what can i say about the trust deed scotland team? Hear it is it is simply thank you i cannot believe how friendly the whole team have been they are sooo nice and keep you up to date and informed throughout the process. I was a bag of nerves before my partner and i had our first meeting and by the end of it i felt a huge burden had been lifted from my shoulders. i would highly recommend trust deed scotland to anyone who is truely struggling with debt. Trust Deed Scotland helped me sleep at night!
By allowing me to get my debt under control Trust Deed Scotland have lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and I can now concentrate on clearing my debt over the next 3 years and looking forward to a worry-free life after my Trust Deed.
Trust Deed Scotland explanied everything clearly and were available to answer all of my many questions prior to going ahead. After that they took care of all contact with my creditors and prevented them from pestering me with collection calls.

Lifechangers

Excellent, non judgmental, and professional service.Staff very understsanding.
After working for 30years and having a mortgage for 18 years, we found ourselves in a 'sink or swim' situation. We relocated to another area in order to improve our income and rented out our property. We were very unfortunate that the agency we were letting thro' went bankrupt (failed to give us 2 months rent plus deposit ) our tenants trashd our property, we were forced to market our home thro' a "we'll sell your propery in 24hrs" agency that took a ridiculous percntage and although we only had 7 years left and 60,000 pounds equity , we were left with administration costs etc.and unfortunatly my mother died and all my inherience went towards 'keeping our head above water
We were relying on our credit card to pay for every day essentials and felt hopless. My husband saw the advertisment on T.V and tho' initially aprehensive, he phoned. We have regular contact with [Name](hope I've speltyour name correct) and [Name] . It has definatly improved our quality of life and we are now living in a lovely rented propery and although we 'watch te pennies' we don't have the burden of Debt on our shoulders. Hope this wee story is ok and I've maybe given too much info , although I can't underestimate the good that this servic has done for us. Although I would reccomend it , it is a very private matter and would only recommend it if a friend would come to me with a similar problem, but I truly believe that there are many people suffering neadless worry. I appreciate it is not a quick fix but it has definatly changed m view on spending. I now save, the little I have left, and will never, ever take credit again.

Need a hand out of a hole? You're in the right place.
From the outset the staff that dealt with my case have been superb. All questions answered in a way I could understand. Endless patience when I've needed to contact them. They always get back to you if they say they will. They have never made me feel as if they were sitting in judgement. In short, you are in a financial hole, suffering stress and feeling shame for your plight then you contact these people and they quickly swing into action with your case and all of a sudden you are able to breath again. Could you really ask for more?

The best service I've ever had!
I called Trust Deed Scotland back in November and they were fantastic, unfortunately they set me up with Knights bridge........ Who dumped me at the last minute and said I couldn't have a trust Deed goodbye.......
I set up an agreement with another company, paid all the set up fees £400.
Then Anisa (not sure of the spelling, Sorry) gave me a courtesy call to see how my trust Deed was getting on.
I explained what had happened (This was A Thursday) She sorted everything out and went through my details, set up a meeting on Monday night and I signed all the paperwork on Thursday! The whole thing was done in the most professional way and Kelsom were exceptional as well.
I would recommend both companies to anyone and Anisa should get a pay rise for the way she helped me.

I am now stress free

Great service with people who really listen!

Took the worry and stress away
It was an effortless and painless procedure - now we have a future to look forward to. Things had just got out of hand over a couple of years, being off on maternity leave and then paying for childcare that we hadn't budgeted for. Quickly it was evident that we couldn't pay all the bills and the worry and stress over how to solve it was in your head constantly whilst trying to provide for a growing family. We contacted Trust Deed Scotland and they agreed that it was the best solution. We now work to a tight but manageable budget which enables us still to live our life and do things with the kids which we couldn't before. They took the stress and worry away.

Fantastic advice at a time of financial difficulty.
Trust Deed Scotland has helped me so much over the last few months. They gave me fantastic advice on my options for handling my debt after my husband had left the home and left me struggling to make ends meet. I found them on google and used their wizard, withing a few hours they had shown me there was help there and there was a way out of my currently financial situation. A very trusted friend indeed
If you're on that very slippery road to financial despair then Trust Deed Scotland is the place to go. I originally saw their advert on TV and decided to look more into it by checking out the website. I was apprehensive about contacting them at first as my pride was stopping me from admitting I had a serious debt problem. However I decided I had to get help and assistance from someone and, after reading reviews from other customers, I took that big step and contacted them. Over the phone, the staff were very friendly and helped me feel at ease. I was then visited at home by Lorna who was able to explain what a trust deed was about and everything that was involved with it if I wished to go forward with it. She helped put my mind at ease and showed me a way out of my debt problems. After several more phone calls, and a return visit by Lorna, I can now say that the dark clouds of debt that hung over my head are now gradually starting to clear. It may take three years but at least I know that after that time I can move forward with my life in a much happier frame of mind. I would definitely recommend anyone to pursue this course. Through Trust Deed Scotland they have shown me there is a light at the end of the tunnel :)

The best decision I ever made.
Trust deed was there when I didn't know what else to do I saw the advert during a break for corrie on itv. I phoned first thing in the morning it was like having a weight lifted of my shoulders . They sent someone out a few days later to talk me through everything and in three years I will be free from my debt thank you trust deed xx

Gave us our life back
We fell on hard times when I was pregnant and my partner was made redundant, we had no idea how we would be able to service our debt on our drastically reduced income. Trust Deed Scotland gave us clear advice and were so helpful. They were not in the least bit judgemental, just helped us work out the best course of action for us.
I would advise anyone struggling with debt to act sooner rather than later, we felt like a huge burden had been lifted after we spoke to them, and sorting out our problem really had given us our life back No more scary white envelopes dropping through the door.

Wish I'd spoken to them sooner than I did.
Take the first step, make the phone call. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They explained everything very thoroughly and answered any questions I had, no matter how silly I though they were. Can sleep again.
Should have done it sooner, was worried about stigma. Still a struggle financially, but this is more due to he increase cost of everything in the past year with out an increase in wages. Also been unlucky with car issues. Had a few minor hiccups with bank to start with, and got a few letters in post but this was all sorted with in 2 months. Nice to not dread opening mail.

quick, easy stress relief TDS is just the tonic!!!
