Problem free shopping.

I ordered a camping satellite dish and tripod. They weren't kidding when they said the tripod was sturdy! Very good value kit and shipped quickly. The 60cm dish is quite large to carry in a not too big motorhome. I might order the 45cm one and use the big one on the house, even though the reception might not be so widespread with the smaller.

Good value product at reasonable price

The chimney lashing kit I ordered arrived within a couple of days . It appears to be of good quality and was about 15 - 20% cheaper than any comparable product online.
I would buy from this outlet again.

Received wrong item. Quick call to their customer services and I’ve been sent the wright one (with a pre-paid envelope to return the wrong one). Now, we all do mistakes, but the way to resolve these mistakes is what counts, and their service in this matter is excellent.

Geordies are great!!!!!

I am now disabled and a pensioner. I required T and K brackets to erect an aerial on my property. As I live in Northumberland, what drew me to this firm was simply the address on Team Valley. I ordered over the internet and the brackets were delivered the day after next. If I need any more steel for aerial erextion I will use this firm again.

Great customer service

I recently ordered a selection of items for a television and audio installation that I am working on ... Tradeworks had all the items that I required and at a very competitive price so I placed an order. The items arrived within a few days but a few items were not as initially described on the website.

I contacted the company via email and received a timely reply stating that their suppliers had changed the specification of the product without informing them. As a good will gesture Tradeworks allowed me to keep the items that I had already received (to find a use for) and also sent out some suitable replacement items free of charge.

They have since updated the website with the new specification of the product - great customer service

Good Service and price still cheaper even with Delivery Charges

I ordered 1.5m of Magnolia Cable trunking and received it within 2 days.Delivery charge of £6.95 a bit steep but total price was still cheaper than i had seen elsewhere.Would use again in the future.

Thanks Chris. We don't make any money on the delivery charges, we simply pass on what we have to pay. Don't forget you only pay the delivery cost for one of the items, all others are free.

Very reliable and professional service...and great prices A++++++

We use a lot of the product we bought from Tradeworks and were trying to source a reliable supplier for them as our last supplier just decided to have 2 weeks holiday without arranging any alternative purchase options! We were stuck but thanks to Google I found Tradeworks and after a few emails back and forth we ordered our first lot.....they arrived really quickly and were exactly as promised. We are very pleased and will be using them regularly from now on.

Convenience of website with personal service

I had forgotten to include some items in an order placed on the website however when I called, there was no problem adding the items to the original order so I didn't need to pay postage for 2 orders. Items were delivered quickly.

Fast and efficient but interesting packaging

Good price for satellite dish installation kit even with postage and packing at £10. However, the packaging was a non standard box that was a bit too small for everything to fit in, tied together with a generous quantity of parcel tape. Thankfully a "fragile" sticker meant that the delivery boys had looked after it. Kit installed with included instructions without any bother.

Good choice & Prices

Needing to purchase some Aerial gear It was nice to find a site that had everything you need. Having Installed Aerials a long time ago it's good to see things have not changed that much (except that BBC2 is not the only channel in colour).

Great service, cracking prices and quick delivery.

Ordered satellite mounting hardware to adapt for solar panel installation on my garage. Parts were good solid construction and cope easily with the panels installed.

Good products but poor packaging

products arrived on time but the packaging was very poor. One item (ratchet spanner) was loose inside the shring wrapped packaging and fell out when the carrier took it out of the van. A pack of bolts was also split and some of the items missing.

Excellent Service

Having a problem with an aerial PSU I e-mailed the technical department of Tradeworks and received an immediate reply and solution. On ordering the part it arrived within 36 hours.
The part is now installed and the system is working perfectly.
Superb service from the Technical and Sales departments.
I will certainly use this company again.

First Class

I'd read you can install Satalite tv yourself so I thought I'd give it a go. To have someone who supplied everything I needed at a fraction of the cost I was expecting to pay was good, getting advice on 'how to' was invaluable.
