My experience is that if there is an error in the info provided, there does not seem to be an adequate process in place to put it right. There is no info, on this problem on your site, you can only be contacted by e-mail and that is taking days to get info from you, as to how to resend a payment! In the meantime my money is in your hands!!!...............Help!
