Fast order process.. Lack of support on site.
I give this a 4 star under the pretences that there is no live chat that's "working" I believe this would benefit not only your customer ratings but your sites credibility.
I ordered yesterday and the only reason I received my key today was due to me contacting them via Facebook. They seem to sort my key as soon as I contacted on Facebook. Email wasn't great still no response from support. My only guess is the orders are there and the keys are in stock when stated on the site but the process is buggy and the site has issues... All in all this is a good review I would recommend this site to other customers under a warning notice that you may have to contact support 1 hour after payment as the site seems to be slow/faulty/having issues with orders showing up on there end. Thus far this will be my second option, and hopefully the site will improve in the future.

A great service.
I purchased a game code from Gaming Dragon, using paypal, and recieved my code 39 minutes later.
I will highly suggest others to use Gaming Dragons, if they are planning to purchase a game for themselfs, or others.

UGK is a saver
UGK has allowed me to purchase the English version of ME3 foolishly restricted to Russian language in my region by the publisher (EA). I couldn't buy the product otherwise.
The delivery is not instant, as you need to send a verification email, but the staff is responsive. If you can't otherwise get the product, UGK may be your best bet.

Takes a while, but they come through
I have received the game that I ordered, although through a fair bit of hassle but in the end they came through. I appreciate the assistance and the polite nature in which they gave their response but I'd also warn people to be wary that there may be some technical hiccups that mare their usage of this site. All in all, they did come through, so I'll give them that but the technical issues are off putting and hopefully in the future they will be seen to. :)

Definitely Awesome!
I looked around for ages, trying to find the cheapest Battlefield 3 Premium key, and I found Gaming Dragons. Was a little suss at the start but after paying by Paypal, received and activate code in 1hr16mins!!

reliable, fast and trustworthy
I bought a few months ago a game (Anno 2070), and now I wanted to play it again. Unfortunately, the download link was no longer valid. I wrote to the support he gave me a new link. That lasted about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, it was the link to the addon. I wrote again and after 20 minutes the download link to the correct game, including an apology there.
After installation, unfortunately something did not work properly. It was probably uPlay.
The support offered me to help me via TeamViewer. I sent the log data, and 5 minutes later had the support already logged. 30 minutes later (uninstall, reinstall and update) the problem was solved and the intro of Ann0 2070 was started.
I must say that all this is happening from 23 to 1 clock clock in the morning.
If that is not a perfect support!

Took a little about 2 hours (i know, they state that expedition will take ½-2 hours) - but personally i just want it here, and NOW ;) (only reason not to give a fullblown 5'er)

Fast and very professional
At first i was skeptical. Like very skeptical. I never heard of this site and yet im buying something from them. I bought medal of honor limited edition for $26 dollars =) happy.
I used Paypal and around 3ish in the morning( i ordered at midnight) they required id. i was freaking out but then i read that they use the id to identify. And 46 minutes later, i got the key code. As of now, im downloading the game. skeptical at first but they won me over =)
THANKS ALOT. (For those of you that wont believe me, trust your gut and go for it like me. Youll be back because of all the great savings. My brother bought it for 29$ regular edition. I bought t it for $26 and its limited edition =). Good stuff

Best price worth short waiting.
They have very good prices at all games and playstation codes, you can read a lot of comments on their facebook page. Dont be surprised if the code doesnt arrive in 2hours as is described, just write on the wall or sent mail and everything will be ok. I havent found another shop with better price, and if i found one, it was scam...

Reliable, Trustworthy and Cheap!
My order was processed quite quickly and without any problems. I was at first a bit cautious about sending a photo of my ID (which is apparently required as a fraud countermeasure), but all they need to see is your name and photograph (you can black out any other details), but after sending this, I received the email containing download instructions and serial keys for my game soon after
Overall, I was very happy with customer service and the speed my order was processed.

Great Low Cost Games or Keys- Normally get them fast.
I never used a site like this before and Im not a real trusting person. I buy from here- Gaming Dragons send my games etc-> http://www.gamers-shop.dk/en
Most my buys come with in the 30 mins to 2 hour period- this last buy of Skyrim $33.99 was more close to 3.5 hours- but is ok I got my Steam key and they are a legit and safe company to deal with. I use the Pay Pal guest buy- easy stuff. It was Sunday but if take a lil longer sometimes I will not die as long as get what I pay for I am happy.
I got from above site Fable3 GFWL $15.66 and Assassins Creed Revelations Uplay $22.00 both installed and work perfect and added to non Steam games its overlay works perfect. I got Hitman Absolution Steam key $29.98 and above for my self. The Skyrim Steam key for a lady friend of mine- both install work perfect. I plan to get Skyrim for my self and all DLC' for us both- just waiting to see what the Steam Holiday Sale will offer. LOL me Lady friend has wanted Skyrim yesterday now now now- wished to make her happy and did :P
One other good thing about this site is you can buy more than just 1 copy vs say a gamefly.
I would buy FarCry3 Deluxe for my lady friend tonight but no more Steam versions- afraid we might not be able to co op if not same versions- I have the pre order Deluxe Steam FC3- so.

