Outstanding product and exceptional sales delivery.
We ordered one box trolley to check out suitability and quality and were so impressed that I had to order another seven. I am seriously thinking of getting one for personal use too as are three of my colleagues. The trollies are so strong, very eask to put up and down and fold nice and flat in the boot of the car. I was so impressed by the speed of delivery too.

First Class Service
I called Trucks and Trolleys Direct on a Thursday because I urgently needed two wooden dollies for a job on the following Monday and the delivery timescale quoted 3 days. I spoke to Grace and she went out of her way to arrange a next day delivery of them at a friends house as I was not going to be available to receive them. The goods duly arrived the next day as promised and I was able to use them on the following Monday as needed. The product is built to an excellent quality for the price and I cannot fault the service I received. I definitely would not hesitate to use Trucks and Trolleys Direct again should the need arise - from my one experience so far they are an excellent organization with extremely helpful employees. Top marks all round from me!

Folding Shopping Cart
This is a great item. I find it very useful and it is much stronger than some others that are on the market. It has metal bar supports between the wheels, unlike some that are plastic.
I would definitely recommend this company and feel they can be trusted for quality.

Delivery Arrived Late - Not As Promised - Very Unhappy Customer!
Before ordering I checked with this company that my order would be delivered by the date I needed it. I was absolutely assured that it would be. I emailed and phoned to check on my delivery so that if it didn't arrive when promised I had time to make other arrangements as the delivery date was critical.
You guessed it - the order did not arrive on the date promised and when I phoned I was told there was nothing they could do and it was the fault of the courier company. I asked why I had not been informed of the delay when I had asked previously, there was no answer.
So one deeply unhappy customer...

I have done a full review of this case. My Order Processing department agreed that the consignment missed the 15th March delivery date. They also agreed that we were informed by our customer that the goods had not arrived on time. We then however proposed a timed Monday AM delivery to an exhibition site in London at our own cost which should have solved the problem. We also proposed that if this was not acceptable, we would cancel the order and make an immediate refund. Neither offer was taken up so the goods were delivered to Scotland on the Tuesday 19th March.
Whilst not disputing the fact that the consignment arrived late by two working days, the original instruction for this on-line purchase order asked us to “deliver asap”. We were not aware until Friday 15th March how critical the delivery date was. We will be looking seriously at our procedures so as to avoid any future similar occurrences and subsequent customer dissatisfaction. We want to thank our customer for making us aware of this problem so that we can improve our performance.

Excellent service and support, lousy product
I have taken delivery of 3 folding shopping carts with lid. On each occasion lid has had pieces snapped off around the edge (including securing clips) so it doesn't stay in place. Finally kept last one and using without lid.
Company very understanding, replacements arrived in 2 days following complaint, last one took 15 mins to unwrap there was so much packing material but LID NEEDS TO BE WRAPPED SEPARATELY as it breaks if shipped clipped onto the side of the folded box.

Trolly Dolly
As a female moving barrels around 22gal - 9gal the keg truck has proved invaluble even the van drivers who deliver use it as they think it is great! The only issue is that our cellar is too small and when it is full sometimes the truck is too big to manouvour round and it doesn't stand up to store, you either have to leave it on a barrel or have a hook fitted to the wall to store.
