Quick and efficient

First time I have used this company, but won't be the last. Arrived early and completed the assessment of the tyres and replaced them in under 45 minutes, with the convenience of never having to leave the house. The price for the tyres was very competitive and cheaper than anyone else I could find. These were expensive tyres, so I always shop around as prices can vary by as much as £50 a tyre.

The technician (Chris) was polite, friendly and communicative and he arrived with a nasty cut to his head that he had sustained whilst on an earlier job that day, but he just got on with it. A good ambassador for this company.

Will be recommending them to my firends and work colleagues, based on my first experience. So easy to check out their prices online before you place your order.

EVEN WITH A BUMP TO THE HEAD THE TECHNICIAN STILL DID HIS JOB.

CALLED THIS COMPANY AND ARRANGED A VISIT AND THEY SAID BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 3-5. PROMPT WAS AN UNDERSTATEMENT THEY ARRIVED AT 2.45. VERY POLITE GENTLEMEN BY THE NAME OF( CHRIS) WENT TO WORK ON REPLACING MY TYRES, THE TECHNICIAN SOLDIERED ON EVEN AFTER SUSTAINING A NASTY BUMP TO THE HEAD AND COMPLETED THE TASK AS REQUIRED. VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS COMPANY WILL USE AGAIN.

Goodbye to waiting in smelly garages!

To be honest, I can't will myself to get excited about tyres, and my experience with tyres on the drive has not made me any more excited about tyres. It has however made me realise that there is no more need to trawl through yell.com and speak to any number of patronising men asking if I'm sure I have 'got the right size love', only to have to spend endless minutes in the grime of a tyre fitting garage, when a nice, clean and polite chap (a chap called Tony Allen) will come to your house and fit the tyres you have ordered there and then with no musty '4x4' magazines to boot! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Cannot fault it. Definitely recommend you give them a try.

Great friendly service

Matthew called first thing the day the fitting was due, and asked to rearrange the appointment as a neighbour was also due a fitting later in the day. No problem for me to rearrange so I was happy to see him later that day. Friendly service with useful advice about tyre pressure and condition of brakes. Would definitely use this service again, as the price was also very competitive. Highly recommended.

A fantastic service

I had a puncture that could not be repaired. I called Tyres on your drive at 8am and they sent Sam the same day at a time to suit me. He fitted my spare, balanced it etc... all done in 10mins!! Fantastic, thats what I call service.
Its a great service when you find you have a puncture whether your at work or home!

excellent and frendly fitter was Tony Allen on both occasions that he visited us to fit the tyres to our motorhome.

We had never seen or heard of this company before, until my partner passed one of their vehicles in our area. After the service that there fitter Tony Allen gave us we will be using them again when any of our cars or vehicles need tyres, we have also been told about the other services that are on offer from this company. Tony told me all that I needed to know and that I should check the wheel nuts after a few miles, he even told me what setting to have the wheel nuts set at and the pressure.

Tony Allen fitted two new tyres to my S-Type Jaguar today and the quality of service was second to none. His friendly manner, quality and speed of service was excellent. Tyres on the drive is my number one choice from now on. Well done!!

Very professional and good advice given

Technician Tony Allen came to my house to fit two Nexen Tyres on the front of my fiancee's Volvo C30. He was very friendly ( Cup of coffee always helps to break the ice).
He gave me very good advice in respect of the wheel nuts which were swelling and he also gave me good advice in respect of the future pressure on my fiancees front tyres.
I could not beleive how quick he was and the whole process was really painless.
Would have no hesitation of using Tyres on the Drive again.

Super service, great value for money and very convenient at work

Matthew was early for the appointment and phoned me in advance which helped organise the work outside my office. The service was quick, thorough, very professional and I would recommend it (and will) to all my friends and colleagues - well done Matthew and well done Tyres On The Drive - will be coming back next time without a doubt - can't believe so many people still take time out to visit tyre & exhaust garages with this service available.

Tyres quick on the drive

I booked to have 3 tyres changed on my Landrover for 12.30pm. Chris phoned me at 11.15am and said he could be at my house early and would that be okay. When he arrived he was friendly, professional and a pleasure to speak to.
He then cracked on with fitting my tyres in quick time...I've waited longer in other tyre places reception areas than it took Chris to fit all my tyres! He was finished by 12pm; that's before the time he was even due to arrive! Brilliant and I could then get on with my day! Thanks Chris!

These guys are extremely professional friendly efficient and know there stuff.
Adam my fitter got on with the job in a no nonsense fashion and from arrival I was back on the road in no time.
I would certainly recommend them to anybody.

