It's like having a hosting company in your office...
Having used a few companies over the years, we were on the lookout for a better way of working and TSO seemed head and shoulders above the rest; so we took a punt.
It's true - they are brilliant!
Prices are very competitive, their solutions are really good and most importantly to me is that their technical support is brilliantly beyond anything I've ever experienced.

very helpful and trusted hosts
I can only but recommend Tsohost. They have only ever been helpful and pleasant in all my dealings with them.
I once inquired about moving my hosting from the UK to the US after reading that hosting .com's in the UK maybe slower. Tsohost support where fantastic, setup everything for me in the blink of an eye, and helped me with every one of my stupid requests of which there were many.

Reliable hosting with friendly support.
After looking at many hosting providers and not being happy about understanding exactly how I could host my own website I was recommended to use TSOHOST by a friend and have been fully satisfied. They have given me help when I needed it and the functionality is exactly as described. I have not noticed any downtime.

Best UK hosting EVER
I have nothing but good things to say about TSOhost. After a nightmare with another host, I transferred to TSO and have not had a single issue. Their customer support is excellent, and they respond to queries within minutes. They're also far cheaper than my previous host.

1st class product and support
TSO Host provided first class support when moving over my company's website from another host. Unlike many companies, the person on the other end of the phone/email/ticket does actually know what they are doing and are able to fix things.
Now everything just works.
The clustered hosting package gives you most of the benefits of a dedicated solution but with none of the drawbacks.

Top Notch Service
I have been with TSO for about 6 months now, and I can say without a shadow of doubt that they are the best host provider I have come across. Telephone support is great (athough they usually ask you to send problems via the knowledge base so they can understand it easier). and the general online support beats any other. I spend most of my time working over night, and have lost count of the times I have asked for help at 3.00am and someone has solved my issue within a couple of minutes.
Purchasing an SSL certificate was straight forward, and they installed it for me within a couple of minutes.
I have had problems with Opencart installs (nothing to do with them as they just host) but Seb and the gang will always go into my install and fix file errors.
We are using a virtual dedicated system for £39.99 and have never experienced any downtime, unlike our previous host who had issues daily (while still claiming a 99.9% uptime)
All in all, a superb service for the money.

Great support and hosting at a great price
Tsohost have been the first provider I haven't felt the need to move away from. Their cloud service is very configurable and feature-rich, and support has also been both fast and very useful.

Cheap price, good service

Simple Hosting for Learner WebMistresses plus Freephone Customer Services
TSO Host were recommended to me by another webmaster and they are brilliant. I have been with them for a year now and the hosting is affordable, reliable and easy to understand.
The members of their customer service department are patient and willing to explain things in words of one syllable for the less experienced. They also imported all my sites with no fuss from another hosting company, whose customer service department were trying to baffle me with jargon rather than solve my complaint.
Whether you are a learner webmistress or a sole trader trying to set up your own website, TSO make hosting simple and their customer service is available via a ticket system or, more importantly, a freephone telephone number. At a time when every other company wants to make money out of your misery with an 0870 or 0845 or 0844 number, that's a selling point all on its own.

First class service
At Website NI we run over 200 sites and when we moved them to TSO it was painless. Since then we have had fast, courteous and effective service.
The guys at TSO are experts in their field, are always willing to help and often go beyond what we have come to expect from a hosting company.
The servers themselves perform really well even though there are almost 20 big Magento sites running among the 200 sites we have.
I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending TSO to anyone looking for reliable hosting and great customer service.

Look in no further for a brilliant web hosting company!!
I had been hosting with bluehost in the US and also tried 1&1. After some searching I came across TSOHost and thought I would give them a try. It's a decision I have never regretted.
Their service is fantastic, website speed is exceptional to the point I now have four hosting accounts with them for various websites. My wife hosts her e-commerce site with TSOHost and I can't recommend them enough.
Add to that the brilliant support service, I have had questions, due to my ignorance which support have happily answered quickly and accurately. I would like to thank Dan, Darren and Magnus for their support with the number of tickets I have raised!

Great host!
I have been so impressed with Tsohost. They have been quick to respond to any issue and have been friendly and courteous - a big contrast to Streamline.net (my old host who took days to respond to a ticket!).
I highly recommend the guys at Tsohost if you want great hosting at great value.

