We purchased one of the new BeBop Tree house bouncy castle to replace our waterslide that had sadly worn out from use. The order was done through their eBay shop using paypal just in case. I'm glad to report that everything was fine was delivery and the inflatable is great fun!
I got one of the 22foot water slides last summer after getting a discount through Facebook and have been really happy wit it, hopefully if the weather is nice in summer hols we will get some more use out of it.
I was looking to get a stunt scooter cheaper than another well known site and came across ToyzWorld, I found the website to be easy to order and you can use paypal at checkout. Scooter was delviered next day and it only cost me £5 postage!!!
I got a ride on car from toyzworld for my sons birthday on the Friday, by wednesday it was here after half an hour assembling it was ready to go. My son really loves the car with the sounds and I can control the car with remote control to keep him safe.
Our twins received an electric ride on car for Christmas off their grandad. The car has been used a handful of toys. We've gone to use it at the weekend & is no longer working properly so we contacted their customer service department via email as they don't have a phone number! We got a reply, yes you can send car back and we'll take a look at it as it sounds like a fault but you need to sort out a courier and pay for it!! Looking at £50 to send it back for something thats not our fault! Would not recommend this company to anyone!
I have ordered from toyzworld before and so far so good. The most recent order was dispatched almost immediately and came the following day with DPD, it was helpful that they had contacted me with a time of delivery beforehand so I knew to be in for it. Item is great and I'm sure kids will love it when it gets warmer!
if I could rate zero stars I would!! I purchased a day bed which came damaged, after emailing photos I was told I would have to send back the item myself and pay for the delivery back to them myself. After speaking with the manager, who was cocky and rude may I add. I was still told I was liable for the return. I found that he was using bullying tactics and trying to belittle my every word. I'm not stupid and I know my rights as a consumer. Clearly he doesn't know his role as manager and the Acts that the company trade under. My advice to anyone reading this is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! you are liable to be ripped off, treated like you are in the wrong and ignored. 3 months later they have finally collected the bed, but not without a visit to the CAB and trading standards, multiple letters and a lot of hassle later. A lot learnt from this experience!! If anyone is having problems with this company go and get advice before you agree to anything with this company.
I bought a storm electric scooter from this so called company for my sons Christmas 2012, scooter arrived within time stated but thats where any kind of customer service ended.
The scooter lasted about 5 mins before going flat and refusing to run, finally after 11 emails and several, what in my opinion, were blatant lies about the Technical dept trying to contact me, I finally got to speak to the Technical dept. They asked what the problem was then said they would send a new throttle assembly to remedy it and I would receive it before Christmas 2013.....it never arrived!!! I complained to Amazon and miraculously Toyzworld emailed to say I was to send the scooter back and they would check it out themselves. I had to find packaging for the scooter and pay for the return courier myself....its still ongoing. Please avoid this company at all costs
I ordered my son an electric scooter for Christmas and it turned up looking like a child had made it. I emailed and they didn't reply, I called and they didn't reply! Finally got a reply and I have to pay for it to be returned??!!! It's disgusting!! They don't care about customers and there products are cheap! I asked for a refund and my postage back! Will buy elsewhere!! Never again!!
We ordered an electric scooter for our 10 yr old son, of which he had saved up for himself and was excited to get it. We had paid for, and were promised, next day delivery. It never arrived the next day (a Fri). So again we phoned customer services and the lady tried to make excuses, however, the order hadn't been placed correctly. So my son now has to wait a whole weekend for his scooter. Very disappointed and not even a refund for postage and packaging was offers as a good will gesture!!
I ordered two Storm stunt scooters, at a great price, for my kids for Christmas and they arrived within one working day as promised. What particularly impressed me though was that, when I assembled the scooters on Christmas Day, there was a problem with one of them - two of the three bolts in the bracket attaching the bar to the deck stripped their threads. I emailed Toyz World and outlined the problem, fearing i would have to return the whole scooter at my own expense, as outlined in their returns policy. However, within 24 hours I had received a new bracket (which worked perfectly). I was seriously impressed by their service and their kindness.
I ordered 2 items ,late,on different days and my wife accident withdrew the payment and despite all this the items were delivered before xmas and the boys loved them ,so helpful by email and phone ,well done
