3 years, 3 websites with over 300 pages and never an outage!

My two large personal websites (over 300 pages in total) have been with TSO Host for 3 years after miserable performance from earlier web hosts. I update elements of my websites every single day. The beauty of TSO is that I have only twice needed to contact them in all that time - both were minor problems and were solved within 30 minutes of my report requesting assistance (and one of those turned out to be the fault of my ISP not TSO - but TSO correctly diagnosed that). As far as I am aware, there has never been any outages. You can't ask for more than that can you? 5 stars from me.

The best hosters - ever!

I can honestly say that TSO are excellent. I'd previously been with two other hosters, one of whom you could never get hold of as they were so big; the other of whom was swamped as he was a one-man band.

Also previously we'd had lots of problems with the site going down because the hoster just couldn't cope.

TSO, on the other hand, has been excellent. Any time I have sent an e-mail query, someone has come back to me within five minutes (usually less) and if I've rung, someone has always helped me there and then.

In the 14 months that we've been with TSO we have had two, maybe three, very minor problems with the site, all of which have been resolved within a very short space of time.

If you want someone reliable and good value, TSO are the people to to with.

So that you know I'm genuine, I'm happy to talk to anyone about this.

Finally found a great product with even better support

Right, well first off I better explain I am not an employee of TSO as this is going to sound too good to be true. So a little background.

I am a webdesigner and host a number of websites for my clients. I have personally dealt with more hosting companies than I would care to remember but have not changed hosting since having TSO recommended to me by a number of people all singing their virtues.

So, as to the product, it's certainly good and I have both shared Cpanel hosting and clustered hosting which I use for both personal websites and client sites. Interfaces are good and easy to work with and all the little things that need changing and setting up are all easy to do. But let's be honest, a number of other providers can claim the same thing so why am I still with TSO and recommnd them to all that ask?

Simple. Service. Downtime firstly. I can only think of two occasions when I have experienced downtime. On both occasions TSO kept me informed along the way of what the problem was and what they were doing about it to get it resolved as quickly as possible. One situation was not their fault and one was (an upgrade that went slightly wrong). Not only were both resolved quickly but I also received emails after the event analysing why the downtime had occured and more importantly what steps they had taken so that the circumstances would never be repeated. And guess what, they haven't been.

But what really stands out for me is the support. Whether via email or phone, answers are almost instant and their knowledge cannot be faulted. As an example of their dedication, I sent them a .htaccess file as I was having trouble getting it to work in the way I wanted. A bit cheeky I thought as that is really my problem and not really a support issue but as ever they had an answer for me within minutes and my issue had been resolved. And this is why I now won't ever have to go through the pain of moving a number of websites to another provider. My last support email was answered in roughly 20 seconds and I joked that they were slipping and I have never sent them anything that they didn't already know the answer to.

In short, I recommend TSO to anyone who wants good old fashioned support. And let's face it, in this day and age, it is becoming a rare commodity. I look forward to thier service for many years to come.

Most reliable hosting at great prices with lightening fast support

I had run out of patience with my previous hosting company. Their support was a joke - it took days for them to respond and then they would always start by claiming it was my fault. I had to waste more time explaining why it was a server problem. They would also double their prices at renewal - knowing it's a hassle to change hosts.

Then I tried Tsohost - they have been truely excellent. I am always surprised at how quickly they get back to me with a solution to my questions.

I'm moving all my accounts over to tsohosts as they fall due for renewal - it is well worth the initial effort of reconnecting databases etc. and tso make it as easy as possible.

Never look for a hosting provider again

I've been hosting my websites with TSO for over 3 years now and have never looked back after skipping around a load of other "cheap" hosts.

TSO have managed to provide a £££ service for a £ price, not only that but their personal support is second to none and puts a lot of bigger / well known hosts to shame.

When the company I work for (a web development agency) were looking to change hosts I didn't hesitate to recommend TSO - We've now been using them for a year and haven't had any issues (apart from some network downtime, which affected everyone and wasn't TSOs fault)

Tried three hosts for a few years, settled on Tsohost

After spreading my websites across multiple hosts, I finally consolidated with Tsohost. One of the other hosts had uptime issues and I found my site was inaccessible more frequently than I'd like. The other host was good but I think like many hosts out there, they became a victim of their own overselling - too many hosts out there offer ridiculous amounts of storage / bandwidth..etc and I think this affects performance. Tsohost has the performance and the consistent uptime, but most of all it's the small touches that make a difference for me as a developer. Backups of my files and MySQL databases are performed automatically their side, the php configuration is far more geared towards developers than other hosts, and the admin interface is sleek and easy to use. Highly recommended.

Best customer service I have experienced.

I originally signed up to use TSO Host because of some good reviews on the web. Ever since I joined I can say their customer services have been incredible. Their speed of response and help is second to none. I give them the highest of recommendations.

Simply the best Web Host I have used.

Over the last 10+ years I have used a numbers of webhosts, from the premium end of the market right down to the cheap couple of pounds a year jobs. They have all had issues until stumbled upon TSO Host, the cluster platform is rock solid and fast. Database driven sites fly and the service is great for testing and productions sites alike.