No news is good news
In the world of web hosting, no news is good news. In the couple of years since our website has been hosted with Tsohost, we have experienced a reliable service. Our needs are modest in terms of users and thus our shared hosting package is not going to set the world alight, but we have had consistent performance and hardly any downtime.
But most of all for me personally, I was surprised to find that when porting the site to Tsohost a lot of details that had been problematic with other providers just worked. For example, inbound HTTP connections, PHP settings, local Apache configuration.
The one time I have contacted support (for a package regrade) I got a prompt response and resolution.
Trying to think of negatives, I have seen better (more automated) backup solutions, but apparently this will be iminently changed anyway.

TSO are the host with the most
I have always found TSO Host to be excellent when responding to queries, they are fast and efficient, and even provide freephone telephone support.
The prices and reasonable, the system functional, and I recommend TSO Host to all my clients for domain and web hosting.
I've had problems with other companies, so I'm relieved to know I can rely on TSO Host.

If you can find a better Host, I'll eat my Cpanel
I've been with TSO Host for about 18 months now, since launching my new site. The service I was with before provided a basic website editor as part of the package, but in my opinion it was overpriced and the customer service was terrible.
TSO Host helped me to transfer my domain name and answered every one of my questions within minutes of posting a ticket. From day one the customer service was professional, friendly and above all quick.
I have never experienced any downtime, the page load times are quicker than any other host I've tried and even the Lite package is packed with all the features you'll ever need to create a first class website.
I wouldn't use any other provider, and as a web designer I always recommend that my clients use TSO Host. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely Perfect.
I've been using Tsohost for over 12 months now. Whenever I have a problem, a quick email to the team and the problem is solved - in most cases within 1 hour - even in the middle of the night somehow!
I would genuinely recommend tsohost to anyone interested in a reliable and fast hosting service. Especially perfect for shopping carts and big forums.

The best kept secret on the internet
I have trusted Tsohost to look after my business website for many years now. Darren and Adam are so helpful and I look to them whenever I need some tech help. After so many years of dealing with other webhosts that make contacting them a nightmare, it was refreshing to discover that Tsohost is a real company with real staff that are so easy to talk to.
Let’s be honest, Many website owners would not have a clue if their website went down for a day or even a week or so. My website is monitored by a third party company that lets me know if my site is not visible for more than a minute. Only twice in four years has my site gone down. Once for was for a planned upgrade to the server and the other time it was a fault that got sorted inside ten mins. I am at the stage that I get bored looking at my weekly report that says 100% uptime.
I am totally convinced that the reliability of Tsohost’s service has been instrumental to the success of my business. Whilst my site is not an online sales site, It is my shop window and provides a gateway for prospective customers to contact me. I have run speed tests on my website and I am very impressed. It loads just a fraction of a second slower than GOOGLE’S home page ! That it is great for me and even greater for my visitors. I have my site hosted with a number of other webhosts in the past and I can assure you that the load times are significantly faster since I moved it to Tsohost.
I could go on but I think I have said enough. So suffice to say that I consider Tsohost to be the best out there.

Best hosting service by a country mile.
I have been using the clustered hosting service with tsohost for around nine months now, and it is a class apart from other services I have previously used.
The value for money is unbelievably good; and, the customer service is exceptional - very fast, courteous, and unfailingly solves my problems.
If you're looking for a reliable, affordable UK-based hosting service, stop looking!
I'd give them 11 out of 10 if I could.

Speedy, reliable and good customer service to boot.
Hi,
I switched to TSO host after being disappointed with the speed and customer service I was getting from HostPapa.
As a photographer, I have a lot of large image files on my website and, as I've built my own website in Wordpress, I have a fair few plugins running too. All of this can bring the page render speed down quite a bit, so I wanted to find a UK based host fast enough to off-set that - and reliable too.
I took my time researching who to use and TSO met that ideal requirement of being highly recommended and reasonably priced.
I could not be happier with the service I received while switching to TSO and with the speed and reliability TSO have provided so far. In fact, I like them so much, when I built a website for my Mum's therapy business I hosted it on my TSO account too and I have plans for a personal blog site in the making - that wouldn't have happened when I was still with HostPapa!

