Replacement parts easy to order and arrived promptly
Our trampoline needed a new jumping mat (firework from next door went through old one) and cushion (old one had spent too many years outside!). It was easy to find the parts I needed, they were delivered promptly, and have been fitted by me and my 12 year old. Very pleased with service thank you.

Fast delivery, great product
Ordering was easy, delivery was next day, so service was great.
The product is well made and easy to put together (once father and son had read the instructions).
Just one small thing considering the price, it would be nice to have a cover that is as big as -if not a bit bigger than- the bouncing area. Kids don't mind as it's 'free'. I do as I paid for the package that includes a cover that does not fit... Shame.

Great service and products top quality and value for money
This was an important purchase for us as we were replacing our 4 children's favourite "toy". They love the new trampoline and the service in buying it online was attentive and punctual. We had a great experience.

I'm very pleased with my purchase of a TP 14ft Genius Trampoline from Trampolines .co.uk. The order went smoothly, it was delivered next working day all in good order to the correct delivery address. It took two people 2 hrs to build which was fine, it was the fitting of the 'surround safe' safety net that took the longest with the fiddly weaving of a lace around the whole thing to join the net to the trampoline, however once that was done it was well worth it as it is fantastic, really sturdy,bouncy and looks great too. It was also very reasonably priced compared to other sites. All in all very happy with quality of product and service so far.

Great Trampoline, arrived quickly, good service
I bought a 10 foot trampoline at the lower end of the price scale and it was everyhting I had hoped for . Very easy to put together and the instructions were very easy to understand . Thanks

Excellent trampoline very disappointed in the canopy
Trampolines.co.uk. delivery and customer service have been excellent. We are really happy with the trampoline we purchased from them. However we subsequently bought a canopy to cover the trampoline which again was ordered and delivered really easily and efficiently; but there has been a problem with the rods to put the canopy together which still hasn't been rectified,a couple of months later. This has been very disappointing since we were so pleased with our original purchase and the way in which the company served us.

E-mail contact was difficult.
Well e-mail contact was difficult as replys to e-mails received were rejected so i was unsure if i had a confirmed order or not. However they did send me an e-mail to confirm delivery which happened exactly on schedule and in time for Christmas.
I would have increased the rating if it had been easier to contact by e-mail.

Very good service
I made a mistake entering my postcode so initially the order didn't go through but they phoned me back the following day and the trampoline pads arrived the day after - much sooner than anticipated The pads are a good fit and were pretty easy to attach.

Very pleased with trampoline
Delivery driver dumped tramploine at front of house. Lucky it was still there as we had gone away for a few days.When i phoned i was told that i had signed for it.Never did get any feed back.

Very poor administration
annot review product as attempted delivery to wrong address - cardholder instead of recipient. Simply down to not reading the order properly.

Fantastic trampoline
our order arrived extremely quickly. It was relatively easy to assemble and we are very happy with it. Compared to other makes/models it seems safe and sturdy and has provided hours of fun so far.
