On only my second transfer I had confirmed my transaction several times when I was then made aware that it exceeded by several times the maximum amount amount I could pay using a Debit Card. It was only after I tried to back track the process several times that the cancel payment option appeared. There is a delay in confirming this which left me wondering what I was or was not committed to. The smaller transaction I made went through smoothly, with a better conversion rate and smaller fee than I researched elsewhere. Support staff helpful when contacted by e-mail. Log Out and Return facilities on the final page of the transaction would make it clearer and easier. I'll use this site again and again - now I know how!
