Best Price I found ANYWHERE!! Product was perfect! I'm super happy!
I bought 3 tubes of Clarins self tanning gel now since I'm pregnant and can't tan. This site was the cheapest and I recieved free shipping. The product was exactly what it was supposed to be, it was packaged correctly so it didn't burst or break, and there was even a little note from Jason who packaged it! It was delivered within the standard shipping timeline that it stated, 7-10 business days. I'm very happy with my purchase and will shop here again!

Friendly communications and service
Uniquelooks seems like a small Company in a positive way, their communication seems a little more personal and humourous. They have many really good Products at good prices. However, I've been thinking of sending a mail to inform them about Norwegian custom laws, to let them know that they should to separate the prices of the items and the postal fee on the label. The reason for this is that Norway has a limit of 200 NOK value of goods, apart from the postal fee. At the arrival they convert the amount of £ due to the Exchange rates at that exact time. If the value excedes 200 NOK, they add a custom fee of 125 NOK and you have to pay IVA, 25 % of the amount.

I received my products that I ordered from Unique Looks in just 10 days here in Canada. What incredible service I got. It was such a pleasure to receive a personalized email telling me how the package was packed and that it was shipped out. Very original and entertaining. NIce to get a personal touch! You have sent me four emails. I have attempted to opt out of your emails on all of those four emails. Your link to unsubscribe does not work. So because of that I continue to get emails from you that I do not want. I will not order from you again simply because you don't respect my requests to stop sending me emails for promotions that I am not interested in. As a company that is going to do mass emails you should honor your customers requests to unsubscribe but you do not. REMOVE ME FROM YOUR EMAIL LIST AND FIX YOUR WEB SITE SO THAT IT WILL ALLOW US TO OPT OUT!!!!!!

This is the second time that I have purchased from Uniquelooks and find their service, pricing and delivery the best. Just one little disappointment this time, the hairspray tin was dented at the top on both sides. This was not due to transit damage as my items were excellently packaged. However, this does not affect the product or my choice to purchase from Uniquelooks again.

Had a messy leak out of one item in delivery box
Otherwise ok, but one shampoo bottle had leaked and caused a little bit messy box (had to clean other items) and obviously I didn't get the quality/amount I had paid for. This whole mess could have been avoided f.ex with small tape on the cork etc.
I sent a message to Uniquelooks and they were sorry. And what they told me; next time I order they upgrade my delivery to express.
WHAT THE H...?
Where did they got the indication that I shall place an order again or how much value I receive from express- service. The solution for the problem is unbelievable. Wake up there - I did not receive what I paid!!!

Our apologies for the messy leak, sometimes with products in transit, our international postal partners are not as careful as they should be. We will ensure this is improved.
In the email, we did not realise the extend of the spill. We will arrange for a replacement product to be sent out in the post, with some extra bubble wrap this time.

I would definitely order from this company again. The product arrived as described and the price was lower than competitors. I was worried about ordering from overseas but the items arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. It took a few days longer than if I had ordered locally but it was well worth the wait.

Large choice and good prices but...Have received after one month only one on two products ordered. Have asked for free shipment next order to compensate. Refused (upgrade on fast shipment offered instead). Not good for E-Reputation.

Fun company to deal with
I ordered my favourite hairbrushes off this company and they have a great fun way of dealing with you. They send funny chatty confirmations and they even sent me a little rubber bouncy ball with my order. It all came on time too. Nice to get good service and a bit of fun rolled into one.

Value for money
I have purchased products on several occasions now, I find postage rates very reasonable, the time it takes to receive goods is more than satisfactory. Above all, the products themselves are inexpensive, in fact 1/2 the price of what it would cost me in my home town - Australia.
