes, that the goods cannot be taken inside your property and we also state that the pallet will be left with you.
In respect of the floor tiles, there is not a Laura Ashley floor tile available. We do state on the web page for the tile that you ordered that "This is our most popular complementing floor tile for the Malvern Range.

We have a sample ordering service that is inexpensive to order from and you would have been able to see the difference in shades between the tiles, and even when there was a Laura Ashley malvern floor tile, it was made in a different factory to the wall tiles and was not exactly the same, this was discontinued some 3 years ago.
However, if when you called about this, the response was as you have said, that is not a response that any of our staff should have given and we do not find it acceptable and we will try and find the person repsonsible and issue a formal warning over this.

Five Star Price and Service
Ordered British Ceramic Tile Co. Tiles, price far less than normal trade outlets and enhanced by special extra November 10% offer. Delivered within 3 days, securely wrapped on pallet. No complaints whatsoever, would certainly use again.

Decent tile company, would buy from again
A good company: good prices and the delivery company telephoned to ensure that the planned day of delivery would be convenient, which I thought was good.
Only one complaint: I was worrying about the delivery date before the couriers rang and contacted TileClick about perhaps amending my stated telephone number from my landline to my mobile. I didn't even get a response to this eMail, which I thought was poor and that's why I can't give them 5 stars.

Ordered tiles they were delivered on time, also got a courtesy call prior to delivery from delivery company, tiles were well wrapped & after looking at other sites they were in far the best price for exactly the same tiles (Laura Ashley). Hope this gives any reader confidence as sometimes the cheapest Is not always the best but in this case all was well.

Good product, service and price.
I have to say I don't hold much faith in the Internet, I am concerned about not having someone/ somewhere to go to with any problems.
However, having been to various DIY stores to purchase PVC cladding at the length we needed, unsuccessfully, I found Tile Click by chance on the Internet.
Having spoken to the Customer Service who was very helpful, we received a sample piece in the post the following day. The product is excellent, cut to the exact length that we required, delivered on time and all at a reasonable cost.

Brilliant
I would recommend Tile Click to everyone great customer service from Jeromy. Tiles arrived well packaged none broken and quick delivery. Bathroom has just been finished with Laura Ashley tiles and pebble border and looks great. The same tiles are being sold on EBay for more with a hefty delivery charge.Tile Click are free delivery.
