Battlefield 4 Pre-order with FREE Crysis 3

Received key for Crysis 3 40 minutes post-payment. Have good faith battlefield 4 will arrive on time at release.
Solid service, would recommend to friends.
Previously purchased battlefield 3 from them and again they were flawless in delivery. Great prices, delivered both times within time frame - No reason not to use them.

PERFECT.

With the amount of illegal keygens out there, giving out a used key is going to happen at some point unfortunately, but these guys, from time of me sending a support message, dealt with my issue within 17 minutes. That's pretty good form indeed!

Great Company, Friendly Support

Gaming Dragons Rock, i purchased Wargame : European Escalation from them last year when it first came out and my key came almost instantly the only bother was it was in polish but they sent me details on how to fix it to english and it works fine + very easy to do.
since i used them before i just purchased today a copy of Counter Strike Global Offensive, there was a couple slightly cheaper key sites but i wanted one i could trust so i came to gaming dragons, i had a little issue paying on my debit card but i believe that was an issue with paypal, so i used my girlfriends debit card but got flagged on there system so i had to send them copy of my Photo ID ( they allow you to remove ALL infomation apart from photo and name so there is little risk in that ) all in all it took 2.5 hours to get my key which is completely fair since they did have to do checks to make sure i wasnt stealing someone elses bank infomation ( having a male username and email but a females bank infomation must have flagged there system or something) all in all it went well and will recommend to anyone its the only gaming site that i trust to deliver what i paid for with no friction.
there live support is very friendly and helpful i talked to Taylor i think so Thumbs up to him.

Fast service; no problems

I bought Microsoft Points, which arrived in my inbox within the promised 2 hour window. Way cheaper than buying through Microsoft (saved $16).
Checkout took 30 seconds through Paypal. No need for an account.
Would recommend.

Didn´t get my game

Ordered Mass Effect from the easter sale, Recieved a link an hour later that did not work. Support informed me it was a serverside hardware issue, and that I would get a refund if the link wouldn´t be up in 24 hours. 2 days later the link still didnt work.

On the plus side, the game was removed from HP, and I did get my refund. Still a waste of time though.

Sorry about the inconvenient issue.
We're currently trying to get the servers up since the hard drive failed and all the data is lost along with the backup's.
this is absolutely the worse case scenario and it somehow happened.
we're currently working on getting the database up but it will take some time.

Amazing company with even better customer service

I initially purchased PES2013, but after trying to install it on my PC, things went south.
I emailed the company, and after 20 min they were remotely on my machine doing the whole installation for me.
I have no words to thank them - I am a huge fan of soccer and was saving some cash to purchase it, and the made my purchase worth it!

Good quality, pretty slow when there is a lot of demand.

Ordered Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm from the company, I was told the game key would be in my inbox 2 hours max after I bought it. I spoke to a man on the live chat and he said it was just coming, get an email 5 hours later asking for my ID, and then had to wait a further hour for my game code. 8 hours in total was not good enough, but the price was good so may shop here again.

BLOODY AMAZING!

I would totally recommend this site to anyone. It's very good in terms of service and delivery almost instant delivery sometimes. I had got my delivery the next day, since I live in a different time zone. But other than that, this is an amazing company! I will continue to buy from Ultimatum Gaming/Gaming Dragons for as long as I am interested with games (a long time).

Fast delivery and good prices

I'm a Skrill/Moneybookers user and it's usually a pain to find a company that sells games for a reasonable price. When you do, the next step is hope to not get scammed.

Respect human error - NO

Apparently a few folks over in the EA forums have an issue buying the Hung/Polish/Russian key with no English nativity. Now this can be handled many ways. EA can provide keys that are universal in a day and age that should be able to across the world and two if somebody makes a reasonable mistake to no read the "specs". Now Gaming Dragons could put a image on the package that says NON-ENGLISH VERSION on image to prevent this issue from happening. Click Buy.. most of us don't read. We live in a click buy society, seldom do we read, especially when it comes to our entertainment value.

As for the response on human error this is the message I recieved:

It's ok, EA going to provide the english download as a escalation tomorrow. As for the instructions, no where to be found as for the information provided. Click Read Buy... I missed the read part, but thanks for making the choice easier to use a different provider that respects human error.

Before you are able to redeem the game you can see all the specifications
What languages and what bonuses are available.
And Origin asks you if you would like to proceed and activate the game.
And yet you did.
On top of that we have specifically described that this is what you get in the game description.
We buy these games and for activated product no one will reimburse our order.