I have recommended TSO Host to plenty of others and will continue too.

Straightfoward and affordable.

It's not easy trying to figure out what hosting plans you need with such a plethora of choice, so I was happy when my friend recommended TSOhost. Rather than being up sold what you don't need there are clear plans, UK hosted if that's not already obvious, and it's simple to purchase. The communication I've had with them is clear, I've been sent a reminder to renew and I haven't been berated by them to renew or sent loads of unwanted emails. I've never had a dropout. I've since read reviews about the best hosting provider and I was pleased to see lots of other people happy with TSO, definitely a confidence boost. It just works.

TSOHost are the best web hosting providor ever

I run mission critical websites for internal and client customers and have been with TSOHost for nearly 5 years.

Aside from the reliability, technical service and value that TSOHost provide it's the fantastic support they offer which gives me peace of mind.

For regular queries you can email and have a response within minutes whilst for emergencies they is always someone helpful and expert at the end of the phone.

They are very flexible and ready to adjust storage and bandwidth for little charge.

I really cannot recommend them more highly.

what you want from your service provider is a seamless intergrated system that just gets on with the job - in over 5 years with TSOHOST we have never experienced a problem - that's rare and more importantly means we can get on with our day to day business without a worry

A gold standard of service

I'm no IT professional but have had four sites with Tsohost for a couple of years now, three of which have been based on Wordpress (for better or worse). In that time I've made a couple of upgrade blunders with WP and have needed to call on Tsohost's support for help. Three months ago, I also had a website hacked via a security flaw in a WP plug-in. Not only Tsohost match its ridiculously fast emailed response claims, the support folks also went further than I expected by helping me to debug some of my WP files to remove damage caused by the recent hack. It's this sort of "going beyond the call of duty" that earns them my continued loyalty and respect.

If all service companies were like this, the world would be a much happier place!

Don't COUNT on well known host.

Being a keen photographer, I had decided to show my photos online so I registered a domain and ordered a hosting package with a well known company that I used for the local archery club website. I use wordpress for all my websites.
My experience with this host was a nightmare. Very slow and constant database connection errors when editing. After getting nowhere with support, I gave up and decided to look for another host. After much research, TSOhost looked a good bet. Ever since switching my personal websites to TSOhost I have had good speed and no more database connection errors. Very happy!!
I can now put as many photos on the site without having to worry about load times and errors.
The hosting for the archery club website was due for renewal with previous host. This is now hosted with TSO and performs so much better. I highly recommend TSO.

Fantastic service and team

I had to switch hosts when my old host company had serious problems every time my site received (relatively small) traffic spikes.

I switched to Tsohost and have never looked back since.

My site has grown 10 fold in that time and with the growth TSOhost have offered me service and support along the way to keep everything ticking smoothly. A great team. Very accessible and reliable.

I've used Tsohost for several years now and I've found the level of service to be second to none.

I've used various hosts over the years, moving from one to the other because of problems with uptime and support etc. When Tsohost was recommended to me I was, of course, cautious but from the initial order (and questions) I found my worries were unfounded.

Their support system is well staffed and rather than waiting several hours or days for an answer, on numerous occasions I've found that they tend to reply to me within 15 to 30 minutes (sometimes faster!).

Over the years I've moved several sites over to them and all have gone seamlessly. You only need to visit their forums to see just how helpful their staff can be - its very rare to see a complaint there, but if there is one you can be pretty sure that the issue will have been resolved to the complainants satisfaction.

I would most definitely recommend Tsohost to anyone looking for a well-priced hosting company which provides excellent service and - most importantly - peace of mind.

Faultless in every way.

TSO Host are quite simply the finest company I've ever dealt with. I look after around 50 websites and have been with them for around 3 years.

There hasn't been a moment in that time when I've considered their service to be anything less than exemplary. It's fast, reliable and the technical ability of Adam and his team is beyond question.

For me though, it's the support that represents the peak of what they do. Questions are responded to with lightning speed and I never cease to be amazed with their willingness to help.

When I first signed up I think just Adam and Darren were at the helm, and it's a credit to those two guys that the newer staff members are equally brilliant.

Best support service I have ever seen at any hosting company

I've used a number of hosting companies over the years, and switched to TsoHost when I needed something with a bit more oomph at a reasonable price. Their Grid Hosting package seemed to be suitable, as it offers both Linux and Windows hosting from the same control panel, and the web servers are a virtualised grid which is dynamically scaled based upon the load you put on it. The main site I host is an ASP.Net application for schools to manage their sports and extra-curricular activities, with log-ins provided for each student. The big test comes at the beginning of the school year when all students are logging on to get their choices of activities, often on a first-come-first-served basis. This means that the concurrent user load on the site can vary from 1 to 1000 or more, from one day to the next. I'm happy to report that the system coped very well, with only a small increase in average response times at peak periods.
What has really impressed me with TsoHost is the rapidity and effectiveness of their technical support. Whether it be for the rare occasions when something is not working or for a general query, they have consistently responded within an hour of raising the ticket, and have never failed to resolve my problem in a friendly and efficient manner.
All in all, I heartily recommend TsoHost as in my experience, the quality of service they offer is far in excess of what one might expect for the price charged.

