Great tiles, great service!
I ordered my Laura Ashley tiles at a great discount rate - I'd been looking around my local tile shops and for a similar style was being quoted at least triple the price! I'm always a bit nervous about buying things like this online as even with a sample you can't always get the full picture of how the finished product will be, and seeing as I was planning on tiling round my whole bathroom including the, floor they had to be something I was really happy with. I decided to trust in the Laura Ashley brand and was very pleased with the quality and colours when they arrived, they were just like in the picture. I had to call to try to arrange delivery on a specific day and the guys I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful! As promised, tiles arrived exactly when they said they would. I would highly recommend this site.

Samll but perfectly formed
the samples of bathroom tiles were rather small I was explecting full size tiles which gives a clearer view of how they would look in the room that is being refurbished

Customer contact poor
My order was placed on 19th April 2012, and now on the 4th May, my order is still incomplete, with less than half the tiles, I paid for arriving on the date given.
What is annoying is that I am the one having to do the chasing and staying at home in the hope of a delivery.
Tiles are good.
Service is poor.

You emailed us last night and we have been on the case since 7am this morning and you have since posted this review at 9.30 when you had asked for us to contact you in the morning.
We apologise that this has occured and it is down to one supplier and their haulier and porr communication and these are the same company responsible for the poor service review from V Last, we will cease our dealings with them as of now as we will not tolerate our companies name being tarnished by one of our suppliers.
As discussed, we will be back to you by 10 with more information

Quick, helpful and reliable service
From the quick delivery of a single test tile to the full order of 7 boxes, the service I received from the TileClick staff was absolutely brilliant. They were so helpful in the advice given and the delivery time was incredibly fast. I would certain use them again and recommend them to friends.

Unacceptable service
Sample tiles that were ordered never arrived (despite many assurances they had been sent). Nevertheless we placed an order with an express delivery charge to ensure we received our tiles in time for the Easter weekend. After numerous phone calls and taking 2 1/2 days off work to wait in and receive the promised tiles, they eventually arrived a week later with half of the order smashed (apparently they fell off the fork-lift truck). Two weeks later still, we still have not received the promised refund.

Further to the recent email to you and having received this review, we have explained the reason for the delay in refunding the 2 boxes of damaged tiles deliver to your PA postcode, due to unfortunate compassionate leave being given to the member of staff repsonsible and that you are happy to wait for them to return to work to issue your refund.
Due to the haulier issues on your order we have fully investigated this and have now switched haulier for your area as the delivery service is not acceptable ad we apologise for the delays.

If only all British Companies were this good!
I ordered 3 sample tiles through the Tileclick website and they promised to deliver by standard mail within 5 working days at a cost of £1.00. Bearing in mind that Easter was in the middle of the delivery period it came as no surprise that the tiles did not arrive. However, a quick e-mail to the company and the samples were hand delivered within 4 hours. That is what I call service.

Top quality service, couldn't fault them at all.
Can't fault the company at all, on ordering the wrong amount of tiles I was contacted by phone to be told this. Because I had ordered the wrong amount I was credited with the sum due then the guy helped me by sending me pictures of my tiles along with a floor tile they recommended would go with the wall tiles. I have never known a company that does this service for you so well done you guys. Prices were also very reasonable comparing the same tiles on other websites. Highly recommend them.

Great quality tiles. Very fast delivery.
Having visited the usual tile showrooms and surfed a number of tile websites for bathroom tiles I came across TileClick. I wanted a change from the universal muted magnolia type colours and eventually chose the Carrara Roomset and Marmaros White Floor Tiles . Having placed the order I received a confirmation telephone call almost immediately to arrange delivery. I am delighted with the results and my builder commented on the quality of the tiles. He has recommended them to another customer .

First rate service from start to finish
very helpful guy called jeremy arranged for tiles to be sent from Germany almost direst in the exact time frame down to one hour in a span of two weeks. Perfect service when other major suplliers could not or would not go the extra mile to get a specific tile for a large, prestigious project. I would recommend TileClick to anyone who needs a helping hand regarding tiles etc.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the efficient dealing from Tileclick. Ordered on website and when I struggled with something I phoned and was guided safely through to the checkout. Excellent service - beautiful tiles.
The whole purchasing experience was easy and enjoyable. I was trying to find stylish blue tiles for my bathroom, and had discovered that blue is out of fashion. After lengthy searching, I found just what I wanted on TileClick. I ordered samples first to make sure that the tiles were right for me, and these arrived within a couple of days. I had to check my sample code by 'phone when placing the main order, and was helped in a friendly and courteous manner. The main order of tiles was also delivered speedily on a sturdy pallet. They had to live outside in the cold weather for a while, but stood up perfectly to the frost. The tiles have now been fitted and I am delighted with the whole experience. The quality and colour of the tiles is exactly what I was looking for, and although I could possibly have found a cheaper alternative I don't believe I would have been able to match the quality. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for.

Absolutely Amazing Service
Firstly, the tiles themselves are of outstanding value to the point where I returned packs of tiles that I had bought from another store as it was cheaper to return them and rip down the ones I had used and reorder others from clicktiles. Secondly, the delivery itself was fantastic, I received my tiles and adhesive within 3 days even though I didn't bother with the express delivery. Third and finally, the quality is perfect 'enuf said'. I will be using clicktiles from now on and will happily recommend them to anyone I know who needs tiles just as I had them recommended to me

Good website with detailed information, and great products at affordable prices, much more competative than the likes of Topps Tiles. Outstanding in every respect.
We were very impressed with the website and detailed information.i rung them with a question about our requirements and was amazed at the level of help ,knowledge,and expertise they gave me.
Then the pricing,so competitive it blew retailers we looked at clean out of the water! All this 2 days after Christmas and delivered before New Years Eve.Fantastic.

Fast Efficient Helpful

Tileclick is recommended. Great quick friendly service...great price too! However not so pleased with the courier who,despite being asked to deliver the pallet to the back of the house (there were no obstructions) left the pallet by the front gate where it was visible to all passing by. I was lucky the tiles did not "walk".

Can't fault Tileclick
The online ordering was easy and efficient. Unfortunately the company used for delivery let them down. I was given a delivery time which came and went. Nearly two hours later I received my order but this was after a phone call to Tileclick who were very apologetic and on to it immediately. The order was well packed. It would be good to be able to recycle the palet rather than have to break it up and dispose of it.

Excellent, No Hassle Service and Delivery
From the time I ordered the sample on line (delivered in 3 working days) to making the bulk order (deliverable in 3 working days) I was impressed by the service - particularly having used other on-line distributors who certainly could not match up.
The delivery company rang me at 3 days post placing order to arrange delivery that day but the tiles were delivered the next working day and a time during the morning was agreed. The delivery company kept to this, the driver was extremely pleasant and a great improvement on some of the "rottweilers" employed by other pallet freight companies.
Tile Click are well recommended and would certainly use again - a family member is already looking at using them.
Oh and by the way the tiles are excellent, the price was amazing, discount on top of the sale price and refund of sample costs all exceeded expectations.