Best Customer Support out there!

TSO are excellent, great hosting and superb customer and technical service.
I've looked around for decent but affordable hosting and used several other companies who all had service or speed issues. They say you get what you pay for, well with TSO it feels like you get a lot more than the cost. Hats off to the tech guys who are available freephone 12-13 hours a day. They know what they're talking about and provide brilliant service

Superbly reliable...

Great service and very reliable
I've got a little bit of technical knowledge, but in no way an expert so have found it really great to have my websites hosted at tsohost. They have always been very quick to respond to any questions that I have had to ask and resolved any problems quickly and in language that I can understand.
The prices are very affordable and to date I've had no problems at all with the service and customer support. I would definitely recommend tsohost to anyone who was looking for real value for money webhosting.

Reliable, good value and best customer service out there!
I heard about TSO through a friend who'd heard from a friend who said they were good, and I have since recommended them to other friends and businesses. I have hosted a number of voluntary organisation and small business websites with them over the past few years. The hosting is reliable and good value- no hidden fees for hosting or transferring domain names, the control panel interface is good and keeps getting better, and load times are fast. However, in my opinion it is the customer service that really marks them out. Any time I have had a problem or a question, they have sorted it out via a quick phone call or email, usually answered straight away. Heartily recommended!

They Do Deliver
I felt I needed to transfer my website hosting from another UK based hosting company after getting too many downtimes and hassles with doing wordpress uprgrades at times because the server wasn't set up to do that. I came across TSOHost from a review another blogger had done and was intrigued at the cloud solution. Even though I ended up not going with the cloud hosting the transfer process of my domain and website content was great through tech support. My downtime situation has improved dramatically. Overall I just blog now and don't think about my hosting company, sorry TsoHost guys it's not that I don't like you its nice I don't need to talk to you all the time cos there aren't problems to deal with. If you want a website hosted in the UK I'd go with these guys.
Lightening quick support that you can trust!
I discovered TSOhost after tearing my hair out with a previous host that took several days to reply to my support tickets and would never answer their phone!
I needed a change and found the team at TSO to be a breath of fresh air. They really want to help their customers and it's obvious that they care about the integrity of their company.

Perfect.
TSO Host have been great for us at Soundplate. Not only have they provided great service with pretty much no downtime the customer support has been incredible. The support team have helped with a variety of problems we have had on the website that are really nothing to do with them and far beyond what a web host would normally offer. The support team always work fast and usually reply to E-mails within 5 or 10 minutes.

You just will not find better.
I switched to TSO host after some serious issues with my last host. Needless to say I've had no problems with TSO host and any questions I've had have been answered quickly and professionally.
When my site did go down it was back up extremely quickly and TSO host kept me informed throughout. Keep in mind though, this was a VERY short period and has only happened ONCE in the four years I've been with them.
I recommend TSO host to anyone who needs a reliable service with excellent support at a very competitive price.

Brilliant for beginners
I can't express highly enough how pleased I've been with Tso over the past few years. And it's all down to their customer service. The team is just fantastic. They respond to emails almost immediately, and are very happy to guide a beginner like me and to even take control when I don't understand what needs to be done. That's really important when things go wrong, as they sometimes do.
It's a small company with reasonable prices and I'm proud to be a customer.

Difficult to beat Tsohost and their customer service
As a mature and novice ecommerce operator I had a few negative experiences with hosting companies.
Following another major issue I stumbled upon Tsohost and have never looked back.
Both a quick and helpful service. They answer my daft questions in a professional manner.
Great value for my money and have no hesitation in recommending them to other people.

Highly recommended
Never had any issues in the 4 years whatsoever or so I've been with them, customer service is both extremely helpful and rapid (on the rare occasions where I've had to contact them, which to be honest are normally down to my own ignorance or stupidity), so all in all, I would highly recommend.
FYI currently on Standard package after moving up from Lite package a while back, oh and the price is great too, so all in all, it's a winner for me.

Simple, friendly and professional service - good value for money
I joined TSH hosts when I realised that I was paying well over the odds for hosting. I found the changeover easy and there was always someone at the other end of the phone to help me. I'm not a geek!
I'm also pleased that they are reconfiguring their website as the old one was a bit tricky to navigate.
