'Helpful' must be Jeremy's second name!
I ordered tiles on line from Tile Click, and wasn't happy with the colour when they arrived. Jeremy at TileClick, Swindon branch was exceptionally helpful in suggesting alternatives and in getting them to me before the plumber arrived! He also made arrangements to collect the original tiles at the same time. Major headache averted: Brilliant!

Exceeded my expectations
Only ordered six boxes of tiles. Have to be honest, I was expecting the worst as I didn't think tiles would travel very well through the normal courier system.
I didn't pay extra for speedier delivery but tiles arrived within three days.
Amazingly no breakages.
Very pleased with service and value for money.

superb!
After searching for weeks in store and online for tiles I liked, I spotted tiles I fell in love with from a well known tile store. To say the least, they were ridiculous expensive so I ruled them out. Much to my surprise, I stumbled over tileclick and found the Pampus range. These were identical to the tiles I seen in store for a mere fraction of the cost. I ordered a sample immediately to be sure they were the ones i seen. To my delight, they were! I ordered them immediately after. I purchased the brown and beige. Tiler tiled shower area with brown and rest of bathroom beige. It looks stunning. I couldnt be happier. We also had to order more tiles, so I contacted customer service to ask if they could send me more with same batch. Same advisor dealt with me from beginning to end. He managed to have extra tiles delivered quickly for me. Overall,.. product,service,value for money,delivery, efficiency was top knotch. Highly recommend these guys. Recommended to my friends and family. My brother in law is going to place an order soon :-).

Excellent Service
I ordered Pampus wall and floor tiles plus borders on line having already received two sets of example tiles to look at and compare. Three days later the delivery courier called me to say he was in the area and when would I be in. He arrived at the time agreed, and unloaded the tiles all nicely packaged on a pallet. All of the packs appear to be fine, just waiting for the tiler to arrive! Great service and price, easy website to use.

Classy tiles at reasonable prices
I ordered tiles for my bathroom - wall and floor - from the Marmaros range. They are beautiful tiles. Delivery was quick and when the wrong tikes were delivered, the company were quick to resolve the issue. Being able to order three samples for £1 was brilliant. Amazing value too! Can't rate Tile Click high enough.

Fast and easy to contact
I needed a small order of tiles quickly. I phoned them to check delivery options and they answered in a few rings. I phoned to check progress the next day and they told me the delivery status within a few seconds. The tiles were delivered earlier than they had promised, next day.
I will use them again.

Five Star Company
I made a first time purchase from Tile Click. and I have to say the service and quality was 5star. The tiles were delivered in a timely manner and all intact. The price was excellent as was the quality. When I found I had underestimated the number of tiles a further order was placed by phone and they offered a cheaper delivery optionwhich I accepted. Even when the tiles arrived broken Jeremy re ordered and shipped out a replacement without any quibble whats so ever. For me this is what makes an excellent company. Often when things go wrong it is difficult to get a company to respond in a positive manner. This was not the case with Tile-Click and I will certainly be using and recommending them They are a Five Star company offering aFive Star Service and providing Five Star Products.

fastest delivery ever & lowest priced item we could find

Web site easy to use, and it did what it said, tiles arrived within 4 days having been booked in by the distributor who unloade them staright into our garage.

Broken Tiles
If you want broken tile samples go with TileClick. Not sure about their actual delivery’s, but if they can't get delivering tile samples right, then I am not going to give them my business!

Firstly, many apologies that your samples arrived broken. Samples are sent in the quickest, safest and most affordable way we can so that customers can get an idea of texture and colour that isnt possible via images on a website.
Tiles are also a ceramic product and by their nature are susceptible to breakages, but our main orders are sent out on pallets, they are insured and should any damages occur, providing the delivery document is signed with possible damage, they are replaced quickly at no additional cost.

