My parents thought their grandson deserved the best so was happy to pay for expensive nursery furniture and we loved the three bears collection. From start to finish the customer service has been disgraceful, they didn't deliver when they said they would and when I rang them to ask where they was they accused me of giving them the wrong number yet they had text me on it previously so clearly I hadn't. So they agreed a later date and a 49 pound apology, which I accepted. A week later they arrived with my furniture, 2 out of the 4 items were damaged, the guy who they sent to assemble it tried to hide it by painting over it. He didn't tell me he had done it, I found out by ending up with paint all over my fingers. He left a smashed up Stanley knife on top of the wardrobe n dirty hand marks on my wallpaper, then left all the boxes in my bathroom. I rang to complain, I did not receive an apology and was told They was replacing the damaged parts so what more did I expect. I told them I expected a better quality of service for the money, I expected them to take the rubbish away, I expected them to treat a pregnant woman with a bit more consideration and I expect them apologise/compensate me further for everything they had put me through. My mum has complained to the people who we put the original order through, this prompted a phone call with an apology and I was told I wouldn't be getting the wardrobe door replacement till December which is about 4 weeks after it was delivered but I would get the 49 pound they had agreed over the delivery error the next week and they would look into what else they could do to compensate. It is now the end of the next week I still haven't received the 49 pound they owe me or the outcome of the decision to compensate me further making there apology as poor as the service.
Awful quality. Plastic coating, cracked chipped warped wood within 2 years.
Don't waste money, go to argos.
Because the guarantee has expired the company are refusing to help us.
Have sent photographic evidence and WILL get This resolved.
Please look at other review sites to see the terrible feedback of tens of unhappy customers like ourselves that have been ripped off by an awful company.
Saw an offer on Groupon & checked out the website. Ordered the 7 piece Marie set in white. Room wasn't ready when they initially called but were happy to deliver a few weeks later to suit us. Delivery was this week and we are over the moon. We were conscious we had only viewed the furniture online but the quality is fantastic and the installation was done quickly & efficiently on the day which was booked. Got a call that day re some missing drawer runners which is no problem. Great experience from start to finish. Thank you so much for a first class service. Out baby to be will love their nursery as much as we do :-)
I ordered the 7 piece Marie nursery furniture set. Start to finish an excellent experience. High quality product with great customer services. The phones get answered quickly and enquiries dealt with promptly. They deliver and assemble at a convenient time and in just half a day. I have no complaints at all.