1. From buy to activation, the ONLY time I saw only english was at time of "install" not activation of key.
2. Origin at no time BEFORE activation of said key said it was polish. Which btw the EA agent understood and escalated it strait away! Score one for decent customer service!
3. As provided... where exactly because it would have solved all this time and grief to both are persons if it was on site or even as your First reply.
4. See image, they look the bloody same (again didn't read).
5. Clearly states doesn't account for human error now does it and see 3.

And did I ask for a refund? no. Now I wonder what got you to that assumption and wasted both our times?

Oh and P.S. Ask the sold souls of the people who "signed" the terms of service here. [External Link Removed] And ask me if 12% of people who actually read it is your definition of "reasonable". P.S.S. Good to know "we're" sure they read and my own appeal to authority fallacy can find common ground LMFAO.

Yes there is, don't buy it in the first place (Problem solved)

You might want to represent yourself with this one, taking the blame on a whole society is not necessary, we're sure they do their share of reading just fine.

there one thing wrong with the sentence, the 'reasonable' should not be there.
Perhaps taking responsibility for your own actions would be a better expression.

The details was made quite clear before you have purchased.
1. You had also a few hours to regret and cancel the order and claim it was made in error and you didn't,
2. You have activated the code in Origin although you were asked to confirm that you are going to activate the Polish, Hungarian and Russian Only language edition.
And yet you activated.
3. We have provided a way to play the game in English as well to get around your mistake.
4. There are two version on our website, the Multi-language and the Eastern Europe versions, you have decided to purchase the Eastern Europe version.
5. In the Eastern Europe edition we clearly state that this is what you get and we will not take responsibility if you're not one of them or the English patch will not work.

We hardly see why it's a reasonable error and why we need to refund you.

You might want to check your eyes. either you have selective reading or a tendency to be right when you're wrong.

There is no possible way to compare a wall of text in EULA OR TOS V.S. A few lines of text in front of your face.

Get a grip and be responsible for your actions and remove this review that just proves that you were wrong all the way.
if you're looking to get a compensation from us you can forget it.
you did whatever possible for us not even consider to do so as we usually do.

Some minor delay but still delivered

I believe that I have followed the procedures but it seems that somehow I didn't get a response for as long as 3 hours after I verified myself and sent in another email to the support team. Only then I decided to visit your official site at the Contact Us page and write in a case which then you replied swiftly. I'm not sure what went wrong in the process as I noticed that it is the same support email that I sent in my ID to verify myself and the one that is on the website. Never-the-less, I have received the product that I ordered and as a first time customer this has been a really awkward transaction. I might be coming back again but it is not guaranteed.

Exellent, Great. Fast, 100% Reliable.

I baught from Ultimatum Games 2 games, the first was borderlands 2, wich was my first purchase and i baught 2x copys, they sent me the copy's really fast.

Well, my game didn't work. The game is Bioshock 1.

It's not the websites problem. It is actually the game that doesn't work really well on windows 7. I would recomend anyone to buy here sometimes (as this website takes a while to send the keys and people gets frustrated). I won't recomend to take BShock from Direct download, better catch the steam product to go without any problems.

Website is good, cool and admins are "legit", nice people that would solve any problems.

So bad i'm not able to play Bioshock so far but i'll keep my re-search to make it functional.

Fast order process.. Lack of support on site.

I give this a 4 star under the pretences that there is no live chat that's "working" I believe this would benefit not only your customer ratings but your sites credibility.

I ordered yesterday and the only reason I received my key today was due to me contacting them via Facebook. They seem to sort my key as soon as I contacted on Facebook. Email wasn't great still no response from support. My only guess is the orders are there and the keys are in stock when stated on the site but the process is buggy and the site has issues... All in all this is a good review I would recommend this site to other customers under a warning notice that you may have to contact support 1 hour after payment as the site seems to be slow/faulty/having issues with orders showing up on there end. Thus far this will be my second option, and hopefully the site will improve in the future.

I purchased a game code from Gaming Dragon, using paypal, and recieved my code 39 minutes later.

I will highly suggest others to use Gaming Dragons, if they are planning to purchase a game for themselfs, or others.

UGK is a saver

UGK has allowed me to purchase the English version of ME3 foolishly restricted to Russian language in my region by the publisher (EA). I couldn't buy the product otherwise.

The delivery is not instant, as you need to send a verification email, but the staff is responsive. If you can't otherwise get the product, UGK may be your best bet.

Takes a while, but they come through

I have received the game that I ordered, although through a fair bit of hassle but in the end they came through. I appreciate the assistance and the polite nature in which they gave their response but I'd also warn people to be wary that there may be some technical hiccups that mare their usage of this site. All in all, they did come through, so I'll give them that but the technical issues are off putting and hopefully in the future they will be seen to. :)