The samples arrived on time, but they were very tiny parts of the whole tile, hard to understand how the decor would fit at home! I found the same tiles for a cheaper price from another website and ordered :)

RONSEAL ETHOS
I use the Net regularly for my needs, and very rarely does a company live up to it's promises. But TileClick.co.uk has the Ronseal attitude "It Does What It Say's On The Tin" and I'm impressed with the way they look after the Customer.

The tiles I purchased were as described, though there were half a dozen broken ones but out of 80 that's not bad. The price was amazing (cheaper than Stax), the delivery time was very quick and the driver was friendly and very polite and helpful.
I can recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Excellent value and service
I ordered some tiles for my bathroom - found some lovely tiles which were half price. I had a query with regard to the thickness - a representative called me back the same day. They were delivered on time - extremely happy with the service. Would highly recommend Tileclick.

Very good service
From the outset Tileclick were extremely helpful. Emailed questions were answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble. The tiles were shrink wrapped on a pallet and were in good order. Delivery was on a day that I requested, the driver was very pleasant and placed the tiles exactly where I wanted. All in all a brilliant service, would highly recommend.

Great tiles, great service!
I ordered my Laura Ashley tiles at a great discount rate - I'd been looking around my local tile shops and for a similar style was being quoted at least triple the price! I'm always a bit nervous about buying things like this online as even with a sample you can't always get the full picture of how the finished product will be, and seeing as I was planning on tiling round my whole bathroom including the, floor they had to be something I was really happy with. I decided to trust in the Laura Ashley brand and was very pleased with the quality and colours when they arrived, they were just like in the picture. I had to call to try to arrange delivery on a specific day and the guys I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful! As promised, tiles arrived exactly when they said they would. I would highly recommend this site.

the samples of bathroom tiles were rather small I was explecting full size tiles which gives a clearer view of how they would look in the room that is being refurbished

Customer contact poor
My order was placed on 19th April 2012, and now on the 4th May, my order is still incomplete, with less than half the tiles, I paid for arriving on the date given.
What is annoying is that I am the one having to do the chasing and staying at home in the hope of a delivery.
Tiles are good.
Service is poor.

You emailed us last night and we have been on the case since 7am this morning and you have since posted this review at 9.30 when you had asked for us to contact you in the morning.
We apologise that this has occured and it is down to one supplier and their haulier and porr communication and these are the same company responsible for the poor service review from V Last, we will cease our dealings with them as of now as we will not tolerate our companies name being tarnished by one of our suppliers.
As discussed, we will be back to you by 10 with more information

Quick, helpful and reliable service
From the quick delivery of a single test tile to the full order of 7 boxes, the service I received from the TileClick staff was absolutely brilliant. They were so helpful in the advice given and the delivery time was incredibly fast. I would certain use them again and recommend them to friends.

Unacceptable service
Sample tiles that were ordered never arrived (despite many assurances they had been sent). Nevertheless we placed an order with an express delivery charge to ensure we received our tiles in time for the Easter weekend. After numerous phone calls and taking 2 1/2 days off work to wait in and receive the promised tiles, they eventually arrived a week later with half of the order smashed (apparently they fell off the fork-lift truck). Two weeks later still, we still have not received the promised refund.

Further to the recent email to you and having received this review, we have explained the reason for the delay in refunding the 2 boxes of damaged tiles deliver to your PA postcode, due to unfortunate compassionate leave being given to the member of staff repsonsible and that you are happy to wait for them to return to work to issue your refund.
Due to the haulier issues on your order we have fully investigated this and have now switched haulier for your area as the delivery service is not acceptable ad we apologise for the delays.

If only all British Companies were this good!
I ordered 3 sample tiles through the Tileclick website and they promised to deliver by standard mail within 5 working days at a cost of £1.00. Bearing in mind that Easter was in the middle of the delivery period it came as no surprise that the tiles did not arrive. However, a quick e-mail to the company and the samples were hand delivered within 4 hours. That is what I call service.

Buy with confidence!
I found the product and the service to be exactly as it should have been; on-time, as described and I had a quick response to an email that requested additional information on postage pricing. I personally found it to be business as it should be done.