I used TOTD not long ago and did not hesitate to use them again. Although there was a problem on this visit (doorbell did not work and did not get any calls to my mobile), Sam kindy returned later in the day to do the job. Think its a bit unfair to Sam to be on his own on a Saturday!!! More impressed with Sam than the guys on the 0800 number...!

First impressions count!

I used this service for the first time and was not disappointed. Chris arrived at the designated time and you could not wish for a friendlier person. The tyre was changed quickly and efficiently - in fact quicker than it took to complete the paperwork! I would not hesitate in using this service again - first class.

FIRST CLASS MOBILE TYRE FITTERS!!

Booked online Wed night at 1030pm, received confirmation booking Thurs morning and had 4 new tyres fitted Good Friday afternoon. Fantastic service and great price too..
Technician Tony Allen rang to ask if it was convienient to call earlier than booking time as he was running ahead of schedule (booking time 4pm-5pm) he arrived at 2pm as advised and had all 4 tyres fitted by 2:40pm. Tony was very polite, friendly and professional. Along with fitting the tyres Tony also ensured each had the correct pressure psi (different to what I had been using), he checked the brakes and also gave me great advice with regards to regularly having my tyres checked for free at any tyre garage, he also advised me to have all my tyres balanced to ensure even tread wear (due to state of ones he had replaced).
I will definately use TOTD again in the future and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

The price was the cheapest about and the service was excellent. Chris the technician arrived within the 2 hour time slot given. He was very professional and efficient and had changed 2 tyres in about 30 mins whilst taking care, unlike garages I have been to in the past that have scratched my alloys. What a good service this is.

I needed a tyre to pass the MOT, so I looked on the web for someone who could fit at reasonably short notice without charging a fortune & and came across you. Plenty cheaper than main fitters and I didnt have to move my car. Andy turned up on a freezing cold snowy Friday and put 2 Sport Contacts on in about 30 mins. I'll need two more in a year, I know who to ask.

The price was better than my local garage. The technician arrived early, after calling to confirm this was ok with me. Friendly, courteous fitter. Five stars and will definitely use them again. No waiting around in a cold tyre fitting shop for hours too

Excellent Service

Used tyres on the drive today for the first time. when I placed my order online I received a call back within ten minutes to arrange a time for booking.
I was given a slot between 13:00 to 15:00 today, Matthew arrived at 13:30 and was finished before 14:00 after providing a fast, informative, efficient service. Checked all my tyres and offered advice on one possible problem tyre.
definitely use them again in future, Recommended.

Absolutely Fabulous, I will use them again!

Fab service from Matt yesterday. Appointment booked for 3.30 to 5.30 and Matt arrived 3.30. Two new tyres on the front of my car, he also checked my discs, breakpads, pressure of back tyres and tread depth. Would recommend and would use again. My son got a flat tyre yesterday, arranged Tony to come between 1:15 and 3:15 today.
He arrived at about 1:30, very polite and explained everything fully so I understood.
The tyre was fine, it was the valve that was broken, again Tony showed me everything.
He sorted the pressures out in all the tyres as they were all low and advised that one tyre will need replacing soon, he also advised that the front brake pads needed changing. The receipt detailed all this which was good.
Excellent service and would definitely recommend, if only all companies were like this!

Really good service. Arranged a time for the morning, 9:15 to 11:00am. Matt turned up at 9:16am! He was very friendly and polite. Had one tyre changed, was pretty quick. The price was a lot cheaper than the garages that I had tried. I was very impressed and would recommend them to friends and family. Thanks!

Hopeless!

Called this company after I got stuck with a flat tyre at work. Told me they would be with me 5.30ish. Waited on the road from 5.20 to 6.00 (absolutely freezing day) - eventually called them back to be told that technician never got the message in the first place & wouldn't be able to help today.
In fairness the guy I spoke to was very polite & apologetic but service pretty hopeless in my opinion

I can see that we have let you down in this instance and I can only apologise. Technology had let us down and the technician didn't receive the job. I have asked the call centre team to follow up all same day bookings from now on. I am sincerely sorry your experience of Tyres on the Drive has not been positive.

Absolutely Fantastic Service!

I telephoned the call centre and they advised me that Matthew would arrive between 5-6pm the sameday, Sure enough Matthew arrived at 5.20pm, very friendly and helpful, unfortunetly for Matthew I forgot to mention the 10" of snow we had received over the weekend, that did not phase him as he took his spade out of the van and began to dig around my wheels to change my tyres! I could not have asked for better service, having 4 children on school easter holidays this service has been a complete god send - thank you so much and Matthew you were a star!

Continued excellence

Everything continues to be of the highest standards. This is the 6th or 7th time I have used Tyresonthedrive. Was phoned within 3 mins of completing my order online to confirm the time and date of my choice. On the day, despite heavy snow fall, Tony called bang on time and completed the job within 30 mins.
