The best hosting service by far
I'm a freelance web developer. Some of my clients want me to set up hosting for them. Some of them want me to use their hosting. Over the years, Tsohost have easily been the best service I have dealt with and I now buy hosting exclusively from them. If there is ever a problem (and it's usually my fault if there is) they are fast, efficient, friendly and polite. They put larger hosting providers to shame. Thoroughly recommended.

Nothing too much trouble
I have spent many years hosting websites with TSO Host. During this time I have experienced the best service ever from not just a host provider but from a company in general.
The client support ticket response is almost instantaneous, not that I have had reason to use it too much. Twitter feed keeps you right up to date with any issues or scheduled maintenance.
All the hosting packages are excellent value for money and I recommend TSO to all my clients.
Absolutely nothing negative to say about these guys. If you are looking for good honest reliable service then they fit the bill exactly.

Not just a hosting service, but customer service.
A really lovely company that is always ready to help as soon as you have a question. There are many others out there, but few as responsive, helpful and down to earth as Tsohost.

Great hosting and excellent customer service
As a web developer I've been using tsohost's cluster hosting for a year now for all the websites I build. I have also migrated a few of my customers from other hosting companies to tsohost and have had great feedback from them too.
Not only is it an excellent web hosting service for a good price, their customer service is always quick, friendly and have gone the extra mile for me on a number of occasions. When things do go wrong (and technology is never perfect) I've always received a full account of the issue and know they have been working very hard to get everything resolved as soon as possible.
I can (and do) recommend tsohost to anyone looking for web hosting.

All the features you need and outstanding support
The best thing about TSHosts is the quality of support. I still have a couple of sites on 1&1 and have not yet got around to transferring them to join my others on TSOHost. Recently there was down time on my !&! sites and when you ring support you get someone in the Philipines, and they do not keep up with the latest releases of ASP.net – in total contrast to TSOHost where support, when you need it, is a friendly and efficient Brit who is developer-friendly .

Simply the best UK-based hosting provider there is!
I have used TSO Host for a number of years now. They have a great setup, with plenty of redundancy. Their support is first rate, miles ahead of any of the bigger providers in the market. You get instant responses to your questions or issues. Their support and sales team are very friendly, often going above and beyond to ensure you have what you need. They have refunded me services that I forgot to cancel, even though it was my fault - very fair!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TSO Host, if you want a shared or even dedicated setup they know their stuff and are first to step up and tell you when something is their fault and how they are resolving it - very rare in this field.

Fanstatic Service
So refreshing to be able to call a company and for there support to be based in the UK! Not that you need to call very often as there email response is amazing. There website says there customer focused and they are and for an amazing value also!

Fantastic service at a very good price.
A fantastic hosting company who are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week should anything go wrong. Support tickets (even sent at 1am have been dealt with in a matter of minutes). The reliability is second to none and the price is perfect. I will be a customer of TSO Host for many years to come.

Faultless service, efficient help available

The best host in the world - hands down
We have used TSO for a variety of services for the past 6 or so years. They now provide and manage 4 dedicated servers for us, 4 VPS and we also use their clustered cloud.
Nothing is too much trouble and I can now sleep at night knowing that they will respond if there are any issues.
I have moved all of our UK based hosting to them and cannot recommend them highly enough.
Unlike other hosting companies where you end up talking to a call centre with an apparent lack of interest or knowledge with TSO you get speedy response from real humans.
Adam, Darren, Seb, Craig and the rest of the team are truly fantastic.

Solid no fuss hosting
I came off 1and1 as they were getting ridiculous in price for any level of functionality. I know you can get VERY cheap hosting, but TSO seem to offer a much better mix of responsiveness, cost and function. They were very easy to migrate to (I have been on TSO for just over a year now) and I would happily recommend. I wish I had moved years ago. I use Pro level linux hosting and it exceeds my needs and expectations for the couple of personal websites I host. I probably should have gone for the £15 lite package, but £50 for the Pro package is still a steal. I don't think I have ever had to raise a support ticket with them (I had a few problems on 1&1 prior to moving) and I don't think it has ever gone down. No fuss, no regrets.

Brilliant company, downtime is non-existent.
Came to this company after many problems with my previous host, the prices are cheap and well worth it.
Since I got my hosting 3 years ago, I've not had one outage.
and whenever there is a problem, the support staff reply within minutes to try and get things sorted.

Perfect hosting ...
We have been with Tsohost's now for a year or so after we had issues with a previous well known hosting company. We have yet to contact or email them regarding any issues we have encountered as the service and hosting is flawless and 100% active. All in all a perfect service - and I heard it's going to get better! ... HOW!?!

