Fast and cheap service. Tripsta had the best price I could find. Nothing to complain. Everything superb.
Purchasing a ticket was a good expierence. The airline cancelled the flight and I got no notice about it, so 2 weeks prior to departure I was desperate to contact your office. No matter how long I tried to call, the line was always busy. There was a happy end, but the stress was very big.

First they want you to buy discount for the tripsta reservations on groupon etc., and then, since the first day you can use discount they add extra charge without any information. So in fact you don't have any benefit for this discount and you could make cheaper reservation on other website.

Once, we had technical problem and our system was charging service fee (50PLN) during our promotion with Groupon, as we informed, we refunded whole amount to all our customers, that made booking during this time. We also apologized for all inconvenience.

What should I explain? I bought 3 discounts on groupon, and when I made reservation there was additional 50 pln fee. There was no information from Tripsta about the fee, I didn't receive any information before or after the reservation about it and I didn't receive full refund from Tripsta. My girlfriend had the same situation. So together we made 6 reservations and we had to pay 300 pln aditional fee (payments using the same credit card). That is the whole story, there is nothing more to explain. I received back 49,50 PLN from tripsta and tripsta didn' send us any information about "technical problems" and there wasn't any contact from your side about the refund (e-mail, telephone - nothing). I don't know where was the information about "technical problems", but in that case tripsta should send it to everyone who had to pay this additional fee. That is the way that decent company works and treat customers.
I was quite scared to use unknown website to spend my 200 GBP (1000PLN). But tripsta offered the cheapest price I could find for my connections. Next time for the same journey I checked many options but still he cheapest was tripsta. Easy to find, compare, check time, waiting hours between flights. Quick and friendly. Reliable. I really enjoy sms and email service before flights. It is only 7 PLN (1,5 EU).
I have no complaints whatsoever about the service...on the contrary I found it very useful and easy to use. Thank you.
Zakup biletu lotniczego po dobrej cenie, ale dodatkowa opłata za przelew kartą kredytową zbyt wysoka. Zakup szybko zrealizowany, bilet elektroniczny bardzo sprawnie przesłany na email. Pod tym względem polecam.
Long story short: Payment issues through www, spent 10 mins trying to convince the call centre to sell me the ticket throughh phone-not possible. People working there are too lazy and it takes too much time for them ! They have a phone reservation officebut people working there simply dont wanna sell tickets. Worked out through www after 2hours.
Rezerwowałam tu kilka biletów lotniczych i za każdym razem wszystko szło sprawnie i bez problemów. Nie miałam też problemów z dodzwonieniem się do biura i uzyskaniem dodatkowych informacji. Miła obsługa i rzeczowe wyjaśnienia. Polecam.
Tripsta is ok while booking the ticket, but in case of changes money return is a road trough hell. I still do not have my money back, despite the ticket was cancelled 3 months ago. Conmer service level real low quality.
I'm happy with the page and automated handling. I have bought both plane tickets and hotel reservation and it was good.
However support is not responding to every e-mail and some requests are getting lost.
I have also received invoice for wrong amounts and wasn't able to clarify things due to lack of contact.
Just to warn people: do not buy any tickets via tripsta.pl !!! This ticket which I bought was cancelled and I had to pay for a new one even I had in my hand the confirmation that this ticked is reserved for me. This "very good" cooperation with tripsta.pl cost me additionally 880 EURO. It was a price for new ticket because of my previous was cancelled. It was my last time when I bought ticket via tripsta.pl.
Tripsta is completely useless when there are problems with your reservation. A couple of days I asked to rebook my return flight from Berlin that was cancelled by LOT and they didn't do it, moreover Tripsta didn't give me any answer, neither by call nor e-mail.
Better call directly the airline - client's service at Tripsta is really disappointing...
EDIT: I was not precise enough - the problem refers to ticket from Berlin scheduled on August. I asked Tripsta to rebook it because everybody know that LOT will not operate on this route beginning from end of July. Everybody except Tripsta. They claimed that everything is fine with my reservation and refused to rebook the reservation...
