Easy and clear website which gave me the best price for recycling my mobile phones. Payment received within 1 week of sending phones in prepaid envelope to Topdollar. Would recommend to others and would use again. You delivered a service exactly as you promised.

Great service and best price on the internet
I sent two mobiles to topdollar having looked around for the best price. This site was significantly higher than many. I put my details online, trade pack arrived next day and I posted them off with no hassle at all. I had an email to say they arrived and a few days later my bank account had the money in it. Very straight forward, no problems or funny business and decent price. Would recommend and use again.

I applied to topdollar for my phone bag which promptly arrived,sent the phones next day by special delivery and got an email from topdollar to confirm receipt of phones the next day. a couple of days later I got another email to say payment was on its way and the cheque arrived shortly after off to the bank now to cash it

Excellent Service
I decided to use Topdollarmobile to recycle my mobile phone after reading reviews about their service and comparing them with other mobile phone recyclers. In my case they didn't offer me the most money for my mobiles, (I was recycling three) but after reading the reviews I felt more confident in using them over the other recyclers.
I'm so glad that I did. The process was effortless.
After giving Topdollarmobile details of the phones I wanted to recycle they gave me a price and sent me a pre paid padded envelope in which to send my phones off to them. I followed their easy instructions to send my phones off and within a couple of days of posting them I received an email from Topdollarmobile stating that they had received them safely. To get an email at this stage of the process was really a bonus I thought. The email said that over the next few days my phones would be examined and if they were as I had described them, they would then release the money they said they were worth a few days after this. After 3 working days I received another email to say that my phones were in the condition I had described and my payment for them was in my bank account the day after. I don’t think that you could get better service than that and if I have to recycle another mobile phone in the future I will definitely use Topdollarmobile again.

At last an efficient company

trustworthy company
i sent my asha 201 to topdollar mobile they quoted me 11.35 or 10.35 if i wanted a cheque, which was acceptable to me. waited the 5 days as stated just recieved an email to say they have sent me a cheque. very happy and good service, not like another company who have ripped me off and because i did not accept their revised offer have charged me 8.95 to get my phone back, wish i had sent to topdollar first, so would recommend this company.

I would like my phone sent back as you paid into wrong account when I clearly changed the account details over before I sent the phone off, I have my been credited do the phone this is not my mistake it is yours, yours angrily MR Christopher Court

We have not received any notification from you that the Bank Account details given by you at the start of the process of your order is incorrect & the payment had been paid to the initial bank account on the 15th Mar 2013.

Did what they are supposed to shock!
Skeptical old me shopped around to find a phone recycling firm that could be trusted. Finally found a recommendation from Good Housekeeping and gave it a go. I had 4 phones to sell. They weren't the best deal for all the handsets but overall were competitive. Reply envelope arrived when it should. Post Office provided Proof of Postage for free. Arrival email followed a day later and the money was in the account 6 days after posting. I'm not used to things happening like this in broken Britain. Might have to be more optimistic next time.

The process to sell my old phone proved to be very easy with Top Dollar. I registered on line and was sent a prepaid envelope to return the phone. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The phone was returned to them and true to their word the money was paid into my account within the time stated. Congratulations on a very fast and user friendly service. I would use them again,.

Awesome recycler, highly reccomended. Free packaging as well! All you need to do is book it in, wait and then post it, their address can also be recorded for only 95 pence at the post office!

I posted my mobile on 4/3/13 and today 11/3/13 i got an email saying my money has been paid into my account, so all in all i think topdollarmobile provide a very fast and professional service and gave me the highest price i could find compared to all the mobile recyclers. They are good
Traded in mine and my wife's mobile 2 years ago and I've done it this year again. I've got very good money for my mobiles (extremely quickly). Very good communication with them as well (they're keeping you informed with about the status of your order very often). I highly recommend them.

Great price, no hassle
If you don't need an old phone (even a REALLY old phone), try this site and I'd be surprised if any of the others beat it. Ordering and posting was quick, easy and well explained; it's probably taken me longer to write this review than all the other steps put together. The only downside was that it took a while to process before the money was confirmed, but it's much better than just throwing a phone away.
