The service is really good and customer services staff are extremely helpful. I met with Care Quality Commission on Friday just gone and they were happy with our policies and procedures. When I call for support, Justine usually support me with my queries and is always willing to go that extra bit more. we always have a laugh together and Justine is one of these people where you feel comfortable talking to her and she puts you at ease. I am not sure what I would do without the support I get from Justine and QCS as a whole.
The QCS system is very helpful and saves time and research. There are some typing errors in there, so they really need to quality assure the system more thoroughly, but overall I am pleased with the product and feel that it represents good value for money.
Around two we started using this company and have been very pleased with the support and the level of their engagement with us. I get all the latest procedures in on email and then get a paper copy to file in the office for all out staff to refer to. I believer in surrounding our Nursing Home with quality providers who understand our need for their service with the emphasis on immediate responses and good feedback form work carried out. I would recommence Quality Compliance Systems to colleagues.
The QCS compliance system is great it save s me time sitting writing policies and care documentation, so that i can spend more time with the service users and the staff ect. Everything i need at a fingertip and i can be assured we are complying with the care quality commision.
it is a great system my only comment is with care plans.it would be helpful t have a generic plan to use that we can complete each section to meet the needs of individuals. i am new to the system so I may be missing something. otherwise it is a very helpful system.
I would highly recommend you go to this company for all your procedures because they have done all the hard work for you , they support you, give you legal updates on time and keep you informed of what's going on in the Care Industry. Most of all "the staff are very friendly and help is always at hand".
We thought we could write our own as we had the knowledge between us. Three week later and not even completed one policy I was searching the net for more information and came across a site which promised everything. Whilst looking at that and being impressed QCS came into view. Everything looked different, no promises just information telling me exactly what was in the package. This seemed what we needed and 1 week later we had every policy and procedure with our name on it. It was everything I set out to do on my own but a 1000 times better, all the knowledge that we thought we already had but 1000 times more informative. When the inspector came wow, everything fit together. We had the knowledge and could evidence it in a way that would impress anyone. We felt so proud. We are still waiting for a decision but are very- very hopeful. Our policies and procedures have not let us down in any way at all. I would recommend QCS to anyone. Get these, read them and impress yourself because they are a GOOD read believe it or not. They are essential!!!
I was very impressed with the service I was given, Alex was extremely polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely recommend the QCS system to any body in the care profession.
When the system was explained to me it sounded wonderful, but it was not explained at the time that you are limited to the number of documents you can download in Word which is the only way you are able to edit them, plus i was not told how to save them to the system so when my manuals were printed none of the documents i had edited were in the manual so i had to print them off my computer on paper which was a shame as the manual's were printed on thick paper. The manuals are nice and look very good on the office shelf.
QCS is effective and helpful. Ready to assist you and to answer all your question and give you the advice and support you need. The feed backs are motivating and inspiring. The communication is effective and affluent. If you are serious this is the best site ever do not hesitate sign in and your doubt will be out. QCS has been a life saver for my business! We are new business just starting up with so much to get right at the beginning. Right from the start QCS has provided us not only with practical support with the policies and procedures, which by the way saved us valuable time, they have also been available for general advice and specialist advice when needed. So far a quick turnaround enabling us to get on with the task of setting up our business in a timely manner.
QCS staff have provided us support in a professional manner and have been polite and reliable in their support, so much so it feels like a real partnership working! It's a comfortable feeling that there is always someone at the end of the phone if you get stuck, nothing is too much trouble.

Well, I thought I would easily be able to gather all the evidence for my CQC approval, having been used to OFSTED, it couldnt be so bad could it?so with my file under my arm ( note just the one!) I met with the inspector. Oh dear.... Although my understanding of the standards was good, I was way off the mark with the evidence. I contacted QCS and they talked me through the whole system that they could offer me. It sounded amazing and the hands on explanation was really useful. Boy did that girl have patience!! I wouldn't hesitate to buy the whole package, I have received all my paper based manuals and I can interact with my documents, policies and statements on line. The after service is equally good. I have my CQC approval meeting tomorrow, wish me luck and I' ll keep you posted.
