Offers of tripsta.pl come out very often as the cheapest on the market. Thanks to tripsta.pl I am able to find connections which I can't find on some of the other providers. However confirmations they send don't cover everything I need to know to travel safely and with confidence I can always call them and get the info from their call centre.

The booking process was really fast and smooth. However, later on the airline changed the schedule. I got notified promptly by the team about that situation and my return flight was changed to suit my needs. It took a while to handle it, but in the end the problem got solved.
I would definitely consider using Tripsta services again.

We did find a flight, it was cheap, all right, but the confirmation we got contained a flight number of a non-existing flight! Not only was the flight no. messed up, it was also a different airline!! It was extremely confusing and we made it at all just because we tried to check-in on-line way in advance and had time to figure everything out (or shall I say, "guess").
I booked a flight to Paris. After some time the airline cancelled it. I was offered an alternative connection but it wasn't the right timing for me so I asked for return of funds.
Immediately I was informed that it will take up to 60 days to return my money. I sent an e-mail after 50 days asking when I will receive my money. The answer was standard - that they have 60 days for it... I waited another 10 days ... No money. I sent e-mail that 60 days already passed - where are my money??? They sent back that they are very sorry and I will receive my money immediately. Again several days passed and finally after 70 days I received my money. At VERY INCONVENIENT EXCHANGE RATE!! That was very bad experience, I don't trust this GREEK COMPANY!

I've bought the ticket to Moscow without the big luggage and it was, at the end, more expensive than directly on airline's website. Simply, tripsta offered the best price in kayak rankings thanks to the trick.
You can often buy cheaper tickets than using Airline webpage. When the are no problems, everything is fine.
One of my flights was canceled. As it was booked on tripsta.pl, I was forced to use them to get my refund. It took a number of e-mails to tripsta and over 7 months to get my money back.
I tried to book the ticket by my visa card and I couldn't even though I had enough credit, accepted only master card
I used Tripsta many times and the service provides good prices to many destinations. I checked prices on different websites and on many occasions the Tripsta price seemed to be the lowest for the same connections.
I would like to recommend you this company. They have very good information contact with customer by email. The offered prices are also very good if you compared them with prices offered by another companies. I am really very glad of the cooperation.
Please review your refund process. It is unacceptable to process a refund for canceled flight of an European carrier for more than 4 weeks. I have reported a cancelled flight at the begining of May and I am still waiting for may money. I have to mention that airline has 7 days to return the amount and my case is really simple.

Ceny faktycznie korzystne, ale przy rezerwacji biletów lotniczych proszę upewnić się czy w przypadku danego lotu nie należy DODATKOWO ZAREZERWOWAĆ KONKRETNEGO MIEJSCA W SAMOLOCIE - na lotnisku dowiedzielismy się że mamy bilety ale brak rezerwacji miejsca i polecimy ale jeśli są jeszcze wolne miejsca w samolocie bo jak zwykle jest overbooking czyli więcej sprzedanych biletów niż miejsc w samolocie i może miejsca dla nas nie być... - na lotnisku poinformowano że AGENT KTÓRY SPRZEDAWAŁ NAM BILETY (tripsta.pl POWINIEN BYŁ O TYM JASNO POINFORMOWAĆ...ostatecznie miejsce się znalazło, ale ponieważ była to nasza podróż poślubna miałam ochotę kogoś zamordować.

I lost money on the flights I bought through them only because they provided me with false informations regarding possible flight changes. I managed to get some refund (not a lot) but then again I had to fight a battle to get that money back. Supposted to be on my bank within 60 days. When contacted them after 60 days found out that no one even bothered to deal with my case. Just pathetic. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO USE TRIPSTA !!!!!!!!!!!
Service tripsta.pl in general is ok. e-tickets are issued mostly in one hour, prices are competetive.
Unfortunately after groupon offer from tripsta, service add 50PLN fee for LOT flights. Next thing is currency. Paying by credit card you really pay in EUR not PLN.
