Superb service!
We ordered the tyres on the internet, got a phone call to arrange a day to suit.
Despite very heavy snowfall Tony turned up at the time agreed and fifteen minutes later I had two new tyres fitted.
Tony was friendly, approachable with a very well equipped van. Very impressed with the service will definitely use again.
Will recommend to my friends and family.

Very happy!
Very happy with the service from start to finish. Easy to place order, helpful friendly guy on the phone. Engineer (Tony Allen) turned up on time, was very friendly, very informative, checked my other two tyre pressures for me and was clean & tidy. Couldn't be happier.
Also quiet good on price, I would say probably one of the cheapest, plus you haven't got to leave your house!!

Prompt exceptional service
Being unknowlegeable about servicing cars apart from the basics,I was pleasantly surprised on how pleasant,polite the sales staff were. Then how friendly,efficient,polite their engineer (chris) on the 18/3/13 was.Nothing was too much,nor an inconvenience.Everything was top rate.

Such a refreshing change to find a honest company that gives you such a painless, complete and competitive service. Ordered online on Wed, tyres fitted Fri at my request, and Paul the very prompt and brilliant Technician was a fantastic ambassador for the Company.

A very pleasant change.. 10/10 all round
To be honest, I did my research on line last week after noticing my front tyres needed replacing. Checked everybody who does tyres: including all the high street retailers. Have to say that the web site for Tyres on the Drive is clear and informative to use.
Liked what I was seeing, so decided to go ahead and book on line. Obviously with the feeling in the back of my head – what if I’ve ordered the wrong tyres?
However, my thoughts were soon put to rest as I received a phone call from Tyres on the Drive – a human voice, and asking questions that ensured I had the right tyres for my car.
After confirming I had, the appointment date was made with a time slot of between 09:00am and 11:00pm today. Looked outside my window at 08:45am and the technician (Tony Allen) was parked up behind my car.
Very nice chap – polite, courteous and informative, he soon had the old tyres off and the new tyres on. Ensured I checked for accidental damage before payment was accepted.
Overall – no hassle booking, a welcomed precautionary check, and a technician who was not only good at his job – but portrayed excellent customer service skills.
Will certainly contact again when further tyres are required.

wow what a service. fantastic.
i have just had four tyres fitted to my car in forty minutes. what a fantastic service. I was given a time slot of between 10am - 12am my tyre fitter Tony Allen arrive at 9.50 and was all done by 10.30 he was a very polite professional and enthusiastic young man. I will definitely be using T O T D again and will be highly recommended to my friends and family. thank you so much for a job well done.

Great Service
Chris turned up in the time slot given, talked to me about which tyres i wanted to change and off he went to do his job. Well mannered and friendly man. He explained everything in plain english (not like you get in some places where they just confuse you) and i would recommend this company to anyone who wanted new tyres. Great service.

Great, punctual service!
Tony arrived this morning a little ahead of when he said he would and as a courtesy called me first to see if that was ok... which it was.
The tyres were fitted in double time and without fuss which is all you want really. Great service, nice bloke. I'd recommend this service to anyone. Well done!

Superb service and price

Top Draw, first rate service

I called the company to replace 2 of my tyres on Friday, and they booked me in on Saturday afternoon. The engineer PAUL very friendly and professional replaced tyres and was in and out within 45 minutes.
They are very competitive in price, so why not give them a try...
I was very impressed with the service, and would definitely use them again.

Had two new tyres fitted at home, really easy to arrange and the technician arrived at the time arranged. All in all a really easy, pleasant experience. I won't be sitting in cold waiting rooms again, much easier in the comfort of your own home! Great service
Had four new tyres fitted while at work. There technican was polite and well mannered. Fitted without the hassle you usually get at a garage. Even pointed out my brakes needed replacing without the hard sell you usually get.

Rapid, Efficient, Great Value Service
A completely hassle free way of getting new tyres fitted in a timely and efficient manner. The Technician Chris was courteous and friendly and had me rolling in no time at all.
I checked the prices with my local tyres fitters and it would have been £20 dearer to go there with the added grief of having to leave my car there etc.

Great Service on the Drive
Cannot fault the service. Matthew arrived at the time sceduled.
He carried out the change of 2 tyres in record time. The tyres changed were the 2 rear tyres, I noticed he also took the time to check and inflate the 2 front tyres to the correct pressure and reported on the wear on the front tyres.
Matthew is a credit to Tyres on the Drive and I would recomend the service to anyone.

Quick, efficient service but I didn't find it cheaper
Got a puncture the evening before going away for a conference so didn't have time to go to a garage. Rang in the morning and they came that afternoon! A really convenient service and Andy did a great job. The only thing I would say is that one of the points they market is that they are significantly cheaper than eg. Kwik Fit. I had an identical tyre fitted at Kwik Fit just a few months earlier and it was about £4 cheaper at Kwik Fit. For the convenience, I am certainly happy to pay £4 but just wanted to make the point that, in my experience, they are not cheaper. Thank you though, I would use again.

easy to use and prompt service
I logged on after work one night, typed in my car reg and ordered tyres for the next day. The tyres on the drive office called me in the morning and informed me that Tony Allen would be with me between 12noon and 2pm. At 12:10hrs Tony arrived and gave a very pleasant service.
Not only the cheapest tyres but prompt and efficient service. Would definately use them again.

At last a Company that delivers on its ethos and carries out what it promises to do!!
Initial contact over the telephone was with Jen who was informative, professional and efficient as she promised to get back to me within minutes..... and indeed she did....unlike a main competitor!! Tony Allen my technician was prompt, courteous, speedy and efficient and advised me regarding the poor state of my other tyres which I will have replaced by TotD too without hesitation. And my Dad liked him too and my Dad likes no-one!! LOL.... Well done Tony

Outstanding Customer Service!
I would definitely recommend this company.. I called at 10am to discuss a flat tyre and had one of their employees (Tony Allen) with me at 4pm. Tony was very friendly and professional and more to the point he provided me with a new fitted tyre within 20 minutes of getting to me. Excellent service and very competitve prices. Thanks guys!
