I am so glad that I signed up with QCS. I can say that it has really helped me tremendously. Ready-made policies at your fingertips! Whenever I have spoken to anybody from QCS they have always been so helpful to me. In particular, I spoke with someone by the name of Justine Lawrence-Piccott. She was so kind enough to help me with my applications on QCS. She explained everything to me and help me on some of the things that I was unclear about; nothing was too much trouble. She is a testament to the success that QCS projects. Thank you so much for all your help.
As an organisation that deals with care on a daily basis, we really need to have comprehensive policy and proceedures. This system is easy to follow and at inspection, they easily could prove we were compliant to CQC. I really like the on line option as when you need to access anything all you have to do is type the subject in search. I would fully recomend this system.
On first looking at the vast amount of documentation on the system it was very daunting indeed. After some hours of conversation and going through some of the documentation with Justine, who was very helpful, informative and patient I gained a better understanding.
There is still a lot of work to do on my part though, which I didnt expect I would have to do. It also takes some getting used to to find where everything is. Also some documentation could do with just a bit of explanation as to why something needs to be done ie a form asks 'support plan Y/N' - explain in just one or two words why for example 'support plan updated Y/N/NA'. This would help in making the forms more user friendly to complete.
A very robust and thorough system. Easy to navigate. Customer service very good and helpful. It has helped us to provide the structure needed for management to keep all aspects of the business in control.
After having used the system for over a year the ease of use is very helpful and they are always looking at ways to improve, when using any system you always look for errors so that you can complain but in this case I have not found any. Ease of use, great information and updates leaves you more time to help the people that matter, the clients
Having someone spend their time researching and developing Policies of a high quality has saved us so much time so we can use our time wisely. We are now able to concentrate on our Clients without the worry of not being compliant. QCS does it all for you!

Both the system and the industry are new to me and I have just finished a tour of the QCS with Justine. Justine was extremely helpful and professional and I am very impressed with what I have seen of the system so far. It is streamlined and logical and I look forward to using it to manage our compliance and all of our documents. It was time well spent.
Hi I just been chatting to Justine Lawrence-Piccott, not only is she very switched on and knows her job very well, she also sounds such a lovely person. It was a very rewarding experience talking to her and really I think she should get the Employer of the Month (if you do that sort of thing) or if not...at least promotion...... The help and guidance I received from CQS has been outstanding. The Policies are complet and thorough and I would recommend them to all. We get regular hard written updates which are easily updated and refiled in the easy to manage folders. The folders are robust and self explanatory and I have had no rpoblems in encouraging my staff to read and digest them ! Well done 10/10 for a superb service
We moved over to QCS from a computer based system which wasn't very popular with the authorities. Since moving over to QCS we've had nothing but positive feedback from our local authority as well as our CQC inspector, in particular with regards to care planning - which is always a bone of contention!
We sometimes feel there is too much paperwork in some areas but we understand that it covers everything we needed, and everything we didn't realise we needed! The policies and procedures get reviewed and updated for us so we just re-read them and file them away - so easy!
The QCS staff are so friendly and helpful, Justine Lawrence-Piccott has been so supportive, referring back to the compliance director for help and advice whenever we need it, as well as just the occasional phone call or email to see how we're getting on.
This change in systems caused a lot of admin work and it has taken a lot of time and dedication to transfer everything across, but we stick by it being the best decision we've made for a very long time!
This process was very stressful until I found Justine a member of your staff who patiently took her time to explain to me how the system works throughout the process. I can recommend anybody to use QCS because they have made paper work so easy for people seeking to register with CQC. Special thanks goes to Justine Lawrence and all the other members of staff.
