delivery service through TNT was awful, no co-ordination, poor customer relations and a waste of time. To cut a long story short...3 days they attempted deliver, first of all they said their lorry couldnt get up to our house, yet that morning we'd had a crane delivering goods, and we were not informed of any attempt to deliver, the following day, they put the goods on to a truck without the facilities (so they said) to take it off the van(they said they needed a palet lifter), and when we informed them we wouldnt mind having the palet split they said they were not allowed to, they then put on their system that delivery was not able to be made due to time delays which was pure bo***x. the following day they were unable to give us a ETA, even though we were promised one the night before, they said "around lunchtime" after my wife called them back for the 3rd time(as theyd not called back as promised). The delivery driver was then seen eating his lunch (no problem with that as they obviously need breaks but after waiting for him to deliver an hour and 15 mins after seeing him parked up is taking the p**s a little!..the wife then drove up to the van and asked him to deliver the goods, he then had to split the palet and physically hand the goods to me, not a palet lifter in sight, yet we were informed we were unable to do that the day before. The one woman my wife spoke to was obnoxious and very unhelpful. Definitley not reccommend anyone using TNT!!
