Easy to use and so far very reliable.
As a new user I am not ready to give it five stars but after making two payments easily I can say TransferWise is a brilliant concept that works! I am so pleased to no longer pay wire transfer fees to three banks each time I pay my student loans! I wish I had discovered it sooner and will be recommending the service to others.

Quick and easy
I have to transfer money to Ireland to pay a bill. When I've used my bank I pay £8 each time and the exchange rate isn't brilliant. I've used TransferWise three times now and I'm delighted with the service and the money I'm saving. I would definitely recommend them

Easy & reliable way to transfer money, especially Euros.
A really easy, safe and rliable way to transfer money into "Euroland" countries and to Denmark & Sweden. I will need to use the service for DKK funds later this year. Can't recommend it strongly enough.

easier at a bank but no queues
More or less happy with service, prompt, efficient and good value. I registered and did a dummy run on my laptop in bulgaria with no probs. Came to uk - no laptop just a smart phone, what a balls ache. Not being a techno freek, basically a bit of numpty having to prove my id and take photos was a nightmare. Luckily I had documents with me too.

We don't like it as well, especially if something that we require is missing, thus creating an additional delay with your payment, but – what's needed is needed. We appreciate you took time to get everything sorted with us. Much easier now next time, we won't ask for any ID's anymore.

Great value, easy to use transfer service
Transferwise is extremely easy to use - I've used several times to send money to the UK. being able to authenticate with your Gmail account and transfer using Visa debit makes the process effortless. great value rates too - highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish.
Beat the banks with a better service! TransferWise is a really great way of making international transfers and payments that isn't tied to the high charges levied by the banks. It's also as fast as a normal bank transfer (if not even faster), and there are no hidden costs - you get what you expect. Easily the best way to transfer your money.

Easy process and friendly interface
I was sick and tired of paying the bank high fees and stupid arbitrage cuts and decided to give Transferwise a try. The platform is really clear and easy to use, only I haven't been notified once my payees actually received their payment. However, saving money on exchange rate and paying invoices in an easy way was the result.
So I am happy about it and will use it again.

At last an efficient cheap way to send payments electronically to foreign bank accounts
I used Transferwise to send payments for Ebay purchases to sellers who do not use Paypal. Prior to Transferwise, such transfers cost a minimum of £10 using my bank's antediluvian system and required a personal visit to a branch to fill in the paperwork. I would have given Transferwise 5 stars but for the fact that the system only gave me the option to pay using my bank card AFTER I had filled in all my bank account details as if I was making a transfer. Why not just give that option up-front?
Apart from that, the system worked very well and automatic e-mail communication was excellent. Highly recommended.

Efficient, cheap, wonderful!
This is a cheap transfer site that just works! The rates are great and the transfers are fast. I've also used the support services and the staff were very friendly, got back to me very quickly and answered my question without delay/hassle. Would (and have!) recommend this to everybody.

You actually did what was promosed on the website
I have used the service two times now. It actually works as promised on the website. The only thing I am nervous about is the exchange rate, because untill the actual transaction is set you are not sure of it. So far its ok, but what if the exchange rate suddenly drops.

Great and useful services
It allows me to pay my rent in Canada from my account in Portugal much cheaper than it would be if I were using other alternatives. The service is fast and the customer support is great and really helpful.

A cheap and effective way to transfer money
Everyone in involved in money exchange always use the deceptive practice of "low commission" and a wide bid / ask spread.
Transferwise is different. By quoting one exchange rate there are no hidden charges. That is why 0.5% commission on a real exchange rate is cheaper than 0% commission with a bank using a poor exchange rate.
Also I have to say that the money moves really quickly. Faster than most international transfers.

It's exactly the service I was looking for
It's basically the easiest and cheapest way to exchange currencies when you are living abroad.
I also would like to enhance how easy the process is and the great design and UX all over the website.
Also, they always answer your e-mails in less than 1 hour time in case you have any doubts / problems which is always good.

CHEAP & FAST
I compared the charges and exchange rate with paypal and banks which was really much much better. When you send money by banks or paypal, it takes around 7 days for the money to be in the recipient's account while using transferwise it is directly transferred the next working days, I have experienced twice.

TransferWise is life changing and because you are left with more money in your pocket, life enhancing
I have been evangelical about TransferWise and have already recommended it to a lot of friends. The service is safe, easy, and all upside. The important thing is to keep spreading the word so that as critical mass is reached, more currencies will be on offer (and hence, virtuous circle). Banks will always need to be around as market makers but for people like me who have earnings and expenses in mismatching G10 currencies, it is amazing.

Says what it does on the tin
Looked at the rate my bank would give me and the rate my current currency provider would give, Transfer wise was giving the best rate, so gave them a try.
Was initialy that it would be 4 days to complete the transaction but this happened in 2 days.
