I purchased the unlimited account in the expectation of actually being able to create an unlimited backup of the contents on my computer. And yes I did read their product description before purchasing, and found no mention of all the upgrades I would have to purchase afterwards to actually come near "unlimited".
1. Backup speed was extremely slow - so first I had to purchase a "speed upgrade". 2. Then I discovered that the software only makes a backup once every 24 hours - so you have to purchase another upgrade to get it to update more frequently. 3. Now I have just learned (after using their system for 5 months), that video files are now a separate upgrade you have to purchase - it simply ignores extensions mov, mpg, mts etc 4 .... AND if these video files are bigger than 1GB you also have to purchase their "big files" upgrade.... (which is still limited because it will not backup files larger than 5GB in any case)
'Unlimited' is definitely not the word I would use to describe their subscription with. Unlimited upgrade hell - is a better description.