They are awesome!!
This is not the first game i got from them and i can assure you it will not be the last. First time i got a game from them they asked for an ID copy which i thought it was strange. After providing them the ID copy (only name and photo) in an hour or so the delivery was complete and i was able to activate my game (Wargame European Escalation) on Steam. Since then i have got like 4 other games with no problems at all. Even though they are not like GamersGate which provides you with the key instant, you can find tons of games at low prices, and the Customer Support works very well and fast (i used once when i got my copy of deus ex hr augmented edition and could not locate the extra content).
All and all very good delivery and good games at good prices. I will recommend them to all my friends.

A friend recommended I use this site instead of buying directly from Steam, because their prices are consistently lower, somehow. I ordered Risen 2 and got the Steam key a few minutes later. It activated without incident and I'm downloading it now. Thumbs up.

Seems too good to be true? Fear not!
This is my 3rd game (Dark Souls: PTD) from Ultimatum Games/Gaming Dragons and I have nothing but praise for them. I must admit to having reservations at first as the prices are so incredibly low one can't help being a little suspicious (we've all been burned before) but nothing has given me reason to doubt them so far. Haven't had a problem activating any of the keys and they have all been delivered within 2 hours. In fact, this particular key was sent within 30 minutes and the game is now downloading via Steam. Jolly good show I say.

fable 3 , installed, no reactions after double click
i had to look for solutions on the internet and it still does not work. no mention of xlive.dll problems in read me file or that i have to instal gfw live client or so to play the game?? i doubt i'll ever make it start
ps. I did contact the vendor in the first place , but answer was that i have old drivers, or insufficient pc configuration which was both wrong . no mention of gfwlive or how to use them to make it work. i guess it should be clearly stated in the download agreement that i need gfwlive to make it work at all
pps- I have to paste my comments here otherwise they are hidden and your answer isn't which is not fair discussion:
no, I haven't missed it, but you missed to paste my first message- question- where I already mention I had xlive.dll problems and black screen with fable cursor only , and that I have fixed xlive.dll issue but that the black screen is still there. So when you mentioned gfwl client (also confusing that is is on the XBOX webpages) to fix xlive.dll error it was useless since it was already fixed. you never mentioned I need gfwlive to actually run the game, or how to use offline account to make it work etc. I spent lots of time lost finding out how to make it work, and I'm not the only one- just use google it to see how many people are confused with this gfwlive issue. I suggest you add a 'how to instal fable 3'' in the READ ME file you sent with the game- NO MENTION of gfw live there at all!

Sorry to hear about the issue.
But unfortunately that you haven't contacted us regarding the error.
we would of suggested you to install Games for windows live and the problem would of been fixed in minutes.
Please for future references do not go on discovery adventure over the internet to find a solution.
Contact our support to get a faster resolution to a problem.

The support is one of the best ive ever seen, yes i know people use that term alot and not really mean it, but i really do.
I had dire problems with my GW2 account (thanks to NCsoft)

Despite a couple of hiccups purchase was received in a timely manner.
Purchased AC3 Deluxe edition from their site as it is unavailable on the UK Steam store.
There were some issues with Identity verification even after providing a scan of my passport (my own fault really) and an issue with being sent a gift link that had previously been used by another person, however responses to queries were very quick (Usually within an hour) and had received the product within 24 hours.
Will probably use again in the future

Pretty fast "delivery"
I ordered Hitman Absolution, got it around an hour and twenty minutes later, maximum 2 hours as they said, so I'm quite satisfied with that, however I've before ordered keys on other sites that did it instantly, but nonetheless this was the cheapest place and the only place where it wasn't sold out, as I could find atleast. Thank you very much, I appreciate it and I will most likely shop here again if I'm going to buy another game.

One of my favorite places to buy Games!
I can say that at the beginning I had some problems with purchase transaction and then with one key not working. But the Customer Service helped me and provided me with a exchange key that worked flawlessly. Since then I think I bought at least 10-15 games and was very satisfied. So a it's a clear recommendation and for sure, if someone else will have problems, you will be helped. I wouldn't have spend more than a couple of hundred euros on games, that wouldn't work or wouldn't be legit.
