I have made a mistake in the process of purchase. I have noticed immediately, so airlines did not charge any fee for cancelation. However, tripsta charged me 40 EUR, what was c.a. 20% of the ticket price.
Very effectif service. The only problems are mismatch with adres e-mail for invoice and for passenger information and lack of the airline reservation number in sent documentwhich creates problemsin check-in on line

I bought tickets for my wife and myself, in the month of December. I received confirmation of the reservation, the amount was taken from my account. Upon arrival at the airport, the hostess explained that the booking had not been confirmed by the travel agency and we have bought new tickets. Return trip I contacted the travel desk to see what was the procedure for reimbursement. The exchanges via email and phone Took about 10 days and a procedure was started. This was at the begining of December, we are mid January, problem still not solved, waiting for my money back
i used my son computer to book a flying ticket on this website through KAYAK search engine . i replaced my son's name by mine as passenger as it was already filled same with birth date. then i went to next step: payment page during the registration process after validation i got an error message saying that the phone number was not correct. so , i modified it and click on validation. after that i received a confirmation of my booking and realized that the passenger was still my son's name… so , i called immediatly the customer service and explained them my case. the answer was that they can't modify the passenger name even one minute after the payment. so the only solution was to cancel the flying ticket with 60euros cancelation fees that they refuse to refund. so, i have now to wait 10 days before refund and lost 60 euros in the process…. i will not recommend this travel agency.