Excellent Value for Money and Perfect Customer Service

Having been with TSO Host for 4 years, I can only recommend them as a brilliant hosting provider. The number of features available is amazing and the pricing structure his highly competitive. The customer service can't be better and I've always received a helpful response within 30mins! No complaints at all from my end.

Truly great webhosting

Being with Tsohost for three years now, have not looked any further since. I am using the servers of Tsohost as a backend for 20+ mobile apps, serving 350.000 active users at the moment, and growing fast. This host has never dissapointed me. Speed and uptime are absolutely vital to my business, and they both are excellent. Customer support is extremely swift, even in weekends. Go on like this, and i will stay forever.

Personal service. Easy Wordpress install

When first attempting to get a wordpress powered site up and running there were many challenges I faced. Getting to grips with customising a Wordpress theme was enough of a challenge so finding an affordable and very easy set up for Wordpress was key. Tso host provided that. Also we needed to transfer a domain and this was handled very well with personal contact with the people who really knew what was going on. Customer service by technical specialists was fantastic.

TSO rarely have technical issues - but I do!

I've used their clustered hosting for over 3 years on all my Client sites, many of which are business-critical.

I've had cause contact TSO for support at all hours of the day and night for help and advice and NEVER waited more than 10 minutes for a reply. Frankly, with customer support being such a critical aspect of a hosting company, they should charge others for lessons on how it should be done!

The first thing that people look for in a hosting company is price, however the price is never the thing that drives people away, it's usually the god-awful support received. Surprisingly, Tsohost manage to be competitively priced and have the best customer service of any company let alone any host I've ever used.

I've absolutely nothing but praise for TSO

We are a multinational company. We have significant network infrastructure around the world. Initially we were attracted to TSO because of their competitive pricing, but we were worried about the low cost resulting in poor customer service. We needn't have worried. TSO has out shone all their competitors, and we now have an annual commitment with them of over £50k. I even have a personal website with them and recommended friends and family, I can confirm that small businesses and individuals get just as good responses as large corporations.

I'm now planning to move even more infrastructure with them. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Customer Service Excellence

Having been with Tsohost for a few years now I'm continually impressed with the level of support that they provide. Email support is dealt with incredibly quickly, no matter what time of day, which is always useful when it's not convenient to phone. The guys have never failed in providing answers/solutions and seem to really care about making sure everything is to my satisfaction. I really wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them.

Fast, reliable and friendly!

I've had great experiences with TSO Host, responding within minutes to any queries and they are pretty decent value. While my hosting is pretty small, i would consider using them for other projects.

Perfect

I was hosting a website with another company and when they failed I had to look for a new host. TSOHost hit the bill perfectly. The price for Pro hosting and the option to spread the costs was perfect. As a result, I've ensured that anyone that asks me gets given their web address.

I've hosted a site on Tsohost for several years. Reliability and uptime have been excellent. Pricing was and is very competitive.

As always, the real test of a company is what happens when things go wrong. There was a securing issue on part of my site which was exploited by spammers. Tsohost were excellent in assisting me with this issue.

Brilliant, even for those who are complete beginners!

Absolutely fantastic service. I am by no means skilled (I get wordpress up and running, stick a few plugins in and that is the limit of my technical capability) at building a website but each time I have had an issue that goes over my head and I have contacted TsoHost with my enquiries they have helped me and even thrown in an explanation to boot. At no point have I felt like an idiot user (even though I am one!).

Friendly staff, prices are completely reasonable and the uptime has been great (supposedly there was some downtime last year that I never noticed and I was immediately informed and they apologised).

I really couldn't recommend them enough. I have used other companies in the past that have been more than useless and this is a company that I really have found to be the best of the bunch.

I signed up to TSO Host on the basis of a recommendation from a popular forum. I initially signed up to the clustered hosting package, but it soon became apparent that it was not ideally suited to my needs. Nothing wrong with the system, it just wasn't the best package for MY system.
The guys at support were great and very quickly moved me over to a VDS.
I've now been with TSO for 6-7 months and I can report that my site has been running smoothly throughout. I have a monitor on our site that reports downtime and I think it has emailed me once to say the site was down, but within 3 minutes I can a further email telling me it was back up again.
Support from TSO Host is second to none. Whenever I have need assistance I have had a reply to my email within minutes and all of my issues have been resolved very quickly. I would like to point out that most of the issues were down to me not knowing how to do something and not system issues.

I also do a fair bit of ecommerce development and have also used the standard TSO shared hosting packages and even these seem to be extremely stable and a pleasure to work with.

To summarise I would highly recommend TSO to anybody reading this.

Small, professional company that delivers seamless service

It's hard to choose a website provider from the many options. What I wanted was a small, professional, UK outfit that delivered on what it promised. I got that with TSOhost. My experience has with them has been seamless, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I took a punt on Tsohost on the recommendation of a trusted friend and I've never looked back since. Their support is second to none, and that's coming from someone who is used to the level of support offered by Rackspace. Amazing service, amazing price. I particularly recommend their clustered hosting packages. I can't recommend Tsohost highly enough.