Best so far (3814)
After having a bumpy ride with my previous hosts, I moved to TSOHost as the reviews I read were positive, the price was right and they had the mySql functionality I needed.
The transfer was smooth, and when I have had questions the support response has been unbelievably fast and accurate. The control panel and SCP access is great and gives me full control of my site.
Downtime? Haven't seen any :-)

Great hosting + unparalleled customer service
We have over 50k users, making millions of requests per month, and clustered hosting doesn't even blink an eye. Add insanely fast support and a cheap price and you have incomprehensibly good hosting. By the way, this is the first testimonial I've written in my life. Legends.

Tsohost are fantastic, I've never had a problem with them. I would totally recommend them to anyone I see.
Support: Brilliant. They are so committed in helping you every step of the way. Never had a problem with them.
Cost: This is the only point I have issues with. Their VDS package seem to be extremely highly priced compared to other big webhosting companies out there. They could lower the costs a bit to be fair. I may have to move to a different provider or get a package with less webspace and bandwidth.

Free charity hosting
I've always liked Tsohost for their super support - fast response, and quick action. And I've always liked their low prices. But now I also like them as one of the sites I manage is for a charity and Tsohost are now offering free hosting for UK charities!

No need to look anywhere else?
The price is very low, the service is truly outstanding. Support ticket response time has always been 10 to 12 minutes, and that included at 11pm!
We pay £49.99 a year including UK domain and everything else we could possibly need and more!

Excellent hosting provider at a very good price
I did a fair bit of research before choosing Tsohost as it can be a minefield finding a good hosting provider.
The service has been excellent from day one, I've not noticed any downtime and the few questions I've had were dealt with phenomenally quickly by support (one even on a weekend).
I've been with a few providers over the years but this one has been the best.

Awesome tech support, brilliant value for money!
I've hosted domains (WP blogs and E-Commerce) with TSO for years. Every time I've had a problem, their tech support has got back to me incredibly quickly - sometimes in less than two minutes - and their advice has always been knowledgeable and allowed me to fix the issue immediately.
Sometimes they've even fixed the problem for me!
In my view, you can't beat TSO for service or value for money.

24 months down the line....
... and TSOHost are still going strong! Having been with them for around 2 years now, I've had nothing but good experiences with them. One thing that springs to mind is a recent incident involving my email. I unfortunately used POP3 (as opposed to IMAP) to get my mail on my main system, but forgot to uncheck "Do not delete from remote server". I'd lost 3 weeks of mail from 2 accounts (luckily i had a local backup from before then as well as my latest mail). I submitted a ticket to TSO and within 18 hours, all the mail that was missing had been restored.
The pricing is fantastic. Paying less than £50 a year has allowed me to finally set myself up as a software and web developer, and to get my products and projects out there. It's given me freedom from third-party file hosting, and allowed me to focus on what I do best; Being creative.
The uptime is unmatched. To date, I've had a single outage of approx. 20 minutes. There simply are no words that would sufficiently describe how satisfied I am with TSOHost.

I don't know how the guys do it for this price, I can put up with telephone support only in office hours as you hardly need them - when you do nothing is too much problem, in my experience.

The best hosting experience we ever get in last five years

It has been well over five long years that we were searching and switching one host to another and we found out it's really a pain to get to a hosting company real serious in their business and not just looting with either "Unlimited Everything" flashy banners or with the high prices tags. If you have ever searched for hosting reviews then you already know there are thousands of fake review sites cheating on a higher level.
Finally, we get to TSOHOST, what a fresh breeze of air one year with them. Absolutely zero problems. We get support well beyond the support limits. You ask if we can do this, and within minutes you get the kind of step by step guide. Absolutely fabulous.

Easy, powerful and freelancer friendly
I've managed several accounts for myself, employers, friends and customers on TSOHost's Cloud Hosting service since the fall of 2010.
For me, TSOHost is primarily ready-made infrastructure for the more or less customized Wordpress sites and networks I maintain. I want the leisure of skipping server configuration and maintenance. TSOHost's Cloud Hosting lets me focus on Wordpress itself and still have time over for other freelance work. When trouble arises, customer support is extraordinarily responsive, even at very odd hours.
I've used a number of other clustered shared hosting platforms, all of which have been lacking in terms of either performance, reliability, configuration options, reseller controls or pricing. TSOHost stands out in this area and succeeds in combining satisfactory reliability with generous disk and bandwidth quotas.
The Cloud Hosting service is quite flexible in terms of PHP configurability. Even when I've sometimes been asked by customers to deploy terribly slow Wordpress plugins at any price, TSOHost has been able to help through add-on services like using a virtual dedicated server for MySQL. I do hope there's better public documentation of the hosting platform's features in the pipeline. Some aspects of the web based control panel still need polishing as well.
As of August 2012 TSOHost has delivered a consistent experience at the sweet spot between quality of service and compelling pricing. The offered reliability, server performance and network connectivity have been quite sufficient for my customers and business partners whom I've helped escape the uncompetitive and expensive hosting market at home here in Finland.

Tsohost provide a first rate service with genuine support and don't charge extortionate prices.
